    Summary:
Kendall needs a new turn in life, she needs a change of scenery, new people and to experience life-changing moments. But perhaps all she needs is an escape...

    Excerpt:
At first I was weary; there’s so many out of reach, all there to lead you into other worlds. You get the rush and the excitement the same as alcohol, but then you also have the self control and relaxation thrown in. Every experience is something different; you can go between the lines and cross every boundary. Instead of drowning yourself in booze and bile, you can float away from the world you knew to one of your very own.

I was growing weary of my friends’ lifestyle, with every swig I tried to wash away the monotony from my gut but with no avail. It seemed to mutate with the ethanol and spread the disease through my veins, leaving my mind suffering even more so. As the nights went on, and the glasses became half empty my claustrophobic mind became numb.

    Title: Loving Tessa
    Story Type: Original Fiction
    Rating: PG-13
    Genre: Romance, Drama, Teen.
    Status: Active.

Summary: Tessa had never felt appreciated. Roscoe had never felt needed. Then, one opposite found the other, in a not so secret place.

    Excerpt:

To most people, the fact that she spent so much time on the computer would be sad. They’d think that Tessa was wasting her youth away. That such a girl should go outside more and make friends and be social. Honestly, what fun does one get from sitting at a computer, just hammering away at silly keys? The time was almost like evidence. Proof that she was just as bad as her father was with time compromised on the computer. He had a legit excuse, though; something that made it acceptable that he spent so much time on the device. Working on computers and networks? Well, that was his job. What put food on their table.

But then again, day in and day out, she was doing what she loved.

    Rating: PG-13
    Genre: Romance
    Pairing: Ryden/ Rydon
    Status: Completed Oneshot

Summary: Ryan always had his bear. It was his closest friend, but for his boyfriend Brendon, the bear was a sign of insecurity and not being fully loved.

Excerpt: Whenever Brendon did this in Ryan’s presence, Ryan couldn’t help but grin at the sound of it. Ryan could remember when Brendon had to understand that his stuffed animals were friends to him. It took Brendon some time to start talking to them.

“Hi baby,” Ryan said back to him. “Nice weather, right?”

Brendon’s lips touched the back of Ryan’s neck. He took notice to how long his boyfriend’s hair was getting. He didn’t mind. Brendon was easy going like that. Humming in agreement, Brendon spoke again. “Now that the weather’s looking nice again, will I be finding you here with Christmas Bear more often?”

    Title: Learning to Fall.
    Rating: R.
    Type: Chaptered, WIP.
Word Count: First chapter is ~6500.
    Pairing: Pete/Ryan.
Author's Note: Written for a contest. Inspired by the quote "You know most normal people get to know each other before they get married."
    Link.

    Summary:
When Ryan told Pete he was pregnant in March of 2007, he found himself in a 24-hour Las Vegas wedding chapel a few hours later. A few days after he found himself in a mansion in Los Angeles, trying to figure out exactly who his husband is and how to live life as someone other than Ryan Ross, all while trying to cope with the life growing inside him.

    Excerpt (from part two):
"We're the number five album on iTunes." Spencer said, voice low. "And all of Fall Out Boy's albums are up there, too."

The boy blinked, letting that register. "But . . . our album's two years old." While Ryan was trying to ponder why on earth his pregnancy and marriage would lead to such a thing, Spencer was opening up a word document and when he spoke again, his voice had that business tone to it.

"Okay, so, press statement. I guess we should do one as a band and you should probably have an individual one since you're the one with child." Ryan snorted. "So I guess Brendon and Jon and I'll be all 'blah blah blah, best congratulations to Pete and Ryan at this time in their lives. We thank you for your support and ask that you respect their privacy during this personal time. Do you think it's necessary to point out that you never fucked Brendon?"

"Probably, but don't." Ryan shook his head. Damn fanfiction and horny teenage girls. And damn crazy friends for sending him links to the stuff. "What should I say, Spin?"

The boy was already working on it though. "I appreciate all your kind thoughts, but respectfully request that you allow me and Pete our privacy during this time. Any information that I to share will be given through the appropriate channels. I am an extremely private person and do not like to disclose the details of my personal life which is why I did not release a statement before."

