Sparks of Revolution and Love

Melope looked at him with a smirk as she kissed him gently. "It is a talent really," she teased as she kissed him again gently before pulling away again and winked teasingly.

Gale watched everyone's reaction to her and she smiled happily. "What do you think?" he asked curiously as he watched everyone before he grinned. He ran his fingers through his hair.

Peeta smiled and kissed her deeply, cupping her cheek and holding onto her tightly. "It is definitely a talent." He spoke, holding her tightly and running his hands all over her.

Arissa sighed a little. She didn't know what was going on still and that bothered her a little, but she could deal with it - she would have too. She was strong anyway. She could do this.

Melope laughed softly as she cupped his cheek gently and kissed him again gently. Smiling, she pulled away and looked at him as her hands trailed over his chest. Watching him, she leaned up and kissed him again.

Gale smiled as they agreed with the idea and decided to go ahead with it. He nodded and left his plans as he walked out. Walking back to his rooms and office, he grinned to himself.

Peeta smiled at her and held onto her tightly. "Love, what am I going to do without you while you're away?" He asked softly, pretending to pout and look sad. He wanted to stay with her.

Arissa smiled as she headed back to her room. She had to at least pretend to be happy. She wished she could spend more time in his arms, but she had come to terms that she couldn't, so oh well.

Melope looked up at him and smiled gently. "You are going to be okay, you can do this," she said softly as she leaned up and kissed him again gently before pulling away slightly. "You can do it."

Gale walked into his room and laid down on his bed and smiled softly to himself. "That is that," he said out loud. Slowly, he felt his eyes get heavier and he began to drift off.

Peeta smiled and shook his head. "No baby - I don't think I can!" He teased and kissed her forehead, holding her closely to him. "But I know you'll be back soon, so it will be okay."

Arissa smiled as her parents asked what she had been doing. She just shrugged and went off to her own room. She didn't want to be around anyone right now.

Melope looked at him and smiled gently. "I will be back before you know it," she promised as she kissed his cheek gently. "I promise," she said as she smiled and kissed him deeply for a moment.

Gale ran his fingers through his hair before stripping and getting into the shower. He let the warm water run over his body and he sighed out happily. This was nice, he thought to himself.

Peeta smirked a little and shook his head. "Not soon enough!" He teased lightly, kissing her cheek and holding her close. "But as soon as you're back in my arms, you're never leaving." He teased.

Arissa let herself fall asleep, wishing she was back in Gale's arms and not alone. It was okay though. He loved her back and that was all that mattered. That meant he would have to come back - she could be something to live for.

Melope smiled before moving out of his arms. Leaning down, she got some shampoo and began running her fingers through her hair as she sighed. "It's going to be okay," she said as she smiled gently.

Gale sighed softly as he continued to sleep softly through the night. He woke up at four, a couple hours before he was going to have to leave to go to the mission.

Peeta smiled a little and then pouted, stepping closer to her again. "Hey - you should've let me wash you!" He teased lightly. He wouldn't mind running his hands through her sexy hair. He would love to.

Arissa was restless towards the morning. It was because she knew he was leaving - and she was terrified that they might not get to see each other before he left. It sucked that she didn't know where his room was.

Melope looked over her shoulder at him before nodding. "Okay," she said softly as she bit her lip and shut her eyes. "I have to leave soon," she said softly, hoping her would understand.

Gale pushed himself up as he took a shower and got dressed. He slipped on his favorite clothes before he got knives and other weapons and strapped them into his body.

Peeta smiled a little as he slid his hands over her body and he stepped closer, running his hands through her hair. "I know - and we'll be together just as soon as we can be after." He smiled and kissed down her shoulder softly. "I'm sorry for keeping you up so long tonight."

Arissa hoped That she could see him, but she wouldn't get disappointed if she couldn't. They knew their feelings, so that was all that mattered. She would just have to be okay with that for now.

Melope looked at him and smiled gently as he kissed her shoulder. "I love you too," she whispered softly as she turned and kissed him again before stepping into the spray of the water. "I should get changed," she said honestly as she let the soap run over her body.

Gale walked to the meeting place and he watched as the other people in the team begin to come. It was an impressive team, he thought with a soft chuckle as he ran his fingers through his hair and smiling gently as he tried to keep a positive mood.

Peeta smiled a little and then nodded her head. "Yes, I don't want you being reprimanded for not being on time." He kissed her again deeply, wishing they had more time together first. This wasn't going to be the last of it though, he knew she would come back to him.

Arissa sighed a little as she left her room. She wished she could just get a glance... See him one last time so she could know that he loved her too... She kept telling herself it, but she loved hearing it from him. She knew she shouldn't bother him though either. This was probably stressful enough.

Melope stepped out and dried off before she threw on some of her tighter, darker clothes and began strapping weapons onto her body. Looking at Peeta, she kissed him again before grabbing her back. "See you soon," she said with a smile as she left.

Gale looked up when he heard someone approaching and he smiled when he saw Melope. "Nice of you to join us," he teased as she laughed and smiled back. "Alright men," he said. "Let's head out." The tunnel opened and they all left through it.

Peeta smiled at her lightly as she got dressed and he sighed, nodding his head softly. "I know baby - we'll be back together before we know it." He smiled and then felt hurt to let her leave, but he would survive. They had to get through a small separation.

Arissa knew they were gone before she could say good bye, but she knew it was better. She had to just relax and let him do his thing. It would've been harder on them both had she let herself see him again. That would've hurt even more.

Melope went through the tunnel. She was strong and the people on the team respected her as a leader so she wasn't worried. As long as everyone did what they were supposed to then the mission should go fairly smoothly, she thought to herself.

Gale followed, taking up the rear of the group as he worked as a look out. This mission should be in out. It should last only about two or three days. He held his gun ready with his bow and arrow strapped across his back as a last resort.

Peeta went back to his room and slept. He tried not to think of her. It was dumb to think of her all the time - he couldn't be too clingy, especially now when they were separated anyways. He needed to be okay without her - even when she knew he was coming home.

When Arissa returned to her home. She was a little hurt after all. She didn't want him to be away from her - but it was worse that she hadn't gotten to say a proper goodbye. She felt rejected, but she knew it would've been harder that way. She would just have to deal.

Melope was the first to get to the open and she quickly pulled herself out of the tunnel and launched herself into the cover of a burnt down house. Looking around, she motioned for the rest to join her.

Gale watched as everyone climbed out and he was the last. He quickly shut the entrance before moving into the house with the others. Melope was already drawing a plan for the guys to follow and he nodded in agreement.

Peeta busied himself with sleep for a long time. Hell, that girl really wore him out... And he loved that. He loved that she was so in love with him - and he could love her back. For once he wasn't dealing with unreturned feelings. It felt good.

Arissa deflected any questions from her parents and just went to her bedroom. She figured she would be spending a lot of time in there - refusing to do anything but lay around. She was mourning him already because she was worried, but she had faith.
