Charlie sighed. "I know Tommy and I'm trying but... I can't." she shook her head. Her eyes again were tearing up from the memory. "I don't know how to make you understand." she said wishing it was as easy as not thinking about it. Charlie sighed and pulled away from him putting her head in her hands. "I know you care for me Tommy. That's not the issue. You know what is. We've talked about this overtime and I just don't know what to do about it. It's hard and I can't make it go away." she stood pacing. "You are the only person I have ever been with like that." she said and rubbed her arm hearing the buzzer in the kitchen go off. She went into the kitchen wishing there was something she could do to make it all go away.
Austing grinned. "I am glad to hear that." he said and kissed her hand before relaxing for the drive back into town. He grinned and drove back to his place. When he got there he parked and looked over at her. "I don't know if I want to share you with the rest of the world." he said and ran a hand up and down her leg.
