    Well, to be perfectly honest, 'losing control' is a rather widespread phrase/idea that has held a certain popularity (especially in the modern age), to the point where it's become unoriginal (as in, no one can really take credit for it) and as such I don't think it's possible to place it to a certain book/movie/song.
