Morgan smiled slightly as she walked over to Tyler. She was all about being a flirt and she had to hand it to this guy... He was quite attractive... She looked down and smoothed her bright dress against her body. "What? You don't like my dress?" She asked as she stuck her tongue out at him.

Chris smiled as Leigha threatened him. Not only was it cute, but he also knew that she really meant it. "Don't worry, Leigha! We are guards for a reason, and it will keep you safe. That's why it's easier for us to split up so we only have to watch one of you." There were other reasons for that too, but be didn't put those into words.

Tyler arched an eyebrow at her words before offering a slight smile. "I never said that," he pointed out before he shrugged. The dress honestly did look rather nice on her, as it just seemed to suit her perfectl. "I just think it would attract more attention. And, when it comes to the darkness, you don't want more attention on you that what's necessary."

Leigha bit her lower lip before sighing softly. "Alright," she muttered softly. She wasn't quite sure why she had given in easier than she normally would have. Perhaps it was just because it was Chris and he was very attractive and seemed to be very genuine and considerate with his words. She could only hope that she wouldn't regret it.

Morgan laughed a little at the smile on his face. She really liked the way that he smiled at her... There was something about it that just made her feel safe, even through the scariness of this "darkness." "Fine!" She agreed finally. "As long as I get to pick my own clothes... And what exactly is this 'darkness'?"

Chris sighed in relief as the girl finally agreed to all of this. Damn she was quite stubborn... He still liked the way her eyes were sparkling when she defied him, but he liked it even more when she would smile at him and agree. That smile was just imprinted on his brain now... "Now, there's a good girl!" He said teasingly, though he knew it was going to get him in trouble...

Tyler gave a smile after hearing her laugh. He liked the sound of her laugh; it sounded melodic and enticing. "Let's go get you some clothes now, then," he said, gesturing to the clothing store nearby - it was really just across the street, which made things easier. He sighed after hearing her question, though. "It's a dark magic. It took over this land a long time ago. The guards in that time were just barely able to get rid of it. Nobody thought it would return."

Leigha frowned at his words before crossing her arms over his chest. "You must really enjoy angering people, hmm?" she asked before putting that pout of hers back in action, wanting to make him feel bad. "Saying 'that's a good girl' makes me feel like a dog." She gave a quiet 'hmph,' showing how much she hated the thought. "And I'm not a dog!"

Morgan sighed as she looked through the clothing. It was a lot more bland... Darker than what she normally wore. She was used to wearing clothes that were normally vibrant and tight around the curves, not baggy clothes that were more fit for pajamas than clothes. She found at least a nice pair of tight jean-like pants and a lighter color shirt and was satisfied. "So now it's back, supposedly." She bit her lip the . "Tyler, do you think it's possible for us to get home?"

Chris rolled his eyes in the slightest bout of anger. God, this girl was really making him work hard to please her. There was just something about her that he couldn't figure out; every time he tried, it only seemed to make things all the worse. "Aww, Leigha!" He pouted, trying to hide his melancholy annoyance, "I'm sorry! I didn't mean it!"

Tyler blinked at her question before rubbing the back of his head and shrugging slightly. "I don't know," he said honestly before sighing softly and glancing around a bit, feeling rather awkward. "I mean, I suppose there's a chance, but we won't know until we try." Of course, he hoped that they would fail at that, as he didn't really want her to go home. She seemed much too interesting. "Would you really want to go home, though? Especially if you find a reason to stay?"

Leigha grinned, feeling rather satisfied that she had won. Tilting her head to the side, she nodded slightly. "That's a good boy," she mused, almost mocking his earlier words before she shrugged slightly and glanced around a bit, letting out a sigh. "So, how exactly are Morgan and I supposed to help against this 'darkness,' anyways?" She bit down on her lower lip, not exactly liking the idea. They knew next to nothing about this world, after all.

Morgan's eyebrows furrowed together when he asked such a question. Her head tilted in the slightest to further explain her confusion. She didn't understand why he would ask such a question like that. "I - I don't know... It would have to be a pretty good reason for me to stay. I mean, my whole life is back there - wherever "there" is..." She shrugged a little.

Chris rolled his eyes as she said that he was a "good boy". He was indeed going to be a good guy for her, but he didn't voice this allowed - he knew she was only mocking him. "I don't know. Help us on this quest, I guess. You guys must have something special... The sword only works if it calls to you - that's why it was so dangerous because it was calling on the dark magic. There must be something that brought you here specifically - something that can help us..." He answered her.

Tyler nodded slightly to her words. Silently, he hoped that he would, at some point, somehow become that reason for her to stay. "I'm sure you'll enjoy it here too much to want to go back," he said before offering a small smile. He was going to try his best to make sure of that; he would personally make sure that she would have the time of her life in Telous. "Are you hungry or anything?" He arched an eyebrow, unsure of if she would even like the food Telous had to offer. Most of it was rather flavorful and offered a lot to enjoy, in his opinion.

