The Most Awesome One Direction Group Write Ever

OKAY, I ... tried to break down everything into a plot. Help yourself with adding anything else to help strengthen the plot, maybe add more character/couple ideas (aka like what I did at the bottom).

I apologize if this is all over the place, I kind of got excited with how ideas started to flow.

Halliwell:

Perhaps there are rumours going around that one of the members is being a bit too domineering which is why they're a member short? And then maybe we could have a tiff between two or three of the girls near the end of the tour which the media catches wind of and the next day an article is published with the line "Has Starstruck Lost Its Flame?" and goes on to talk about the bickering, referencing back to the group being reduced down to a foursome and probing fan speculation that [member] is no longer in it for fun but rather the money.

With the rival group, were we having a "surprise guest" in the tour with them being it? I just remember a mention of an ex boyfriend which is Caitlin's, but I wasn't sure whether they'd be joining the tour for a few dates or not. It'd be interesting if they did.

What should the tiff be about (between the girls)? Or should we go back to that when we get closer?

Rumors:
1. Who is going to have the domineering rumor?

2. Who is going to have the "in it for money" rumor?

I don't mind if Caitlin has the rumour that she's in it for the money. Perhaps the media got wind of her Italian side of the family having money problems (because they recently had two members of the family die and a lot of their money went into funeral costs) and kind of run with the fact that her dad came from a 'poor' area of Italy (which isn't exactly poor, but just doesn't have too much money) and married an American woman for a better life. And even though she's level headed most times, this could rile her up while they're on tour and be the fuel for a massive argument between the girls/or the guys?

Story Plot: ---ok, this is my take on the plot---
**(ok, not gonna lie, while I was writing out the tour part, more ideas started coming, so please let me know your thoughts so we can rewrite this train-wreck of a plot I wrote down)**

Starstruck is a girl group of 5 who will be touring with One Direction, and they have yet to meet so the label wants both groups to get to know one another before tour starts so they're put into a mansion to live together for a week. A fun idea to go on a hike doesn't go as planned, it's ends up in both argument and blood. Tension arises between a couple of members of both groups. Another fight occurs to the point that management brings both groups aside to discuss the tour being cancelled if this continues to be a problem. With an agreement they put their issues behind them before tour starts.

On tour all is well, until Starstruck gets exhausted and frustrated by changing the way their music sounds due to the missing member. They eventually, accidentally, take it out on One Direction. (Maybe something can go wrong during a show, and this starts the rumors?) Louis doesn't take this lightly, and it causes more frustration and guilt. The girls start questioning about the tour, and their career and if it's a good idea: "I mean, we're not getting along with the most popular boy band in the world, what if this continues with other artists?" They start all this when celebrity news start making articles, and maybe receiving hate mail on twitter, and it'll be hard for them to handle all of that negative attention and they'll question if they're cut out for it all. Isabelle says what she's thinking that maybe they shouldn't be doing this, and just give up, others agree except for Logahn who explodes and causes even more tension within the group.

A fictional boy band (with a member who Caitlin dated before) are on the same label as both 1D and SS, and when management senses that there's tension on tour, they bring them (the new band) in as a guest for a few dates to try and help ease the pressure. But it causes more problems because Caitlin and he didn't end on entirely good terms, and maybe only one of the other girls know how messy it ended so the hostility between the two is understood by the others.

And then another band (like the Wanted) gets more attention, and is asked a question about both 1D and SS, answering with negative comments, which brings both groups together to defend. Girls take back their insecurities about being in the music industry to show everyone, the media, the rival band, and One Direction that they can be just as good as any other successful music group.

• add the tiff between girls in there, maybe one could get mad at the whole group for thinking that they should just give up, and that ends up into insults?
• ALSO!! How many chapters do you reckon all this would take? about 50? lower?

** for chapter 6 or 7 we should have a big argument happen, I'm not sure of what yet. But it has to be enough to make the groups tense, so in my next chapter the girls will come to an agreement to get along with the boys. Maybe someone from management comes by to check up on things only to notice the tension? And that's when the girls realize that they might end up either canceling the tour, or something.

