    New show on AMC:
    Wikipedia:
The Walking Dead tells the story of the aftermath of a zombie apocalypse; it follows a small group of survivors traveling across the desolate United States in search of a new home away from the shuffling hordes of the undead. The group is led by Rick Grimes, who was a King County, Georgia sheriff's deputy in the old world. As their situation grows more and more grim, the group's desperation to survive pushes them to the brink of humanity. At every turn they are faced with unspeakable horrors, both from those who are dead, and from the scattered remains of a struggling human populace.
I just started watching this show tonight (second episode) and it's amazing so far. Not cliche and not too gory, but just enough to make me want more and more.

Anybody else interested in this show about amazing zombie apocalypse-ness?

I have DVR'ed both the opener, & the second episode last night, but I haven't gotten the chance to sit down & watch them.
My niece watched the opener, & said it was really good, so I'm intending on sitting down today hopefully, & watch them both. It looks like a promising show. At first, I was a bit skepitcal of the whole idea, & how this show would work. There's so many 'zombie based' flicks out there, I didn't see how it could become a television show.

Needless to say, after seeing some of the previews & teasers for it, I have gained interest. I just hope I don't lose interest as soon as I watch it. I've heard nothing but great things about it. =]

I DVRed it last night, so I still have yet to watch it. My dad thinks it's pretty awesome.

The show has been so amazing, it's my new favorite. All the actors are doing an amazing job, and having Norman Reedus in it is a big plus!

Sad there are only two episodes left of the season, but so excited that there will be a second season with thirteen episodes!

Same XD When I heard the next episode was the season finale, I was like "WHAT?" But after hearing there'll be a season two, I'm so excited.

These episodes are getting so good.

The next season will be like 13 episodes, but we have to wait till next Halloween. . . But it is really good because it gives a moral aspect to the whole end of the earth concept, not only do they bring the zombie's to life but they get you thinking on what would you do if something like that was to happen. They also focus on things and emotions that people go through on a day to day basis.

I watch this with my mom, but we haven't sat down to watch this week's episode. UGH. I'm always split on Sundays since I watch Pan Am, too. I'm so glad we have a DVR.

I'm finally caught up! I'm really not sure how I feel about Maggie. At first, I liked her, but then I didn't.

^. Yeah, it's still on. New episodes come on on AMC on Sunday nights; at nine I think - but I won't swear to it. I'll have to talk to Matt and see. tehe

When the guy I like spent the night, we watched the first episode - but he'd already seen it so he was like telling me everything. Twitch But I look forward to finishing what's on Netflix. tehe

Okay, the entire first season was BOSS.
I want to watch s2 but I don't have the channel... so I guess I'll have to make time to see it online or just wait until season's over for Netflix to put it up.

But, this show is sooooooooooooooo good! Omg I am hooked. Freakin' amazing.

You know who's getting on my nerves? Andrea. Grr XD
For the fact that she keeps on bitching, she shot Daryl and did the dirty with Shane.
Well, not for the fact that she did it with Shane, but she's getting pretty annoying.

Andrea's actually one of my favorite characters, and I lost a bit of respect for her when she decided to fuck Shane. I really do love her and Daryl, though, because I think they are very similar and would make great friends. If he was raised around Merle, he can totally deal with her griping. And we already know how Shane has a bit of misogynistic streak.

And really, if anyone's being a bitch, it's got to be Maggie with the way she's been treating Glenn.
