There's No Place Like Home

Morgan smiled here and she blushed slightly when he asked where she would choose to eat. She looked down away from his eyes and just shrugged lightly. "I guess... I guess I'll sleep in a guest room." She told him. Hell, why did she really feel like she was belonging in his room?! She would never say that... But there was a part of her that really wanted to say so since she really would like to be with him.

Chris rolled his eyes. "I guess, yes, the food is a reason you should stay... But I have plenty more reasons up my sleeve!" He smiled at her. It was stupid, but he could see her beside him more than anything. He had plans to be with her for forever... If he could just get her to stay! Now that would be the trick, but he would do it... And then they would be together.

Tyler arched an eyebrow at her words before stepping a bit closer to her. "Are you sure that's what you want? You did only say that you guess, after all," he said, tilting his head to the side slightly in curiosity, "I don't want you to guess. I want you to want to sleep wherever you choose to sleep."

Leigha smiled slightly and grinned. "Well, I can't wait to figure out all the reasons that you have," she mused quietly, almost flirtatiously. Wait.. Why was she flirting with him? It was obvious that she was attracted to him, but she had never really been one to flirt. It made her nearly laugh at herself.

Morgan blushed slightly. Of course Tyler had to be so keen and he wasn't going to let her get away with an "I guess" in her answer. "I don't know,.. Where is it appropriate for me to sleep?" She asked, biting her lip. She shook her head to try to get rid of the redness on her cheeks, but it was to no end...

Chris smirked at the girl lightly as she seemed to be as flirtatious to him as he felt to her. He hoped that was a good thing and she might be willing to stay even more. "Don't worry," he told her as they arrived at his home, "they'll be blatantly obvious reasons, I'm sure!" He winked at her teasingly.

Tyler smiled slightly before shrugging slightly. "Anywhere would be appropriate," he assured her quietly. He didn't want to exactly tell her to sleep in his room with him. That would just seem creepy, he was sure. But, he silently hoped that she would pick up on the idea without him having to say it.

Leigha smiled slightly and rolled her eyes a bit. "We'll just have to wait and see about that, then, now won't we?" she asked in a teasing tone. She blinked when she noticed the house and once they were inside, her eyes widened a bit. The house was absolutely gorgeous - far better than hers and Morgan's apartment back in Dallas.

Morgan licked her lips, trying to re-wet them since she had gotten to be so nervous that her mouth had gone dry. "Well... I mean, I don't really want to sleep all by myself in a house that is so unfamiliar to me..." She said softly. She didn't know why, but for some reason she wished she could spend the nights in his room... That would be wrong though, wouldn't it?

Chris rolled his eyes at her, but he was rather enjoying the way that she was flirting back with him... That showed good signs that maybe he could convince her to stay because he was falling for her. He noticed her perplexed expression at the beauty of the house and he smirked lightly at her. "Enjoying the view?" He asked, but teasingly he stepped in front of her and added himself into the view.

Tyler arched an eyebrow at her words before offering a slight smile. "Well, in that case, how about you sleep in my room?" he suggested, arching an eyebrow. He was pretty sure that it was obvious that he wanted her to accept the offer. Was it wrong for him to want her to sleep in his room? Probably. Did he really care at this point? Definitely not.

Leigha blinked when she noticed that he had stepped into the view. With a teasing smirk, she said, "That will have to be my little secret." She gave a shrug before glancing around a bit. The place was completely unbelievable and she couldn't help but immediately fall in love with the house itself.

Morgan's mouth fellows that he had actually suggested such things, and them she opened her mouth a few times to just figure out how to say yes... It seemed her mouth didn't want to work with her quite yet... Maybe that was better though since she didn't want to seem too eager. "I mean... Sure! As long as you wouldn't mind..."

Chris frowned a little when Leigha refused to tell him if she liked the view. "Well I certainly hope it's a good secret!" He said teasingly. He could tell that she liked the house... And now he could only hope that she liked what was in the house!

Tyler chuckled a bit at her words before grinning. "I don't mind at all, trust me," he assured her. Why would he mind? Sleeping in his room with such a gorgeous being like Morgan - a girl who had so easily taken up his mind and emotions? There was no reason for him to be against it!

