I'm a fraternal twin. My twin is a boy and I am a girl. We used to be really close when we were younger. But then middle school and high school hit. Nowadays, we don't talk at all. He's a stranger to me. Honestly, I don't consider myself that to be a twin anymore or that I even have one, because he's so out of my life. I could literally walk past him on the street and not say anything. I don't feel "special". ha.ha. But yeah. We look completely different, too. If you haven't known us since birth, well you wouldn't guess that we were twins at all. He's a 6 foot something basketball player and I'm a average height not-so athletic individual. We have different interests & different personalities as well.

When we were close, we used to do the Kim Possible twin thing. Where they go "hicabickaboo" "booyeah" or something like that. It was stupid Facepalm and we were younger lol.

My mother so far has had three sets of twins, but only my brother and I survived in infancy. The rest only had one baby survive. One was boy-girl like my brother and I, with the girl dying, because she came out too early. And the other set, we don't know what the gender of the second baby would have been, because it died too early before it developed all the way.

i have a twin brother named gabriel. originally my mom wanted us named “daniel and daniela” but my dad convinced her to change it, thank god lmao.. its funny how we’re twins but often people say we don’t look related. my brother and i used to like that because we never got along. but now that we’re a bit older, we’re super close. i remember us always fighting and wishing i had a sister or him a brother and now i can’t imagine it being any other way since it’s just the two of us.
