I really need to catch up because I got distracted with other things midway through season two but now I'm wetting myself because I just heard the other day about The Governor showing up next season and he's one of my all time favourite characters

I am really excited for the return of this show in the Fall. It's probably one of my favorite shows ever, along with Heroes. I am really anxious for the start of season three. Everything is so haywire right now, and I am really angry at everyone hating on Rick :/

Any thoughts on the 3rd season premier?

I loved the season three premier though I'm gonna admit that I'm not too find of Carol. She just seems so weak, like she hasn't changed much at all since the start, despite losing her daughter. But I do expect more out of her this season... Hopefully. I'd like to see her character grow just a bit. Carl clearly started listening!

I really wanna see this from the beginning. :l

I LOVE THIS SHOW! I recorded the first three episodes of the third season, since I didn't get to watch the first two episodes. I've really come to like Rick more. He's still hanging on to his humanity, but sometimes he struggles with what needs to be done for his/others safety, and his morality.

Right now, Glenn, Daryl and Andrea have to be my favorites. Lori is still annoying (to me) and Carol is just Carol, but maybe she's develop more as the season progresses.

I started this show earlier this week and I need to start season 2. This is amazing!

You will not believe how many people die though out the season and yesterday's episode.

And Daryl holding the baby; ovaries = gone...I have been impregnated.

Really liking Michonne. I want to know her story so bad.

i agree in that! I never would of thought that Daryl's brother would of collided with any part of the group either, i thought Michonne would of shown herself. I wanted her to jump into the scene so bad. The look on Ricks face was priceless when he saw her among the zombies that didn't attack her. lol

So if Michonne's at the prison now does that mean (possible spoilers in white) the Governor will meet Rick and Rick's hand will be cut off in the next few eps because that was one of my favourite parts in the comic and I really don't want them to skip it :3

I dont think so because they've chaged the series so much, and Merle lost his hand I think a lot more is going to down. Like with what the gov did to Michonne...Im so worried he is going to do that to Maggie :(

WHY THE HELL DIDN'T I DISCOVER THIS THREAD EARLIER?

this show is my life right now, don't care how sad that sounds. I hate Merle and the Governer, they are both INSANE. watching what the Governer did to Maggie was so awful, ugh. :( and poor Glenn! I'm really afraid that they're going to die next week. I read this article where Robert Kirkman was like, "expect major losses." or worse, have Daryl die. I'm honestly fully expecting this huge showdown to go on between him and Merle. Merle may really want to see him, but something tells me he's not going to be too happy when he finds out that Daryl's been pretty friendly with Rick this whole time. idk, but either way it's gonna make me emotional and I'll probably cry like I do every week.

ugh, that's the one thing I don't like about this show: I literally never know if someone's going to live or die in each episode (I mean, not that I expect everybody to live since it's the zombie apocalypse, but still). I'm still not over Lori and T-Dog. So if Glenn or Maggie or Daryl die, then I don't know what I'm going to do with myself. T_______T

Well, he didn't rape her, but he humiliated her. The reason he didn't rape her is because he lost control of her, and that is the only thing he wanted. So when Maggie told him, "Do it, do whatever you're going to do, you're still going to hell," she had prepared herself for the ultimate violation of her body, and he lost the control he wanted out of her.

I think either Glenn or Daryl is going to kill Merle. I do not see Merle being allowed to come back to the prison with them alive. There is just no way, Rick would probably kill him before he let that happen.

I'm also curious as to how Andrea is going to react when she finds out that they have Maggie and Glenn and her precious Governor was going to rape her - I bet she wouldn't like that too much.

I don't even know what she sees in that man honestly, he seems like a creeper. It could be cause I've read the comic books but, I don't know. I kind of wonder if that big black guy they keep showing is Tyrese they said he was going to be in the show before the end of the season. If so, I wonder how that is going to play out with Carol, and if she and him will end up together. He seemed to be eyeing Michonne a lot though; that could be because the Gov asked him too.

Then there is the fact that I am absolutely positive that Randal came from the Governors group, no more questions need be asked about that topic. They're all sick and disgusting men, pigs who think they rule the world.

Well they're in for a wake up call named Rick Grimes and Daryl Dixon, and Michonne XD

I'm pretty sure that guy is Tyreese, because the showrunner said he'd be showing up soon and I read somewhere else it was in the midseason finale.

I also think Daryl will kill Merle, because Merle will attack Rick for what happened in Atlanta, and Daryl will have to make the choice between the two.

... And who wouldn't go for the Governor? I mean a) he's interested in Andrea b) he could be worse looking c) he's single d) choice is limited e) he treats her okay and f) he's offered lots of people a kind of stability/sanctuary and some people find the whole leadership thing attractive. I completely understand it basically. I'd probably feel a lot different if it was like... Negan she was attracted to