Leigha smiled slightly and stuck her tongue out at him in a rather childish manner. "It's most definitely a good secret," she assured as she rocked back and forth on the heels of her shoes as she glanced around the room. She felt like a child, being so new to this world.

Morgan blushed lightly at the way Tyler was so quick to answer. She had to wonder if she wasn't the only one to be feeling this way around him, but maybe he was just doing it to be nice... They had only met anyways, and it was stupid for her to assume that he was anything more than friendly right now. "Thanks..." She smiled at him softly.

Chris grinned at learning that it was a good secret... That made everything better if it was a good secret about him... She was beautiful and amazing and he wanted her all to himself really. "Well, I think first things first, we need to get you some food into you and then we can discuss sleeping arrangements!"

Tyler smiled slightly and rolled his eyes teasingly. "You don't have to thank me," he assured her before gesturing for her to follow him. "I'll go ahead and show you to the room, just so you'll know where it is in case you decide to go to bed before me." Shrugging a bit, he began leading the way to his room, hoping that she wouldn't mind how the room looked. It was just as nice as the rest of the house, though, so he figured she'd probably like it.

Leigha blinked, wondering what the sleeping arrangements would end up being. Deciding against questioning it for now, she grinned and nodded. "Yeah, food sounds good," she mused quietly before hearing her stomach growl slightly at the mention of food. A nervous laugh came from her lips, her cheeks flushing from embarrassment. "I didn't know I was that hungry."

Morgan shrugged, still trying to work the blush off of her cheeks from when she had actually admitted she would like to share his room. She followed after him happily. "I'll go to bed whenever you do probably," she mused in a quiet voice. She didn't exactly want to be alone just yet - especially because she liked him far too much.

Chris chucked quietly at the sound of her stomach rumbling. He almost wanted to wrap his arms around her now but he knew that might be slightly inappropriate. "Aw, how adorable!" He still said, as he grabbed her hand and pulled her into the kitchen. "That was really cute!" He smirked at her lightly.

Tyler smiled slightly at her words and nodded. "I'll keep that in mind," he assured quietly. Once he got to the bedroom, he opened the door and gestured for her to go into the room first. He silently hoped that she would like the bedroom. Of course, he could only hope. It would make things a lot better for him, because if she liked the room, she wouldn't mind staying in it. "I hope you like the room."

Leigha felt her cheeks heat up before she stuck her tongue out at him. "No, it's not," she grumbled as she followed him. The feeling of him holding her hand as he led the way made her smile slightly. It made her stomach bubble with nervousness and giddiness. Silently, she decided she would keep that information to herself - of course.

Morgan was nervous to walk into the bedroom that they would be sharing and her heart was beating like crazy. She looked around and instantly a smile lot up her face. She ran over and jumped onto the bed, snuggling into the blanket. "I love it here, Tyler!" She exclaimed. "It's perfect." She almost wished she was tired now so she could sleep on this soft bed, but she still didn't want to lose any time with Tyler.

Chris smiled at Leigha and just shrugged. "Well, I think so!" He teased and squeezed her hand. He wished he could just kiss her right now, but he knew that might be inappropriate...no matter how much he wanted her. He dropped her hand finally to get the food out and winked at her. "Well, enjoy the food!" He said softly.

Tyler chuckled softly before he moved to sit down on the couch beside her. "I'm glad you like it so much," he said before grinning. He had been hoping she would like it, but hadn't expected her to love it, honestly. Perhaps he was already doing a fairly good job of trying to get her to stay in this world of his with him. He could only hope.

Leigha stuck her tongue out at him before grinning. "Let's hope it's good," she mused quietly before taking one of the togo boxes and opened it, blinking a few times upon realizing how good it smelled. Maybe it would taste just as good as, or even better than, it smelled. Grabbing a fork, she began eating, enjoying the new, unfamiliar flavor.

Morgan smiled at him and then blushed, getting up from the bed awkwardly as if it were inappropriate for her to have done that. He was doing quite the job of getting her to stay and it made her smile and shiver all at the same time... "Sorry... About jumping on the bed," she said in a small voice, almost embarrassed.

