The Originals

I've been waiting weeks for someone to make a topic for this show, but since I haven't seen one yet, I decided to make it myself.



This show is a spin-off from The Vampire Diaries. It's about "The Original Family" of vampires. There's Elijah Mikaelson and his sister Rebekah Mikaelson and their half-brother, Niklaus "Klaus" Mikaelson. Klaus, unlike his siblings, isn't a full vampire. He's a vampire-werewolf hybrid--turned into a vampire before he triggered his werewolf gene.

This show is also about Hayley, a young werewolf in her twenties, is carrying Klaus' child. Then there's Marcel, a vampire Klaus turned two-hundred years ago, is living it up in New Orleans. Klaus is angry and wants all of Marcel's power.

I actually really like this show. Probably more-so than The Vampire Diaries. It's more about family than love triangles.

So, thoughts? Feelings? Expectations?

I really love the show. Well except Hayley's presence. I really just do not like her character. I don't really like the whole direction of the romantic interests either because it just seems a bit twisted to me.

Overall though, its a good show. I like seeing Klaus develop a bit more.

I'm loving this right now. A lot better than The Vampire Diaries in fact.

I actually like Hayley, and her relationship with Elijah.

Same. I do think it's rather strange, considering she's pregnant with his brother's baby, but the scenes they have together are so sweet. The way he looks at her makes me melt.

Gaaaah I know, right? I mean sure the baby thing's just weird in general but they have so much chemistry.

But I'm sure Klaus will get in the way of things, 'cause he always does

Yeah I get fed up with those real fast. and as long as they don't start bringing doppelgangers into it I'm hooked.

So...last night's episode? Shit's about to go down!
