Yeah, I see a lot of plotlines that go like that when in reality it really doesn't go like that most of the time. Chloe's just a let down to their parents because she never really got anywhere in life, Vicky however doesn't view her as a let down.

The scene was entirely for comedic purpose but it still could have been done better than it was. And yeah, I think she'll mention it to at least one of them, expressing her worry about someone having been in her house and having been spying on her.

Yes, I am so glad you developed Chloe and Vicky like that. I mean Chloe isn't completely a failure, she just can't hold a job, and that shouldn't dramatically effect how her family members feel about her but either way, I'm glad that Vicky and Chloe get along very well. I feel like maybe Vicky does appreciate the fact that her sister is staying with her since the whole ex boyfriend fiasco made her a bit lonely? It's good to have some company after all that, right?

Yeah, I feel like too! Damn, we are like hardcore critics for this movie lol. But yeah, I guess she can just tell the guys (IDK if she wants to only tell one, or tell both, cuz it'll kind of look like she's made a decision of who she trusts most already)

Exactly. And Chloe helps Vicky out tremendously by doing the shopping, cleaning the house and dealing with any repairs that might be needed and on top of that they both keep each other company, which is a plus for Vicky because like you said, the whole ex boyfriend deal really got her down and Chloe was there to bring her back up.

Haha, we are. Yeah, I'm not sure whether she tells just one or both of them. And I was thinking that if she tell just one of them, he can offer to come check the house out for her which she appreciates so much and maybe he either removes all his cameras or all the other guy's cameras or even both without her knowing because of how much it freaked her out.

What do you think about the situation? If AK were to be the one Vicky confides into about the cameras, then would he just remove all the cameras in the house or only cameras installed by Drew? If Drew is the one that Vicky confides into, Drew would remove ALL of them since he's such a sweetheart who considers Vicky's feelings more than competition (AKA, him being way too soft and uh... boring and safe.)

    @ castiel's vessel
Also alike the movie, when Vicky mentions to Chloe that Drew's too safe and too sweet, I was thinking, he goes all out and takes her to a rock concert (instead of the whole paintball commotion... I thought Tuck to be such a bully when he like pummeled the kids at paintball in the movie - even though it was hilarious.) and forces her to go in a mosh pit and all that jazz. (But Drew would kind of hide the fact that he feels out of place at a rock concert.)

That whole paintballing scene was atrocious because the one who had the child was being violent, so I think a rock concert is great instead.

Yeah, that part always confused me. Like Tuck, you are the one who adore children, why are you the one to like idk, bully them? It would've made more sense if FDR was the one who brought her paintballing.

Exactly! It was a badly thought out part of the film because the one who has a child is the one who is a child bully? Something's definitely off...

Whew, I thought I was the only one!

So I kind of want to establish the extent of the competition between AK and Drew and how it will affect their friendship. I want it to kind of be humorous but also realistic. (I know I am asking for way too much.)

Also, I want to talk about how Vicky and Drew is like with each other. Drew is a hopeless romantic so he will NEVER ever take Vicky for granted. He is too much of a gentleman to upset her is what I'm saying.

I just want to establish the fact that Drew has no filter when it comes to historical facts. He would just stand there and ramble on about a particular topic unless he is stopped. IDK if Vicky will find it cute at first and then it turns into something that she isn't into? Or it's always been something she has admired about him but she wants to see something more dynamic in him?

Well Vicky will appreciate his gentleman manner because she thinks that's a good thing to have in a guy. And I think at first, when they meet up after the museum, she'll thinking it's cute and funny and be like "do you know anything else other than History?" because he needs to be more into other things to interest her rather than just focused on one thing. Variety is something she likes in men.

Ahh and aside from the whole CIA ordeal, there isn't much more to him other than history, so I think that is going to be a struggle for him. AK seems to be a lot more versatile than Drew. I like the concept of Drew struggling to find other quirks and interests because his historical research and the CIA tasks and skill assets are the only thing he knows of; it will be hard for him to be open or to adapt to things outside of that.

I also feel like being with Vicky will help him find that side of himself, which could be a great reason why he wants to be with her and win her over badly. I believe it is important that he wants her for reasons beyond her good looks.

Yeah, because Vicky sees a variety of children every day, each who have several aspects that comprise them (unless Drew who has just History that he can let her know of), she'll be more into someone who is more than just one thing. They have to have depth and be able to converse with her about things they're passionate on. She deals with kids all day long so she's really good at being passionate and switching from one subject to another.

Well, Drew can speak five different languages, since it is his duty to learn the language to the various cultures he is studying as a historian. I can imagine Drew taking Vicky out to a romantic dinner date while AK has them watched with his CIA gadget stuffs, and Drew would be impressing her with all the languages he can speak.

Since French is the language of romance, he would try to not seduce, but intrigue her with French phrases even though she may not know what it means. And AK would be like "NO FAIR!"

Yeah, and Drew loves children, which is something Vicky admires about him; and yeah he has done some traveling and he understands many different cultures around the world, so that can be part of their conversation topics. However, all the other stuff, he is not very good at.

I feel like most of the story, he will be struggling with being out of the loop about what is a hot topic to talk about, and the whole media crap. Like who's the hottest star now and which band/musician is in and etc. But I can just imagine him doing some research about the modern day quirks just to interact with her.

Vicky would be amazed at his language abilities so that would be something which she loves about Drew. And a romantic dinner with French included? That'd be a night she would absolutely love.

She's not going to be completely on top of everything that's in the media and such, but she'll know enough for casual chatter. I think she'll enjoy his knowledge on other cultures but I think she might become lost during a conversation with him because she doesn't know much about different cultures, asides from some that the kids she teach are apart of.

Alright, so I intend to start the first chapter soon, but finals week is coming up, so I feel a bit iffy on whether I can guarantee that I have time for this, but I want to at least get the intro-mission sequence down, because I am freaking excited to do that.

So I have one quick question about AK. So he grew up in the UK, was born there, and then moved to the U.S. before he started high school, like when he talks, will he have the British dialect or will he talk like an American?

And as for Vicky, I think it is nice that she is striving for something more than what Drew can be, and I look forward to exploring that!

Sorry I've been totally MIA. I was on vacation and family stuff happened

He will have the accent and some British dialect. I was thinking he loved in a luxury apartment but to him its a flat.

    You guys discussed soooo much

Alright, as an American, I suck at the whole British dialect stuff... I only know of the stereotypical ones that might not even be a common part of their dialect like "love" or "darling" or even the term "bloody"

I don't exactly understand British dialect, so if you guys read through my chapter and feel something off about the way I portrayed AK's dialogue, you need to reprimand me for that okay?

And that is EXACTLY where I pictured AK to be living (the type of place anyways).

I expect Drew's place to be sort of weird or strange. He would have suits of armors at his front door or something and have a bunch of weird renaissance (fake of course) paintings (or even a bunch of cool historical paintings) all over his home. It's just a nice, roomy apartment (smaller that AK's since he isn't as out-there as he is.)

Drew's place sounds so cool and I think Vicky might joke about bringing her kids there for a History trip.

    @ EmzyStilinski

And I'm pretty much brill at British dialect. tehe Although, where would AK have been born? Did you specify and I miss it? That's more than likely. Facepalm

Guys, the layout will be done tomorrow! I've just been busy but tomorrow I only have an hour class and the rest of the day free so it will be done!
