So on Monday I'm going to start the water diet. I've been wanting to lose weight for a while now (I'm about 5' and I weigh 115) and I think this is one I could actually stick to.

Do you think I could do it and get the desired results? I want to lose at least 15 pounds. I'd like to hear from people who have actually been on the water diet, and please no anorexic/you need help comments. It is my body and I will do what I want with it, I'm looking for advice on the diet, not how to be body-positive.