"Any information we wish to share." Ryan murmured in a low voice.

    Title: Ubriacarsi.
Story Type: Fanfiction -MCR - Frank Iero-centric
Rating: Probably won't go over PG 13 just because of swearing and (if the story continues) a lot of drug use.
Genre: Comedy, Drama, potentially a romance.
Status: Chapter 1 / unknown chapter limit. Active.
Summary: Frank Iero applies at a bar run by the Way family. If I continue this story, it will basically just chronicle bar life.
    Excerpt:

“So what made you want to apply here?”

“I dunno.” Frank shrugged, watching the boy at work. “It seemed like a cool place, I guess. And, uh…” he chuckled a bit, a hand moving to the back of his neck. “I figured a bar might piss my mom off, really.”

“Nice one,” Mikey chortled, eyes darting to Frank for a moment as the two shared a laugh.

But his eyes were soon enough on his work again. That was fitting though, because this time, Frank had a question: “So… do you know what Ubriacarsi actually means?” He inquired, having been wondering for years as he passed the bar on his way through town.

“It’s Italian,” Mikey explained, “like the owners: the Way’s. Honestly, it just means ‘drunk.’”

    Story Type: Fan fiction.
    Rating: R
    Status: Chaptered, completed.
Summary: The world started to end on the nineteenth day of March. Sickness, death, and misery followed the outbreak of the worst virus known to mankind. It was a superbug, ruthless and without mercy, leaving only a handful of survivors for every few million. One of them was the man formerly known as the singer, Gerard Way. Follow the sad story of the man without a band, making his way in a world that has forgotten everything he's ever loved.

    Excerpt:

Mikey’s mouth was covered with blood. He was trying to get himself on his knees, but about to fall over. I ran to him and put my arms around his shaking body, around his torso which was covered in his blood. I didn’t believe what I was seeing, this wasn’t real. This was a dream.

“Ugh…, I…,” he tried to say, but then coughed. Immediately, more blood came from his mouth, splashing all over the carpet along with black pieces of bile. It flew all over my clothes, on my face, in his hair. Mikey kept shaking, kept shuddering, more and more blood kept flying from his mouth. If it wasn’t for my arms holding him in a steel grip, he would have fallen backwards and drowned in his own bloody vomit.

“Nine-one-one!” I yelled at the top of my lungs, and that was the last thing I was sane enough to put an effort into. Mikey kept shuddering in my arms. The blood was still coming. He was still choking and gasping and writhing in pain. We were both wearing it now, the scarlet color of sickness, and I could do nothing to stop it.

    Absolutely nothing.

I wasn’t even aware I was screaming, over and over and over.

The thing that infuriates me the most is not the reckless driver. It's the memories that we had together, that seem to fade as the months go on until I'm desperately scrabbling to remember what you said, where we were. They always slip so carelessly out of reach, as if they never mattered to me at all.

He'd seen it in the boy's eyes; the manner in which he walked; the way his bones moved beneath his skin, muscle and tissue; how he talked; the connection of front teeth to bottom lip to carve out blood; the contraction and expansion of his jaw; the subtle inflection's he'd used. Title: Shutterbug
    Rating: G
    Genre: Original
Summary: Faye was an amateur photographer. A shutterbug people would say. Every moment of her life, she documented it with a camera. Photo after photo memories were created as her boyfriend, Logan helped in the process of those creations. In the morning of that, this story took place. Faye awoken with no memory of her boyfriend.

Faye was certain in her sanity that she once loved a man beautiful as winter nights, and warm as honey. He was no illusion in her mind; he existed in a place far beyond doubt that rested in her memories. There were clues and signs of his pre existence in her house, so she put those missing memories together.

Excerpt: Before I lay myself to sleep at night, I pray to God. I pray for things to be simple, to be easy. I pray to be saved from this prison and hope by the time my eyes opened, everything would be solved. I asked Him, would I ever make sense of anything this world possessed and would I ever truly understand the reasons.

