I don't think we did! I'm fine with wherever we want to set it!

And I'd always assumed it was a supernatural war, involving just them and being about the control and power in their world?

I feel like the whole "trying to take over the world" thing is so over-used. Perhaps it could just be a hatred thing. They're not exactly trying to take over the world or anything, but they just hate witches/warlocks and vice-versa. Just like vampires and werewolves just naturally hate each other. What do you think? If not that, then my vote is just that they're trying to take over the supernatural world.

My setting suggestion would be somewhere in the suburbs. Not a super nice town, but not a crappy place either. Perhaps even a town where people are very suspicious and hear rumors of witchcraft but never say anything about it.

I like it just being a hatred thing. So it's not like "yeah, kill these covens and we're the strongest in the supernatural world" but rather more "just get rid of all these witches and warlocks - why should we have to put up with them?"

And I think a town where there is talk of witchcraft but no one really talks about it publically would be great, and like some of the human members of the coven could be a part of the talk but never to their face, y'know?

OK, I like the hatred thing! OK, so three votes for the hatred thing! And they all came together to take out the witches and warlocks? Or should they have some on their side?

Hm... should it be based around our time? Or a different time?

    My suggestion is this:

Everyone that's fighting against the witches and warlocks could have their own motives, but the demons are the ones stirring up all the others. And some of them would choose not to - like a vampire might decide he's not interested in the fight and choose to stay out of it, or he might decide to help the witches instead.

I think it should be in our time, but I'm alright with another era.

Some could be middlemen, as in they aren't on either side but help both as well. Like, they'd find out about what the demon's side is planning and tell the witches and warlocks, and when they discover what the covens are planning, they tell the demons. But they wouldn't relay everything - they'd know when not to share the other side's moves, etc. Also I think there could be some demons and of the other species who don't want to fight against the covens and some might want to join them while others don't want to be involved in the fighting but will support whichever side wins.

And I don't mind which time. Our time or another era would be fine!

And when the demons find out about these people, does he get them killed? OMG NO! or... would we let the readers know what they were doing? XD If it would be like Charmed, maybe the demons with lesser powers would be the ones to sit out?

I'm good with it being based in our time.

I think it'd be cool if some were lesser level demons and weren't killed because they are doing the demons a favour, when you think about it, and without their help they wouldn't know half of the stuff they do in regards to the witches and warlocks. Maybe they banish some back to the underworld after finding out, but others escape and maybe seeks solace with the witches and warlocks, thus changing to their side completely?

Yeah, I don't think they should be killed. And I agree with the rest of what was said. Cute

I have decided that Camilla's love interest will be a supernatural, and he flip-flops back and forth so she doesn't trust him.
