I usually type the comment in Microsoft Word and use the word count to see how many characters I've got. Dunno what writing program you use but there's probably something like that you can do it with :)
- Nikki Sixx:
- Is there a place that says how many characters you have used?
The preview shows up underneath the comment box, so it's possible you may have missed it.
- Rocket Queen:
- Oh, one thing I forgot to ask. Do you receive a notification that your story has been commented on? Like an alert or something? I haven't yet received a story comment since New Mibba came in so I wasn't completely sure about that.
And is it just me or is the Preview function not working for anyone else? I tried to preview the comment I was about to leave and it wouldn't do anything so I just gave up and clicked Submit.
If you click the "custom layout" button on the top right corner of the story's screen, it'll change to Mibba's default layout, which is easy to read.
- Aly Dreamer Jones:
- What happens if you can't read a story, Dujo? Like the layout is too hard to read? 'Cause the current story it's asking me to read has a layout that's making it impossible to decipher any coherent words.
Okay, thank you, Audrey T.

- Aly Dreamer Jones:
- Okay, so, Audrey, I tried doing what you said, but nothing happened. Is this a glitch?
Also, here's the story. Should I maybe report it for having a layout that's hard to read? Because I'm pretty sure that was part of the rules on the Old Mibba.
Uh... I have no idea. The Internet browser? XD Seriously, I have no idea when it comes to computers, and my mom (who's the computer geek of our family) isn't home right this second...

If you go to the next chapter, in that story, the words are underneath the image, so there shouldn't be a problem with reading it.
Though, the custom/default layout switch should be working (just tried it in that story and it worked). What browser are you using?
Ohhhh, that makes sense, I probably did miss it. Thanks!