Leigha bit her lip after hearing his words before casting her eyes downward. "You said that the sword attracts dark magic, right?" she asked, "Does that mean that Morgan and I have some kind of dark magic in us, since we so easily became attracted to it?" It was scary enough that she and her friends might have something 'special' about them. But to think that there was some kind of dark magic within them was terrifying. She silently hoped she was just over-reacting and that there was no way they had dark magic In them.

Morgan looked at the weird expression encompassing Tyler's face and her eyebrows furrowed in response. He seemed weird, but she tried not to act on that look of confusion. She didn't know if she wanted to know the answer anyways. She wasn't a slut and being alone with the boy made her squirm a little - even though she felt more than safe under his gaze. "Sure! I'm starving!" She smiled at him and tripped over her foot when trying to run, falling into him.

Chris looked at her and frowned a little. Her question, though he understood it, confused him... He didn't know how to answer her, and he was afraid that his answer might scare her away. He knew that it might be possible that he might have to tell her that they might actually have magic. It might be a possibility. "I...I" he started. "Well, I don't know. It's possible! Maybe that's not to say 'dark' magic, but maybe you're magical that the sword recognizes... Like maybe you're the saviors of Telous!"

[sorry, I might not reply for a little... I'm going to dinner xD]

    (It's fine~)

Tyler blinked when he felt Morgan fall into him. Immediately, his arms wrapped around her, in a protective manner. Though, he easily noticed how enjoyable it actually was to have her in his arms, he pushed that thought aside. Looking down at her, he arched an eyebrow, his expression showing a bit of concern. "Are you alright?" he asked quietly, keeping his arms wrapped around her. He honestly didn't want to let go, but knew he'd have to eventually. Still, he might as well enjoy it while he could.

Leigha blinked a few times at his words before shaking her head slightly. "I don't that," she said. The thought just didn't sound logical to her. Of course, with everything else happening, who was she to say what was logical and what wasn't? "What are the saviors of Telous, anyways? Or is that just some fairytale you have, like Cinderella on Earth?" She felt bad for questioning it, but she couldn't help it. She wanted to know what exact these 'saviors of Telous' did or do or whatever!

Morgan gasped as she fell into Tyler. His arms wrapped around her; they felt so strong and muscular... She kept his hands in her chest, while trying to get these pleasant thoughts out of her head. She wasn't going to let some guy from another world get to her - that was just insanity! "I-I" she stuttered at his question trying to collect herself. Her mind was frazzled, and she doubted it was from the fall... More from the way that he had his arms around her. "Yeah, I'm perfectly fine!" She lied. Honestly he had completely awakened her sentences and blurred her mind. "Now, what were we doing?"

Chris groaned a little. God, this beautiful girl was full of questions and he didn't know how to answer any of them! How was he to know what the saviors of Telous were supposed to do?! If there would've been example saviors that would've given him a lead on what Leigha and Morgan were supposed to so, they wouldn't need the two girls! "I don't know!" He finally spoke honestly. "I guess we're going to have to go on a little quest to find out... And what is a Cinderella?" He asked with a tilt of his head.

Tyler eventually released his hold on her, much to his own dismay before he offered a small smile. "We were going to go get food," he said, though, honestly, he just wanted to hold her in his arms again. His arms already felt empty without her in them, which surprised him quite a bit. "Would you still like to go do that or would you rather get back to my home and rest?" After all, she seemed pretty flustered and he wouldn't blame her if she was tired after the day's events thus far.

Leigha blinked a few times at his words before looking over at him. "A quest?" she asked, honestly feeling rather interested in that. She was a girl who loved fairytales and stories of adventure, after all. "Oh! Cinderella is a girl whose step-mother and step-sisters are really horrible. They always have her do everything. But, she sneaks out to a ball that the kingdom's prince is holding to find a wife with the help of magic. The two meet and immediately fall in love, but she runs out of the castle at midnight, because that's when the magic ends. She loses her glass slipper, though, and that's how the prince finds her again."

Morgan breathed restlessly at the way that she was feeling in his arms. She fought to deny it, but she really liked it... Perhaps too much. He made her feel flustered and loved... And every crazy emotion that someone could possibly believe in. She shook her head to eliminate those thoughts, even for a minute or two. "No! I'm still a little hungry," she murmured, her voice not able to conjure anything louder. "Can we eat and then go rest for a little?"

Chris snorted a little at her explanation of this weird story. "You people on this 'earth' sure do have weird stories!" He nudged her slightly, hoping to get a smile from her but also feeling the slightest but of friction... Lustful, wanting friction. He then tried to remember her question as spoke of the quest. "I don't know... It's been told that sometimes people of Telous must go on quests to discover themselves. Maybe you'll find your magic like that?"

Tyler smiled slightly and nodded. "Of course," he assured before glancing around. Everything had already been paid for, so he led the way out of the clothing store. "We'll talk to Chris and your friend tomorrow, to figure out what we'll do next." After all, they still had to figure out everything that was going on and would have to decide on a way to go about finding it out. "Since tomorrow will probably be a busy day, you'll need as much rest as you can get today." He gave a gentle smile as he led the way to the nearest restaurant, glancing at her every now and then out of the corner of his eyes.

