I loved the movie, it was amazingly done. Markl was so adorable, I loved his japanese voice. The book was boring though...

One of my favorite Miyazaki films, right up there with Spirited Away. This one is my boyfriend's favorite!

I watch this at least once a year, it really is one of the best Miyazaki films. In my opinion.

I own this and watch it once every two months or so. It's also a good movie to fall asleep to. Calcifer is probably my favorite character.

I love this movie so much. In Love

I preferred the film to the book though; it kind of dragged on a bit. I listened to the audio book while I was finishing my art coursework and even though Howl is from Wales in the book, the fact that the narrator used a Welsh accent to voice him really put me off. Facepalm I don't even know. It felt weird to me even though I like Welsh accents.

I think it probably had more to do with the fact that, because of the English dubbed film, I automatically associated Howl with having an American accent . XD

I agreed. I read the book and skipped large parts of it.
