Sparks of Revolution and Love

Melope moved quickly as each of them moved with their partner to scout out the designated part of the territory. In all honesty, this was the most dangerous part of the mission simply because they were all together. She liked back at her partner and sighed softly. Newbie, she thought to herself.

Gale looked around as he moved behind. He was the six which meant he had the person in front of him's back. It was easier for him this way. Smiling softly, he moved over a broken wall and sighed softly as he tried to dives out where to move to next.

Peeta continued to go about his day once he had woken up. He had slept for a good night's worth - though it was the day he slept away. Maybe it was good. That meant he would be closer to her coming home. That was always a plus.

Arissa laid in bed, thinking of the way he touched her. They were complete opposites and probably terrible for one another - yet she loved him... She was so happy to be his, and it was good.

Melope continued to move through the rubble and sigh softly at the occasional body they stumbled upon. Looking up, she heard a noise and motioned for her partner to hide as she moved forward to check out what was going on.

Gale looked up when he heard a noise and he dove for cover just as another bomb went off. The Hoover rafts moved over, in another raid as bombs dropped on the land, destroying the rubble that already laid waste everywhere.'

Peeta thought about Melope and smiled. That was a love that was so true. How had he ended up with such a lovely girl? He was so lucky - and he was going to prove that to her - once she was home... Once she was back in his arms.

Arissa couldn't believe all that had happened. She had went from hating him to loving him all in the matter of a few days. It was definitely a peculiar love story - but she loved it all the same.

Melope winced slightly before they called the mission back. She opened the tunnel and watched as they all came in. She shrugged to Gale. "Sometimes it doesn't work out," she said as she slid in again and followed the group back to the main camp.

Gale walked in and sighed as he ran his fingers through his hair. "This is crazy," he said as he put his equipment back and began to head back to his room. This was going to be a sucky report to write, he thought.

Peeta heard the bustle that they were back already - and he couldn't help but be excited. His Melope was home so soon? And he hoped she wasn't injured like before, but he would personally take care of her if she was. As long as she was home.

Arissa was one of the last to be informed about the mission coming back earlier than expected and she was up and out of her room the instant she knew. she had to see Gale.

Melope headed to her room for a much needed shower. Sighing, she wondered if she should to go Peeta's before deciding against it. A shower was very much needed, she thought as she ran her hand over her dirt covered face.

Gale looked around before spotting Arissa coming toward him. He took a step toward her and scooped her into his arms. Smiling, he kissed her before setting her down again and grinning. "Sorry, I got dirt on you," he said with a chuckle.

Peeta didn't go to look for her. He didn't want to seem overly clingy... He would see her when she came back... He knew she would - and he didn't want to push it. Maybe she still had things to do, anyway.

Arissa blushed a little when she saw him and she flung herself into his arms, giggling as he held her tightly. "I don't care! Don't let go!" She teased and pulled his arms back around her, holding him tightly.

Melope finished her shower and with her hair still wet, she went to Peeta's room. Knocking on the door, she waited patiently for him to answer as she bit her lip gently.

Gale wrapped his arms back around her and held her close as he kissed the top of her head before kissing her lips deeply. "You are something else," he whispered teasingly to her.

Peeta jumped up as soon as he heard the sound of the knock and he opened it quickly, flinging himself around her. "Melope - I'm so glad you're home!" He smiled, kissing her face all over.

Arissa giggled a little as they kissed deeply and then she sighed, nodding her head. "Something else is a good term, didn't?" She asked teasing, clinging to him.

Melope laughed as he attacked her with kisses and finally she pushed him away slightly. "It's good to be home," she said as she kissed him deeply for a moment before pulling away again and winking at him.

Gale held her close to him with a big smile as he kissed the corner of her mouth. "It is a very good thing," he whispered against her skin as he kissed her lips again.

Peeta smiled a little and pouted when she pushed him away slightly. He kissed her deeply and held onto her, groaning into her mouth. It felt so good. "It's nice to have you back in my arms." He smiled.

Arissa giggled and nodded her head. "Good - I'm glad." She smiled and wrapped herself around him as he kissed her lips. "Are you busy? I don't want to let go of you ever.." She smiled.

Melope smiled as she kissed his cheek. "Are we going to stay in the hallway or can we go into your room?" she asked as she looked up at him happily. "It's good to be back," she said happily.

Gale smiled down at her as he held her and kissed her again. "I was just gong back to my room to shower," he said. "Want to join me?" he asked with a grin on his face.

Peeta smirked a little when she teased him about their embracing in the hallway so he deliberately grabbed her and pulled her inside. "This is much better anyway." He smiled. "You and me... All alone."

Arissa giggled into their last kiss and then smiled as she looked up at him. To his words, she nodded her head and smiled. "I would love to join you, Gale." She giggled.

Melope looked up at him with a smile on her face as she kissed him again gently before pulling away slightly. "Told you I'd be back," she said with a teasing tone in her voice.

Gale held her hand as he headed back to his room. Walking in, he ran his fingers through his hair and sighed as he looked at his dirt covered face in the mirror.

Peeta smiled and nodded his head as he caressed her cheek. "And I didn't doubt you - well, at least... Not a lot - I can't help but be worried about you, my love..."

Arissa smiled as he led her back to his room. "You know - I've never been in your room before." She teased as they walked towards it and she smiled. It was homey - she would love to spend time here.

Melope looked at him and laughed softly. "Only a little?" she teased as she wrapped her arms around his neck and looked up at him. Pulling him down, she kissed him.

Gale looked at her and smiled as he pulled her hand to his lips and kissed her hand gently. Stepping back, he winked at her teasingly before he turned on the shower.

Peeta smiled and shrugged lightly. "Okay - maybe I worried a lot - I just can't help it, my love." He kissed her deeply, smiling as he was pulled down against her to lay on the bed

Arissa smiled as he kissed her hand and she sighed longingly at his winking. She stepped closer as soon as he had the water on and smiled. "I'm glad you're home, Gale."

Melope looked at him and laughed as she moved to the bed next to him. She straddled his waist as she leaned down and kissed him before pulling away and smiled down at him.

Gale smiled and nodded. "I'm glad too," he said as he kissed her forehead gently before he watched her. "Take off our clothes," he said as he began to strip.

Peeta smiled lightly and then groaned involuntarily as she straddled him. This girl drove him more crazy than he could even explain. "Baby - why do you tease me?" He pouted as she pulled away from their kiss.

Arissa smiled lightly and nodded her head. She started to slowly undress herself for him as she smiled up at him. It was so nice to be in his embrace again.
