What do you want to do better this year in your writing?

[I looked and didn't see anything like this on the boards. If I'm wrong just let me know. Thanks]

I want to finish The Aftermath of a Car Crash and 9 Months.

I'd like to experiment with different pairings and AU scenarios.

Write more polyamorous relationships.

I want to make my male characters more masculine.

I want to finish at least ONE of the stories I have sitting and haven't touched in months.

Make more stories more realistic.

Finish one of my scripts and enter it into something.

Do some hardcore editing.

Finish at least one of my plot bunnies.

Write a story that's actually serious.

This year I want to at least start a serious novel.

I'd also like to write a story that doesn't involve romance or at least doesn't focus on it.

I want to write the story about the genderqueer deaf character [William] where the plot doesn't focus on him being genderqueer or deaf.

Completely finish The Brightest Fell.
Start on one of my stock OF plots.
Write a drabble (almost) daily.

I just really want to finish a story. A novella/novel length story.

If it goes ahead this year, I think sign up should start in about a week, and then you write until maybe late April? That's assuming it's happening this year, though, but fingers crossed!

I would love to write a story like "She's Just Not That Into You" or something where it's all these different people that are connected, but individual stories.

I want to finish editing ATSOHP completely and never touch it to work on it again.

I also want to really get close to done with Music Girl.

To actually finish things that aren't just drabbles.
Try and write daily, no matter what it is.

I would like to get myself to writing longer chapters. I'm pretty tired of barely being able to write something that's 1.2k; I'm jealous of the people who can hit 5k, 10k per chapter

I want to actually finish stories.

I want my characters to have...character. So people can easily fall in love with them.

And, I want to describe things nicely.
So that they flow together in delicate little sentences, instead of hacking them off in mid stride so it sounds sloppy and disorganized.