Chapter 2: (Calli) - Introduce Izzy, meets Liam, Loghan calls to inform about a delay.
Chapter 3: (Ema) - Introduce Logahn who arrives two days late, everyone agrees on a hike. Cam leaves the band/tour because a family member died, and she decides to leave the band because she wants to get a degree.
Chapter 4: (Halliwell) - Hike, Izzy complaining which gets the group to argue, Loghan and Louis get in a tiff on who would be the leader, which ends up splitting the group into two.
Chapter 5: (Calli) – Logahn gets hurt on the hike, which starts to make the groups tense between each other with a few friendly moments here and there.
Chapter 6: (Ema) -
Chapter 7: (Halliwell) - another fight/argument/disagreements
Chapter 8: (Calli)- the girls come to an agreement to get along with the boys so they won't get 'kicked off the tour.

Character/Counterpart Ideas:
Isabelle
-- Izzy is jealous of Zayn's vocal range, and she silently starts to hate him. She practices, and ends up straining her voice and causes more frustration within the group, and Niall offers to help bringing ginger lemon tea for her. This causes strengthens the bond between the couple. Eventually near the end of the story when everything calms down, Isabelle will tell Zayn the—stupid—reason why she was horrible to him.

Caitlin
-- As Caitlin's counterpart is Liam, as he always sides with the guys during arguments (even if they're blatantly in the wrong, she's going to get frustrated with him never wanting to acknowledge that his friends have been total dickheads to them at times. If you guys are okay with it, I'm going to have her purposely aggravate him (including shaving off half of his eyebrow) and have her told the girls about it and have them all adamantly deny it/not acknowledge that she did anything wrong. It gets the message across to him, in the end, when she admits why she did it.

Logahn
-- Logahn and Louis are overly passionate people who cant ever let up on any situation. Louis got them lost on the hike and Logahn probably yelled at him the entire time until they were both pissed beyond repair. Louis pushes her buttons like no one else and it sends her into rants about how she thinks he does it on purpose. They constantly bicker and start fights over little to nothing. In the end, Logahn and Louis end up being super close when they finally realize that they even have the good things in common. They're like arguing siblings.

I thought this was going to be Caitlin? Crap. I keep forgetting that Caitlin was going to take Marissa's spot for the old boyfriend. (I'll edit that bit) OK, so we already have that figured out. And I quite like the idea you have for being the one in it for money! I'm sure that will definitely hit Caitlin. OMG, her shaving off half of his eyebrow is genius! OMG, yes, that will definitely stir stuff up!

If they're joining them on tour, I'm not sure how they would be able to badmouth them and still go. Unless it happens after the tour's ended, or only one member badmouths an individual/the group on a social media site, which will always be seen by fans even if it's up for a second.

You could show some of them getting along, so Logahn getting along with one of the guys, to show that it isn't always arguing and that when there's less of them around, they're more likely to get along.

I think you and I both have different ideas when it comes to the other band. All I remember what was talked about was there would be drama from another band like what The Wanted had with One Direction, and that a girl had dated one of the members and that it started drama, and 1D and SS came together to support each other through it all. BUT, I do like the idea of them joining them on a tour, and would they be the first opening band? Usually there is like 2 artists opening for the headliner. So.. no badmouthing, the other band, maybe they could be a 3 man group?

Would they be just starting out, so not many people would know them, so they figured that a small known group would come and bring peace, only to find out that Caitlin dated one of them? Oh my God, I usually can't handle drama in stories that well, but this is getting me excited af.

OK, what I just came up with right now for Izzy, is her appearance. You know how she is, she always makes sure she looks presentable even when she's sick, and whatever is going on with the groups it can take a toll on her and maybe for a week or two she would look dull. And the media will just gobble this up.

OH, maybe Liam can like check up on her, you know.. since he helped Logahn up to her bathroom and stuff before the girls went to check up on her themselves. Like, I kind of didn't mention what Liam did after he brought Logahn up, maybe her pride came forth and told him that she would be fine and for him to go relax or something? And the next day he could find her in the kitchen or something. OH, late night snack??

I brought up them coming on tour on the previous page and it seemed agreed on. 1D and SS could have a first opening band for the first few dates that they get along with fine, but then this new band is a "surprise" one that replaces the first band as the rest of the dates clash with their own tour? Three man group would be fine, one that has a sort of humble 'we watched you form!' fanbase, that clearly will evolve thanks to this tour.

I'm thinking that Caitlin still has feelings for him which more drama. The relationship ended messily but that didn't put an end to her feelings.

