In all my smut I use the word pussy but only because I can't think of how else I would describe a woman's vagina without using the word vagina and pussy sounds better in a sex scene than vagina...though I tend to use the word 'core' instead sometimes. But, yeah...I hate seeing anatomical descriptors in sex scenes. "He put his penis in her vagina," yeah...real turn on.

I also dislike the word 'Because' when it's used incorrectly. Can't really describe what I mean though lol

I agree. 'On' is usually better in all circumstances. I think 'upon' should only ever be used for 'once upon a time'.

"Pussy" is a word I'd use rarely but I don't have a problem with it.. I use "Cunt" in contexts where begin degrading is the intent, the character saying it is degrading/humiliating the woman their talking to. But often the Euphemisms for the Vagina I favor are the ones that sound like Goddess worship, referring to it as her "Most Sacred temple" ect. "Cock" is one of my favorite words for that body part, but I guess some might find it annoying.

The F words I consider way to overused, but I LOOOOOOOVVVEEEE to say "Frak" however I only use it in stories if the character is a Nerd who would say it. But just about anything in a contemporary setting I write will have a Nerd or groups of Nerds somewhere. Since I'm a Nerd I want my kind represented.

I remember the American Dad moist jar. Lol

I hate excessive swearing unless it really really really fits.

"Upon" I'm afraid I'd be guilty of since I'm a fan of KJV/Shakespearean Vocabulary. Some stories I sue it because it is a Historical or Biblical Epic, or a Fantasy/Sci-Fi story trying to emulate that kind of Operatic/Theatrical DeMille style. Other times in a contemporary setting it's used by the characters who are modeled after me. And in my Vampire stories to demonstrate our "Old World" they are.

    ^I hate that too.

F-cking (Yes I sometimes censor my curses I know I'm lame). I just don't like that word, but at the same time, I don't like it when they substitute it with something lame like "fudging" when a character would otherwise cuss.

Nor do I like it when people use cuz/cos instead of because or wat instead of what. What in the world is a wat?

I can't take anything seriously if it uses that phrase.

    Enrichment

I dunno, it always makes me think of a condescending school teacher or therapist or something.

I write 'cause a lot because I rarely say because out loud and it filters into my writing, but I mostly try and confine it to dialogue because I agree, it doesn't really fit in narrative. I'm fine with it in dialogue, though.

I hate hate hate the word babe, if it's not in an ironic context. I get that it's a word that people actually say irl and so it's not unusual for fictional characters to use it, but I just hate it unconditionally and it always throws me off when I read it.

"Petite." Someone that's skinny is not automatically "petite," just as someone who is "petite" is not automatically thin Facepalm

I probably have, like, thirteen-thousand, but the top one is ooze. Ooze, oozing, whatever. It's just...nyah, it makes me squirm. And in English, we're reading this book where the word is used eighteen-hundred-and-forty-four times, and I think that just really made me hate it, because, for some reason, I am called on to read out loud a LOT.

So, ooze. And, like everyone else, moist. Two really weird, awkward words that make me pause in a story and go, "Eeeaahh..." Ooze. XD

I hate the word 'legit'. It annoys me to know end. For some reason everyone at my school suddenly started using it in every single conversation! I started to hear that word in my dreams!

Hoagie. Snog/snogged/snogging. I hate the term "vajayjay" when someone is referring to a vagina. And I'm not too fond of the word penis, especially in a sex scene in a story.

I have to agree with "pussy", "ooze", and "moist."
I also hate the word "cock." It's just...bleh. Gets under my skin.

90% of English names for plants and flowers are horrible. Although with trees you sometimes get a good pun, especially pine (pining away under a pine tree) and ash (ash tree wood ashes).

...I don't know why, but I just really don't like those words. They just don't sound nice to say.

And I'm not a fan of words like 'ooze' (which I know has already been mentioned) and 'squish.' They're just words that, to me, sound like they belong in younger children's books - they sound almost silly, and they don't seem to fit into serious stories very easily.

I mean, no one uses it anymore, but when it comes up in old literature it just makes me think that they're talking about butts

Two words that I just can not stand are nipple and panties. I have no clue why, but those two just really make me cringe.

This is not a word, more of a phrase I guess, but I really dislike side boob. I've been seeing it used a lot lately and it makes me uncomfortable.