Leigha smiled slightly at his words and rolled her eyes a bit. "People on Earth love romance and adventure. The thought that we can do anything and that everybody finds love just makes life easier there," she said before shrugging slightly. She took in his words about the quest, allowing her mind to register them. Slowly, she nodded. "I guess that's better than nothing. At least it will give us something to do while we're here." She bit down on her lower lip, hoping that they just didn't end up getting themselves killed.

Morgan felt a little shy when they were fully separated and squirmed a little. Her skin was burning from the contact her skin had with his and she resisted the urge to shiver from it. She tried to put it out of her mind, but she constantly felt herself blushing under a gaze that was secretive as he barely turned his head to do so. "Ok, sounds good..." She responded to him quietly, unable to find her voice. "So what exactly are we going to have to do?"

Chris smiled when she talked about how these people on Earth loved to find romance and adventure. He wondered if she was one of its searchers and he would help her find it... Unless, of course, maybe she had already found it and that was why she was so resistant... He frowned a little at the thought. "Well I'm sorry I'm boring you!" He teased for a moment when she said she hoped they'd find something interesting to do. "So tell me about this Earth. Have you found love there? Is that why you want to go back so bad?"

Tyler shrugged slightly to her question. "Chances are, we'll all end up having to go on a quest to find out why, exactly, you two are here," he explained; that was usually how everybody else found out their reason to be alive in Telous, anyways. It was how he and Chris figured out that they were meant to be guards. "The quest will help us figure everything out, hopefully, and we'll just go from there, and hope that everything works out to our advantage." Of course, there were many ways that everything could work out, and he was more so hoping that it would work out to his advantage, as he didn't want her leaving.

Leigha gave a slight laugh to his teasing before rolling her eyes. Chris seemed a bit playful and she honestly found herself liking that about him - not that she'd admit it. They were, after all, from two different worlds. Literally. Things could end up being horrible for the two of them if either of them fell for the other and Leigha left. She pushed these thoughts out of her head before shaking her head slightly. "Not unless you count a love for antiques," she said, "That's why I want to go back; I've spent my entire life collecting antiques."

Morgan sighed. A quest sounded scary and intense... It was something that she knew they would have to do, but she was scared to find out what it was that they would have to do. It wasn't exactly the most pleasant thought in the world.. To not know what to do in another world but know that somehow you're going to have to help destroy evil. The thought almost terrified her. "Works to our advantage like how? Like being able to go home?" She asked and her heart beat fast at the thought.

Chris smiled a lot when she said that her only love was antiques. He was happy that there wasn't some other unknown guy in the picture that he was going to have to fight around to get Leigha. He liked her so much, and he was going to make himself a love in her heart. "Well, if you can't get back, there are always some antiques here that are just waiting to be collected. And we have more fun here in Telous!" He laughed gently, hoping that there would be no way out and she'd stay here... With him... Forever.

Tyler blinked a few times at her words before running a hand through his hair, feeling a bit awkward. "Well, at least, to be able to get rid of the darkness," he muttered before glancing around a bit. "We're not sure about you being able to go home, after all." He looked over at her and gave a quiet sigh. He figured she would probably be disappointed that she wouldn't be able to go home, but he really didn't want her to leave. "What's so great about 'Earth,' anyways? I'm sure you'll enjoy being in Telous and you won't want to go back by the end of this." He hoped so, at least.

Leigha gave a slight sigh to his words before shrugging slightly. "I'm not too sure if I can agree with that," she muttered softly. After all, the place just seemed so... So strange to her. She doubted she'd even be able to get used to the place or even be comfortable there. At least Earth just seemed real. No magic, except in storybooks. That had always just been nothing but fairytales to her. She doubted she could honestly believe in such a thing, even if she actually saw it.

Morgan sighed a little as Tyler asked her about Earth. What was so great there anyways? It's not like she had a boyfriend - or even a family to go back to. She was orphaned at a young age... But life seemed so much more vibrant there and she had her career as a writer. "Well, my whole life is there, Tyler!" She said. "I'm pretty sure if you were pulled away from your home into another universe, you would want to go home to, no? Why should I stay when I have a whole life back there?!"

Chris sighed. He wished he could show her the world here and make her understand. He saw nothing more beautiful than the things in Telous and he knew he could get her to agree. "Come on, just give it a try!" Chris said on the edge of a breath. "I'm sure you'll love it here. Just stick with me and I'll show you one hundred reasons why you should stay." I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. There were five... And there were ninety-five more reasons just like that...

Tyler sighed softly before shrugging a bit. "You could always make a life here," he suggested before running a hand through his hair and glancing around a bit. "I mean, Telous is a great place to have a life. It never gets boring!" He knew that for certain and hoped that it would somehow talk her into wanting to stay. Of course, he more so hoped that just he would be the reason that she would ever want to stay.

Leigha gave a sigh before she shrugged a bit. "Those better be some pretty good reasons, then," she muttered before glancing around a bit. She missed Earth quite a bit. At least her best friend was here, though. And, the people they had met so far didn't seem too bad. Being here for a while, until the 'darkness' got defeated wouldn't be too bad. She just hoped they didn't end up getting themselves killed.
