I came up with this idea while watching a movie and I'm hoping that people actually want to join because I think this is a cool idea. :) There's going to be an A and a B version of how you can enter this contest.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:}
A.
I'm going to try to explain this as best as I can without confusing anyone XD
So, what you'll do is write a story with 10 chapters. You will choose 10 of the choices listed below (there's a total of 30 to choose from) and write one chapter based on each choice. You can write about anything and be as creative with your 10 choices as you want, all that is required is that all 10 chapters are connected by at least 1 main character. You can have different characters for each chapter, but there needs to be 1 common one amongst all the chapters. (If that makes any sense...)
You can combine steps but just be sure that in the title of that chapter or at the beginning of that chapter you say which 2 things are being connected.
B.
The second way you can enter this contest is by choosing one of the choices listed below and writing 10 chapters, each a different way of doing the action you chose.
So for example, let's say I chose 10 ways to fall in love.
Chapter 1: Could be a 'love-at-first-sight' kind of love.
Chapter 2: Could be loving someone who will never love you.
Chapter 3: Could be loving an inanimate object, like a necklace from recently passed away relative
Chapter 4: Could be loving someone who loves someone else
Chapter 5: Could be a star-crossed lovers situation
Etc., etc.,
I know the way I explained this is confusing so feel free to ask me as many questions as you want and I'll do my best to help you understand!
