My boyfriend and I love to grill out when it's nice. We also grill out when we go on burns/camp outs.
We pretty much have our routine down. We use charcoal and NO lighter fluid.
We always cook mushrooms and sometimes we put a cast iron skillet right on the grill to finish them off.
Meat varies from steak to chicken to pork to bratwursts. He's pretty good at cooking most things. We almost always use teriyaki sauce. We've never used barbecue sauce.
Also, grilling a pound of bacon is always fun.
Additionally, at our campouts, we've seen people cook everything from a full pig (with eyes in) to frying donut holes up in front of us.
