Oh my, it's not that I don't like being called a ginger, it's when my friends call me stupid nicknames like; Gingerbread man, Ging, Gingie,
It's the nicknames that make me mad.

At the start people who were red/ginger haired were assumed to be witches, spawn of satan and stuff relating to that. I believe that's where it came from. I think it's extremely ridiculous to tease someone because of their hair colour.

My mom is a natural redhead, and she never, ever once got teased or bullied for it in her days of high school. She said that people loved her hair color. My stepdad had red hair when he was younger, not so much now, but my baby sister is most likely than not going to be a ginger baby, and I am so excited. Either color eyes (blue/grey or light light green) that she gets is going to look stunning with her hair. My sister is just stunning in general. XD Although it frightens me to think of when she starts school if the kids will be mean to her because of her hair.
