My favorite artist is My Chemical Romance, I started listening to them when I was 7 and I'm 17 now. My favorite song by them is Helena, this is the first song I've heard of them. But I love I'm Not Okay (I Promise), Bulletproof Heart, The Kids From Yesterday, Headfirst For Halos too.

But MCR is closely followed by Bring Me The Horizon, A Day To Remember, Pierce The Veil, Sleeping With Sirens, All Time Low, Suicide Silence, Sum 41, blink-182 and all that kind of stuff. :)

One Direction

"Moments", "She's Not Afraid", "Stand Up", and "Diana" are my favorite songs by them.

Matchbox Twenty is my one true love. They don't have a single song that I don't like. Everything they do is perfection.

My favourite band is Los Campesinos! and I usually get a new favourite song with each CD they release. My current favourite is "To Tundra" off their 2011 release Hello Sadness, but before that it was "Straight in at 101" off Romance is Boring in 2010, and "Documented Minor Emotional Breakdown #1" off We Are Beautiful, We Are Doomed before that. With No Blues dropping next week, I'm wondering what could top "To Tundra," as it's one of the most striking songs I've ever heard in general, but I'm not eliminating the possibility that I will develop a new favourite. That's kind of why I love Los Camp so dearly. Every album grows from the last and I always look forward to them evolving their sound and lyrics.

I don't necessarily think I have a favorite band, since I like way too many and there are numerous songs to choose from.
However, if I had to pick my top ones, they'd be (in no particular order) Megadeth, Goatwhore, Immolation, Coheed and Cambria, Tyr, Black Tide, The Misfits, In Flames, and Wintersun.

I'm also a fan of Jamie Archer, One Direction, Five Seconds of Summer, and Olly Murs, but they fit into another category outside of the bands listed above. :3

There are a lot of bands that I love -- like, intensely -- and it used to be really difficult for me to commit to a favorite (after My Chem's TBP came out anyway) but not any more. My absolute favorite musician is William Beckett, former frontman of The Academy Is...
My close friend shared TAI's first album Almost Here with me the year it came out (a cousin had burned her a copy) and I just fell in love. I saw them for the first time in eighth grade with Fall Out Boy and Cobra Starship, and it remains to be my favorite concert experience to date. My personal growth paralleled the growth of the band through their music, and I have never felt so completed by songs so continuously.
I was really upset when they broke up, but luckily William has continued his career and he has done wonderful things -- he's released four EPs and an LP, gone on several tours, done concerts on Stageit, and is so often in contact with the fans. I've been lucky enough to meet him a total of three times, and he is the most genuine person. Knowing all that he has been through and seeing him today -- seeing him here let alone as such an incredible force -- is absolutely inspiring.
My favorite song of his comes off his album Genuine & Counterfeit, called 'Time for a Sign'. It's exactly what I needed to hear at that point in the summer, and it makes me feel so at peace and ready to do what I need to do, what is best for me emotionally. The whole album is incredible, and I would definitely suggest you all at least giving it a listen.
And, yes, I do have a TAI/WB tattoo. I got the ampersand William has on his wrist incorporated with my balance tattoo; got it on his birthday two years ago. I'm no joke.

I will say that Marilyn Manson must be my favourite band, because their music inspire me so. It's so hard to pick just one song so I will list a few:

My favorite band is Simple Plan. These guys have literally saved my life so many times. I swear, I would not be here if it wasn't for them. My current favorite song of theirs right now is The Lucky One. This song relates to me so much because as someone with a disability, nothing ever goes right for me. You'd really have to listen to it before I could truly understand the reason this song means so much to me.
