I can't really tell if this thread will hold as a legit valid one but Versaemerge has a female vocalist.

Eyes Set to Kill has a male screamer but female vocalist.

Veruca Salt, Magic Dirt, Bikini Kill, Hole, Sonic Youth (Kim Gordon and Thurston Moore share vocal duties), The Distillers, Spinnerette, Garbage, No Doubt...

Some of these are more rock/pop though.

By the way, have I mentioned Hole? Not that it's top of the list or anything. But seriously, oh my god. I don't think much of the album Courtney Love just put out, but their first two albums ("Pretty on the Inside" and "Live Through This") are fjnzdzvndfksjsofuckingawesomeohmygawd. LTT, especially - that album pretty much got me through middle school. I really cannot vouch for those two albums enough. Love, love, love.