Chris watched her face as he took a few bites of his own food. He knew she would most likely like it and he smiled about it... He watched her face as she are and sat there calmly though he was nervous. "How's it taste?" He asked softly. He knew she had to like it...

Tyler chuckled a bit and grinned. "You don't have to worry about it," he said simply before shrugging a bit and tilting his head to the side slightly. "It was actually kind of cute." It took him a moment to realize that those words had escaped his lips, but he acted like it had come out naturally - which, in honesty, it did.

Leigha grinned upon hearing his question. "It's really good!" she said happily before she continued to eat. She didn't understand how food could taste this good. After all, any food she had ever eaten before didn't even compare to this food. Within a few minutes, she was done eating.

Morgan heard his first words and took a moment to sigh a little and nod her head. Her face began to turn red as she heard his next words though. Every shade of red passed through her cheeks and she smiled slightly, but was unsure of what to say. "You think I'm cute?" She asked softly, in a soft, nervous voice.

Chris laughed as he ate softly, more paying attention to Leigha than actually focusing on eating. "I told you so!" He told her childishly. He was glad that she liked it... He was one step closer to getting her to fall for him and he was thrilled about it. "Glad you like it," he remarked.

Tyler was surprised that she had asked him that. He wasn't quite sure how to answer her question. Should he be bluntly honest about it or should he make a joke about it? If he was honest, she would know of his attraction to her. But, if she didn't like him, it could be awkward. If he made a home about it, he wouldn't feel as awkward. But, he didn't want to lie to her and he figured joking about it might actually offend her. Deciding to just be honest, since it was always the best decision anyways, he smiled and nodded. "Of course I think you're cute," he said.

Leigha smiled slightly to his words, tilting her head to the side slightly. Shrugging, she stretched her arms out in front of her. "Well, I don't see how anybody could possibly not like it," she mused quietly, "It's delicious." Glancing at him, she tried to shake off the feelings that were already starting to grow for him. She knew that was impossible, though. He was far too interesting for her to even force herself not to fall for him. Something about him so easily drew her to him and she wasn't quite sure what it was or how she could fall for somebody who wasn't even of her own world.

Morgan saw the conflict in his eyes and she continued to sit on the bed to wait for his answer. She felt stupid for asking the question in the first place, but she didn't know how to change it now. What was she asking for anyways? She was trying to not fall for him, even though she knew she already was. She wanted him to say yes that she was cute almost, but then she wasn't sure if she wanted that to happen because she still wanted to go home. She smiled at his answer then and blushed brightly. It made her really happy... "Thanks," she said, blushing bright.

Chris smiled sweetly at her and wanted to reach out to her and hold her. Damn, he was really falling for her and he almost just wished that he could tell her that, but then... She might not feel the same way. He hated the thought, but who knew if that was the case or not. He wouldn't say anything about it though, since he didn't want to mess anything up. "That is true..." He said softly, thoughtfully. He heard her flirting with him maybe, but maybe he wasn't... He couldn't be sure.

Tyler smiled slightly, arching an eyebrow in curiosity. He had noticed his blush and was thankful for seeing it. At least it meant that she wasn't appalled by the fact that he thought she was cute. Otherwise, his chances of getting her to fall for him would completely diminish and he didn't want that to happen. "You don't have to thank me for telling the truth," he said, his voice emanating a slightly flirtatious tone. Upon realizing it, he tried to hide it, but knew it was impossible. Perhaps she just wouldn't notice it, though. Either way, he just hoped it wouldn't push her away.

Leigha smiled slightly and nodded, listening to his words silently. It was surprising, the fact that she was actually comfortable with him in his home. She hadn't ever really been alone with a guy in a house, much less actually stayed over at a guy's house. It was nice, feeling so comfortable, though. Stretching her arms out in front of her, she glanced around the home a bit and smiled. "My apartment back on Earth wasn't this nice," she mused quietly, "I mean, it was nice and had a bunch of cool antiques, but it wasn't like this."
