I figured this could be a good place for those who suffer from chronic pain to talk about their symptoms, diagnosis' (or lack thereof), vent their frustrations, or brag about their good days!

    What does everyone have?

Personally, I have severe fibromyalgia, scoliosis, my spine fused to my pelvis, migraines, ovarian cysts, a painful skin condition, and although not chronic pain, CFS.

I find living day-to-day immensely difficult. I've lived with pain my whole life, but always thought it was normal, but lately my pain has gotten a lot worse, which has led to my doctor diagnosing me with fibro and CFS, and we're currently working on looking for what else is the matter.

My next stop is a neurologist appointment if they ever call back to actually book my appointment!

Hi, I love the idea of this thread! I too have fibromyalgia, I also have juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, and chronic migraines. Every day is different and some are definitely worse than others, can't tell you how many times I've woken up and just cried for an hour, unable to get out of bed or move without severe pain.

I hope your doctor finds what else is plaguing you! Hopefully you can have everything managed soon and pain will be a distant memory (if only, right?) Wink

Ugh, RA! I've been tested for it but it all came back negative, and I had a terrible rheumatologist who didn't even seem to want to look at me because I was like under the age of 80! I'm sorry you have it, that must be horrible!

And haha, I wish! I don't even know what to do with myself at this point if I had no pain lol, that sounds terrible, but I'm just so used to planning my life around it!

Hey guys. I just thought I'd post in here too. I have fibromyalgia, CFS, GERD, migraines, and severe TMJ. My fibro and TMJ are the most difficult to deal with on a day to day basis. Feel free to hit me up if you ever need someone to talk to.

I had NO IDEA this existed, but I am so excited I stumbled upon it.

I was diagnosed about three years ago with a rare kidney disease (I was the 400th person ever to be diagnosed). It's called LPHS for short. In a nutshell, my kidneys swell and bleed all the time and they have no idea why. I also produce very large kidney stones (on average the size of a golf ball) but sometimes, if there is enough blood, it mixes with the contents of what would become a kidney stone- it fills the capsules in my kidneys and shuts off function.

I also suffer from migraines (I've been on Maxalt for those- I'm still on the fence as to how I feel about it though. It knocks the headache out, but for the first two hours I feel like my head is falling off my body.

I hope everyone is feeling okay today!

My body has like no immune system, so I'm always getting the flu, ear infections, sinus infections, hell, I even got pneumonia at the end of June one year etc.. Last year, the ears, nose and throat doctor told me I'd need to get surgery on my nose. They were gonna fix my deviated septum, trim down my turbinates, and hopefully that would forever fix my sinus issues. Lucky me, I had the surgery on Valentine's Day, but because I was single, I guess the surgery didn't work. The only thing it fixed was my chronic nosebleeds.

I'm happy to say I haven't had a nosebleed in a year now, but sad to say, I've still had a constant sinus infection since I had the surgery.

And I'm allergic to almost every single antibiotic out there, so there's barely anything I can even take to help. My allergies are killer. I'm allergic to everything but food, but just recently found out that I'm lactose intolerant, so yay me. Disgust
