I had very violent friends, so here was a few of mine:
Extreme manhunt: We split ourselves into two teams. One team would come up with a word, give each person a letter, and then go hide. The other team would hunt members of the other team down; then beat the crap out of anyone they found until they gave up their letter. Once the team figured out the word, the roles were switched until we all decided we were good and bloody enough for one night. And if you gave up your letter too quickly, you were subject to getting jumped by your own team.
Blind Bicycle Racing: This was one of our favorites. There was this huge bumpy hill we'd race down after putting blindfolds on each other. I had the largest bike, and it was the only bike with no brakes. We stopped playing this game eventually because we kept running over each other, and people were getting seriously injured.
Gang-Jump: When we walked around the suburbs, if saw a car coming, someone would yell, "Car!" Someone would then lay on the ground, and the rest of us would pretend to be kicking the person on the ground to death. When the person got out of their car, we'd all go running off. If we had our bikes with us, we'd throw the bikes into the road and lay down as if we'd gotten into a crash.
No-Name Death-wish: One of my friends had a dad with a crossbow. He'd nick it, and we'd all gather in someone's yard. He'd aim the crossbow "straight" up and shoot. The first person to move lost and got beaten. We stopped this game when one of the kids got an arrow through his leg.
Now, let me hear some others.
