My first ever OTP in a book series was actually one that will probably never fully happen, much to my sadness.

Nancy Drew/Frank Hardy from the Nancy Drew and Hardy Boys Super Mysteries. It's still my biggest book ship ever.

Although I will say that from my second most obsessed over book series, Harry Potter, I changed most of those ships 'cause JK Rowling is a good writer, but can't write romantic relationships to save her life for the most part. Harry/Luna is one of the things I ship from that though. Another is Hermione/no one in the series, but rather I stay hopeful that she'll get an awesome career and then meet someone excellent there. Preferably someone she actually respects, since she doesn't respect Ron.

Out of Harry Potter, I kinda shipped Severus/Lily, Harry/Luna, Hermione/Draco, and a little bit of Ginny/Neville.

Manga wise, I often liked Naruto/Hinata from Naruto and Bulma/Vegeta or Bulma/Goku from Dragonball Z.

Remus/Sirius from Harry Potter

Hermonie/Harry - Gosh, I wanted them to get together so bad, but Ron and Hermonie wasn't so bad either.
Gale/ Katniss - They were cute. The movies made me accept Peeta with her, but the books screamed Gale.
Isabel and Cole from the Shiver series - Intense, that's all I have to say.
Lacey/ Quentin from Paper Towns - I know he was in love with Margo, but I saw something there. I SAW IT.
Me/ My fictional boyfriend - I ship us to this day.

You know who I ship through thick and thin? Torak and Renn from The Chronicles Of Ancient Darkness. Like a story of enemies turned friends turned young lovers for life. Amazing.

Ron/Hermione and Harry/Ginny from Harry Potter. I know most people gripe a lot about these pairings and I've never understood why. They're perfect as they are.
