Well I'm currently writing a Kitty/Frank (or Jennifer Dunn/Frank Iero, whatever) where MSI and MCR are on Projekt Rev together and Gerard's really stressed out over being with Lindsey and can't cope with Frank hooking up with his almost-wife's drummer. Then it turns out it's not meaningless and not a hook-up.

That's a pretty weird pairing, right? It's difficult to find any canon in there whatsoever.

I thought of writing Squidward (from Spongebob, duh)/Rainbow Dash (from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic) just as a trollfic for the lulz. I think it'd break my brain to actually do it though.
Also, I'd just like to say this is one of those threads that even if I"m not posting, I am always lurking.

Whoops. Back with a new fandom, which means more crack pairings.
I've been going through the Teen Titans page at fanfiction.net and let me tell you that those guys don't give a damn whether the pairing is even close to canon. So long as they were involved in the same TV show/comic, it seems alright to pair them up.

A personal favourite is Jericho/Herald (despite having already fallen in love with Jerikole), and I'm also strangely drawn to any pairing involving Kyd Wykkyd. I managed to find plenty of Slade/Titans (dude, just no) and plenty of Red X/Titans (meh).

I need to start watching tv shows for people of my age, not the ones I watched when I was eight.

I would love to see more of the Kitty Pryde/ Spiderman alternate Marvel universe stories. Saw that in a comic I sort of read earlier today and I think it's great, especially since I can't stand Mary-Jane.

Uhg, I know it's because the Sevenfold guys are a lot less innocent, but I can't imagine the little One Direction boys getting down and dirty. Lol.

I haven't really written any weird pairings, but I have seen quite a few...

Bella/Charlie from Twilight. UGH. I didn't even read it but the description said something about them getting drunk one night and having sex. Just...

I've also seen people pair Zacky Vengeance/Ichabod (his dog). HONESTLY, WHAT IN THE ACTUAL FUCK.

Another one is Squidward/Patrick. Lmfao. I just don't understand how... never mind.

I've really started enjoying the idea of members of fun. with members of bands like My Chemical Romance.
I have a couple little drabbles with such pairings written but none posted... Yet...

I've been working on an AU piece involving Dean Winchester (SPN)/Jamie Rellis (Mila Kunis's character from FWB), and while it's really out there and random, I feel like those two characters work well together because they come from similar backgrounds, have senses of humor that kind of complement one another, and they both have that underlying desire to live a "normal" life. Even though it was only for a two-shot, I have had a lot of fun working on that dynamic

I'm slightly addicted to crack pairings, as in most of the crossovers that I write involve crack pairings

Some of the crack pairings I'm working on now are:

Kendall Knight (Kendall Schmidt's character on Big Time Rush)/Johanna Mason (Hunger Games series)
Dean Winchester (Supernatural)/Claire Redfield (Resident Evil films)
Sam Winchester (Supernatural)/Katniss Everdeen (Hunger Games)
Carlos Garcia (Carlos Pena's character on Big Time Rush)/Leah Clearwater (Twilight series)

I'm also a sucker for James Maslow/Audrina Patridge, despite the age difference, because I think they would just look beautiful together

Basically, if I feel like a character I liked didn't get their happy ending or if I don't particularly like who they're paired with in cannon, I'll crack-ship them

Okay. So the weirdest crack pairing I found was something my friend wrote as during English class. The assignment was to write a chapter to a story or like a one shot of whatever inspired us and my friend decided to write this creepy as hell Po (from Tellitubbies), terrifying baby sun (from Tellitubbies), Alex Gaskarth and Tony Stark (avengers/iron man) foursome thing. I can't really explain it but she had to babysit her neighbors (one 3, one 10) and so the three year old made them watch Tellitubbies (guilty pleasure?) and after she went to bed, the 10 year old made her watch iron man cartoons and then my friend fell asleep to ATL, so they were all in her head. Then she decided to go on fanfiction.net and find legit NC-17 (or M in their ratings) Tellitubbie fanfiction and I can't even explain why. But there. Crack ship.
