The corner of Rennyn's mouth quirked a little. She was as disinterested now as he was, he could tell. It amused him a little, to think that her plan was not so well thought out. Had she just done this on a whim? Perhaps she was secretly just curious about demon pacts. Indeed, it was something she had learned of that not many unfallen angels had experienced, as there were not many scenarios when an angel could retain their innocence when dealing a pact with a demon. Many feared falling and refused even the most beneficial of deals, but Leilah had not worried much at all, at least she had not expressed it if she had.
He considered this thought. It was a sufficient question, though not a particularly large one and it would really benefit him in no way at all, but he figured he may as well take advantage of the "truth" stipulation. It would be interesting to hear her honest thoughts.
"I suppose I don't have any questions in particular. To be honest, I am not very curious about you or anything to do with you, though I do have a wonder," he began. "Is it your arrogance that makes you brave enough to face me, and even make a deal with me? Or were you more hesitant than you let on, and your curiosity was what pushed you to do it?" It was really the only thing he wondered at this point. It wasn't even something he was dying to know, unfortunately. Deal aside, if she lied through her wings he wouldn't care, it was of no consequence to him. He couldn't decide if he was eager to hear her reply, or if he was simply just restless. He'd not had a sleep in the human realm yet and he wasn't even sure how restful an experience it could be. The longer he put it off, the better.