    Title: Not Promised Tomorrow
    Rating PG
    Genre: Orginal
Summary: The first time Logan’s life was saved, he was twelve and had almost drowned. After that, he stayed away from deep blue oceans. The second time Logan’s life was saved; he was eighteen and had almost died. After that, he stayed away from the booze and walked everywhere he went. The last time Logan’s life was saved; he was twenty-four and he died. After that, he no longer took life for granted.

Excerpt: I did neither, and I was stuck here in an everlasting prison, an eternal slumber of my misfortunes of past lives. My sins tore a hole in the sky that opened unwelcomed memories – lost souls that tormented the only part of me that felt alive. I’ve been walking down an unclean, straight and dark road every day of my life – every day of this past life. I didn’t have a normal life anymore. I didn’t even have a life to being with. I had to walk and I wasn’t allowed to stop for my body could never get tired, but my mind could. Being alive was something only in remembrance. Something I took for granted and something I never questioned. Life was precious; I just didn’t treat it as so.

Summary (summary is an excerpt): It’s hard, doing what I do. Not in the way that you would think, though. Most people would be regretful if they lived my life, always asking God to forgive them for their sins. They would say that it’s hard to keep doing it, to keep doing this to supposedly “innocent” people. Or maybe they would say that they don’t want to do it, but that it’s like a subconscious thing- That their alter ego is really the perpetrator and they are just an innocent passerby. That’s not the case with me. I don’t feel a single ounce of regret, I love what I do. I’m not innocent, it’s all me. The hard part is keeping it as nothing more than a secret, locked away in my cluttered mind. It’s not just a dirty little secret, it’s the type of secret that you would risk your life to keep unknown to the general public.

    Status: One-shot, completed.

Summary: Gerard hit his wife tonight, and now nothing will be the same again. He’s running away, driving down the darkened road, trying to forget what his wife’s face looked like before he slammed the door, struggling to outrun the demons that have haunted him all his life.

    Excerpt:

The air is choking me, suffocating, and I can’t breathe.

I’m bolting out of the car, to the edge of the pavement, the rain soaking through my clothing. My thoughts are going back to all those moments I want to forget, my failures filling me, the realization of how stupid I am flooding me once again. All those times before, when I swore to Lindsey that I’d change, those were lies. How did I turn into this? When did the thread snap and make me think I had to punish her to keep her with me, to keep my life from falling apart? When did I become a monster?

Those promises to change are words of poison I speak to keep her with me, because without her, I’m nothing, my life is nothing, and Father would have been right after all, that I’m nothing but a failure, a mistake. I told Lindsey that I’d stop getting mad at her for talking with other men, just talking, and that I’d let her get a job to help with the bills, the one they were advertising at the art supply store because she loves art, and that I’d be okay with giving her more freedom, but those were lies. I never meant them, they were only to get her smiling again.

But now, I know who I am.

Excerpt: The lobby was virtually empty except for a few souls, lost like herself and in desperate need of anything that might save what excuse they had of sanity. She didn't care about her sanity anymore. She just wanted to be as lost in her mind as she was in reality.

"Give me absinthe," she ordered one of the barkeeps forced to stand watch over the stoned and drugged patrons around him. The question of her age was brought up, but she brushed it aside as she showed the fake ID one of her brother's exes had made her a few months before.

The war only started the first day of last month but already Nazi’s are being sent to Poland to invade them. Daddy tells me he will never have to invade Poland – I only hope that is true and we’re simply just moving for Daddy’s comfort.

A tear suddenly springs to my eye as I realise I will once again, have to make new friends when we move to Poland next week. I really hate how Daddy drags us around with him all the time, if only we could just stay here in Berlin while he moves around. He could visit us once a month or something... I wouldn’t mind. I just don’t want to continue moving around all the time!

    Genre: Romance and Drama

Summary: "No, the music's got to sound the way the words feel." Outwardly, Ryan was calm, but Brendon could feel that he was begging, pleading for him, or someone, just to understand him, understand his words. "You have to go lower or something, I don't know." He ran his hand through his already dishevelled hair.

Brendon so desperately wanted to be that person, that person who was finally able to know and understand all the thoughts that fluttered through Ryan's mind like tiny birds whose songs were only loud enough for Ryan to hear.

Brendon sang his words, he was already a step ahead of even Spencer. He was nearly there, he could feel it deep in his bones. All it would take was one extra jump, one further reach, but he just couldn't seem to.

