Have we decided how to approach losing two authors? I mean...Maddi is gone for the summer (I mean...we could probably just skip her next chapter or two? I think she's just gone for the summer or?)

Or...are we going to throw in the towel on this story? (That's such a difficult question to ask...)

Maddi has contacted me and can you believe it, she's back! It's funny how we haven't had a single update since she was gone, so really we worried about nothing here... But she said she will come back if the story is still actually happening!

Right, time to get tough and to the point.

Are you ever going to update, Alex? Just please put my stressed mind to rest. I really do understand outside life getting in the way, but you are active on here still, which means is it too much to pop on the thread and update us on your chapter? I'm not being mean or anything, I generally just don't know what to do or say any more as I've been more than understanding for a long time now.

I just need to know so I can stop stressing over it and it will be good to know so if I want to start a new story, that I won't be taking on too much.

I really don't want this to end, but at the moment, that's all I can see happening here

I'm so sorry holy shit I totally spaced on updating and this story (and Mibs in general the past couple of months). I can write up an update now? I bombed hardcore on uni last semester so I've been minimising Mibba hardcore but I can update! Just give me a few hours

So I have messaged Maddi as she let me know she was back and still interested in this story if Alex updated. I've tried messaging her back, but haven't received a reply. So my question is, how long do we wait? Or should I just update and she can pick up again next time around if she wants too?

I don't want to step out of line, but I want to keep this ball rolling!

Hm. I leave tomorrow for a short family end-of-summer vacation. I won't be back until late Sunday, so do we want to give her until Saturday? If you haven't heard anything by then just go ahead and post and we can bring her back in the next round?

Maybe she's just busy at the moment? Waiting til Saturday sounds good and then if not it'd probs just be better to skip her.

I've updated!

I'm thinking us three continue going and if Maddi does pop up and wants to update, then that's fine. Right now, I'm thinking there doesn't have to be a set order, if someone can't update after two weeks then maybe just skip to someone else. It may seem silly if we have the same one or two characters updating all the time, but at least the story can get finished and if they're the only two who can update at the time, then so be it. I hope that makes sense We'll keep it going as me then Becca and then Alex and so on, but like I said, we'll skip if it takes too long with someone!

That sounds good! Knowing that we have to update within two weeks will help - at least, it'll help me because you guys are pretty good with updating - but yeah I'd like to have the story finished, no matter who stays through to the end

Hey guys. I'm sorry to say this but I'm leaving this story. I don't really like the whole 'let's put out chapters as quick as we can mentality' and I also didn't appreciate being skipped when I was gone for a rather short amount of time. I also saw what happened in the 'Matched' group wrote, and I don't want to be part of a writing environment where I can be kicked off a story by other members for not living up to their expectations or updating quickly enough. I thought that was really wrong and unjustified, and I refuse to be a part of a story that is conducive to that environment. I have deleted all of my chapters and removed myself as an author. With Marissa's permission, I'm going to continue Harper's story on my own, which I have already cleared. Good luck with the rest of the story.

I'm really sorry you felt like that Maddi but i tried messaging you and I know you're busy with dental school that I thought you might need more time. I don't like how you've instantly assumed we did this because you didn't live up to our expectation. I wasn't sure you were even still apart because I tried getting ahold of you after Alex completed her chapter and the girls were bewildered as you hadn't confirmed your return on here with them either. You were more than welcome to update now after me- changing the order a few times happens a lot in group writes.

And please don't mention Matched because that girl was asked to leave due to the way she was speaking to us and being very hostile, not because she didn't update. Please get that right. Also that was only mine, Beccas and the girls busy, as well as admin so I don't know whose been gossiping.

We will probably have to delete the story now as Harper is mentioned and she had some chapters that now are gone, would make the story a complete puzzle and would no longer make sense. I wish you would have spoken to me first before. Communication goes a long way with me!