Caitlin and Zayn's flirting that briefly started in the first chapter will be in full swing by the time the surprise band appears. It'll confuse Zayn because one moment she's doing the whole "that outfit would look great if it was on my bedroom floor" and the next she's ignoring him and fretting about any social situations (if she knows he'll be there, she'll hide in her room), as well as getting far more nervous about getting on stage now that she knows he'll be watching.

Logahn sat in her room listening to Imagine Dragons. She was still pissed at what happened on the hike. Louis pushed her buttons in all the wrong ways and it just irked her to no end. She was just glad that Liam was there to help her to the house. He was her savior of the day. He even helped her to the bathroom before she was swarmed by the other girls so, she had to remember to thank him later on.

Logahn was pulled from her thoughts as the album ended and looked at the clock by her bed. 12:04 a.m. She had apparently hid herself in her room for four hours and was beginning to crave leftover cheese pizza that she hoped was still sitting in the fridge. So, she swung her legs off of her bed and very slowly put weight on her leg that was already beginning to feel better before heading downstairs in a yellow tank top and Batman pajama pants.

As soon as Logahn reached the bottom of the stairs, she darted into the kitchen, eyes only for the fridge and opened it, quickly spotting the cheese pizza on the bottom shelf before grabbing it and popping it in the microwave.

"Midnight snack?" a voice behind her asked and Logahn quickly turned around to see Liam sitting at the bar with a notebook in front of him.

"You startled me," she said before catching her breath slightly. "I didn't see you there. I was too worried about food to be honest. I kinda hid myself to a point that I had no choice but to come down," she said before the microwave beeped to let her know her pizza was done. She grabbed it before making her way towards the bar and sitting next to Liam. "So, what is that you're writing down?"

Liam shrugged and pushed the tab away. "Nothing important," he said which made Logahn smile.

"You wouldn't try to hide it if it wasn't important."

"It's just something to clear my head. As you can see, I couldn't sleep," he admitted before smiling. "I like your pants by the way."

Logahn's smile grew as he mentioned her pants. "Batman is my favorite thing of all time," she said before taking a bite of the pizza in front of her. It was easy to talk to Liam and at the moment, he was the only one from One Direction that had gone out of his way to be friendly to Logahn. "Thank you by the way."

Liam raised an eyebrow. "For what?"

"For helping me back to the house and making sure I was okay," she said genuinely and Liam's smile grew.

"It wasn't any trouble. I wasn't going to leave you in the woods because at that point in time, Louis might have."

Logahn sighed deeply at the mention of Louis' name. "I don't know why but it seems like we'll never get along."

"When I first met Lou, I didn't like him," Liam confessed which made Logahn raise an eyebrow.

"You're kidding?" she asked and he shook his head. "But you're in a band with him."

He smiled averting his eyes to the bar. "I get along with him just fine now. When we were put together on the X-Factor, I thought he wasn't serious enough to truly be successful. He grew on me though and he'll grow on you" he said, writing something down before starting off towards the stairs.

"Hey, Liam?" Logahn asked and he turned around in the doorway. "Thanks."

"You already said that."

"No, I mean, thanks. For everything," she said and he smiled before going upstairs. Logahn smiled before looking down at her pizza. She picked it up before her eyes averted to the notebook laying on the table. She hesitated to pick it up. What if he got mad at her for reading whatever was written. Logahn put down her pizza and decided to pick up the book.

" If you're reading this, you're more like Lou than you think. Just remember:
Every storm eventually runs out of rain."

Logahn smiled at the note, ignoring the part about being like Louis. She tore the sheet out carefully before deciding to head upstairs. When she reached her room, Logahn tucked the piece of paper in her dresser drawer before climbing into bed. Maybe the tour wouldn't be so bad.

Actually, I'll just reply here.

Um, does Loghan know how to play any instruments? MAYBE, she can be found in the music room the next day, so do a page break, and have her be in the music room fiddling with one of the instruments, and maybe have Liam walk by and hear her? And they have this cute jam session, and he'll sing acoustically? AND HER HER JOIN IN. I DON'T KNOW. How is that??

And maybe end it with them hearing some ruckus and maybe Halliwell can take it from there in her chapter?
Just to show that everything is still a little wild in the mansion.
