I'm usually alright with Mibba's changes, be it layout changes or whatever, and I've been okay with Mibba 2.0's layout so far, but...
Could the ad spaces
please be narrower but longer, instead of square-ish? Most pages are really long anyway, so it shouldn't be a problem? There wouldn't be so much blank white space on the right when you scroll down, too. It irks me how the forum posts and comments look so narrow now, unless I make my browser really wide, which is inconvenient and annoying for me.
I'm not very keen on how there's so much going on at the top when you're reading a story (the navigation links and all); it's pretty distracting. But I guess that'll just take some getting used to. I would personally love it if we could choose to show/hide the navigation at the top, though, like how we have the option to show/hide comments on the right.
One more thing: Is it just me, or are some of the images/links missing/broken somehow...? I can't see my own profile picture on my profile. In the public (stories/poems/blogs) layouts sections, fewer than half of the preview images are showing up. Also, the "preview" links don't seem to be working in the blog layouts section.
Other than that, I think Mibba 2.0 is great so far.
I especially love how we can see which users have recommended a particular story and all. Also, the mobile version of Mibba is awesome.
I'm still upset over how the subscriptions section, though.
I'd love for it to show "active/inactive" again so I can tell which updates I've read and which I haven't, and for there to be a choice to view them in different orders, like alphabetical or last updated, or maybe even according to author. I hope there's an update for stuff like that. :3
And lol, it saddens me that people are saying that they really don't like the new Mibba layouts, and prefer the old, "ugly blue and orange" site layout. I think all versions of Mibba have looked great. ...was I the only one who thought the blue and orange looked good...? ._.