    "I'm sorry," Brendon mumbled.

    Would he ever?

Excerpt: Tears threatened to fall down his cheeks and they blurred the streetlights around him. He wiped at them hurriedly, that embarrassment and childishness plaguing his stomach once more. He chewed on his lip and his jaw began to hurt because of how tensely he was holding it, it was the only thing that ever helped him keep from crying. He had discovered that as a young boy.

He had started to feel lost in the city that he had grown up in. Nothing seemed right; nothing seemed the way it had once been. The nights felt darker, like the black sky had effortlessly swallowed up the stars and the moon, and the days felt heavier and more suffocating, and not just from the Nevada heat.

    Rating: PG for possible swearing.

    Summary:
Gerard has dyed his hair again and again and again, not to mention all those times he got bored and decided to cut it.

One day, when Gerard notices his flaming red hair isn't as vibrant as it was the previous week, he decides to dye it, once again.

His hair decides to fight back.

    Excerpt:
Over his thirty three years of life, Gerard Way had subjected his hair to quite a bit of suffering. When he was on tour with My Chem, he often went days without washing it, either because he was too tired or because there simply wasn't any time. He also rarely brushed it, which lead to countless knots and tangles that ended up resembling a rat's nest. On top of this was the constant dying; whether it be black, white or red, Gerard loved to dye his hair. Now, this wouldn't be a problem if Gerard had also loved to deep condition his hair every week, giving his poor strands the nourishment and love they desperately needed. However, Gerard never got around to this; he was always too busy writing or performing or watching a movie.

    Or dying his hair again.

It is understandable that, after all this abuse, Gerard's hair was starting to get a little tired. It was getting sick of all the maltreatment and lack of affection. All Gerard had to do was dedicate thirty minutes out of his week to deep condition and keep his hair happy and healthy.

But no, he couldn't even do that and, quite frankly, his hair was pissed.

    Rating PG-13
    Type Original fiction
    Genre Action, fantasy, horror, romance.
    Status Active
Summary This is the story of Najaka Kekatan.

As a child, a fire spirit began attacking his village. The villagers fought back, and through accident, the spirit was sealed inside Najaka.

As he grows older he learns to control some of the powers the spirit gives him. He is told he must not be with his true love, and he is thrown into inter-land politics and wars.
Excerpt Just a few minutes later that man is dead. His body burning on the outskirts of the village he preached about so highly.

Next to him a woman is bent over the mangled body of a man. In the center of his chest a gaping hole. The man coughs up some blood and says "Gesta retak..." and trails off into death, as the woman lets out a bone chilling wail into the sky.

The sights are just a few of many on the battlefield.

"How could we lose so many soldiers to one enemy?" One woman calls to another.

"I don't know," she replies "all we can do is do our best to hold it on the edge of the forest, so that it may not reach the village.

"Attack it from the right?" a general bellows to his subordinates "we want to make it face to the fields, away from the village, some of it's already been destroyed."

"From this distance!?" the second woman said, with hysteria clearly evident in her voice.

Three similar voices ring in unison from behind the women talking.

    _________________________________________________________

    Excerpt numer 2

"It feels weird being the only ones not fighting." The woman says to her husband, looking contently to her sleeping baby.

"It does, doesn't it?" he replies, as the woman bursts into flames. "Dreta'a!" he screams as he too begins to combust.

The baby now opens his eyes, as an upside down Tekatzi is burned into them. He opens his mouth to cry out in pain, but the fire from his burning parents bodies begins to transfer from his parents, to down his throat.

    Excerpt:
i tried to hold on to the blackness, to the scene of my mother, to Amayas voice...but i felt weak. the vision of my stunning mother coming to an early grave was much more than i could bare. an early grave that could have been avoided if i wasnt present. i cried into my hands, trying to shield the moving pictures. i heard Amayas voice trying to bring me back...but her voice became inaudible among the voices and sounds within the moving pictures. it was like deja vu. these sounds and voices felt familiar, these pictures looked familiar, but i had never experienced these things.

i will always love you. that i promise you. when death forces us to part, i will find you in our next life, and the next one and the next...
