Howdy there! I've been wanting to find some new oneshots to read, so I decided to hold a contest! Basically, this is a contest where you pick a category and write a oneshot or enter a prewrite. Or you can ask for a song, and you'll write a song based off of that. Lots of options.
Rules:
-- Prewrites are allowed.
-- I'll allow any subject except for Justin Beiber. That's just not gonna happen.
-- No incest, please. But go ahead with the slash.
-- Mibba rules apply, obviously.
-- Correct grammar, please.
-- Link to this contest in the summary!
Prizes!
I can't really do oneshots as I'm trying to catch up on my actually stories, but I can do drabbles! About anything you'd like.
-- First place will receive: Five drabbles on the subject of their choice, one story banner, and a comment on three stories of their choice.
-- Second place will receive: Three drabbles on the subject of their choice and a comment on two stories of their choice.
-- Third place will receive: One drabble and a comment on a story of their choice.
-- Honorable Mention(s) will receive: A comment on a story of their choice.
And now...bonus! You will receive bonus points if you:
-- Write about Avenged Sevenfold.
-- Write about Criminal Minds.
-- Write about House M.D.
-- Make me cry. I love sad stories.
-- Make absolutely NO grammar mistakes. None.
-- Make me wish your story wasn't a oneshot.
Your entries will be graded on a point system, which will be:
-- Originality: Up to 20 points.
-- Grammar: Up to 20 points.
-- Pathos: Up to 20 points.
-- How well you stick to your prompt: Up to 20 points.
-- Other (i.e. anything that makes your story stick out): Up to 20 points.
-- Bonus: Up to 10 points.
So you can potentially have a total of 110 points!
