    Hey there, co-authors!
    Image

Several fairy-tale characters must overthrow the evil magical being that rules their land. Each has a guardian of sorts, who tells them that they have capabilities enabling them to defeat the evil Queen/King of the land. These guardians know about the other kingdoms, but keep them secret from the main characters, who each believe that their kingdom is the only kingdom out there. The Blue Fairy is in charge of the guardians, and head of the rebellion against them, as she can see every version of the past, present, and future simultaneously.

Wendy Moira Angela 'Darling' Davenport, Female, Seventeen Years Old.
For as long as she can remember, Wendy Darling has loved telling stories to her younger siblings, John and Michael. Unbeknownst to her, Wendy's stories are actually visions of the future in other kingdoms that she is not even aware of existing. On the eve of her eighteenth birthday, she gets into a fight with her family - they all think it's time she gave up on fiction and became a servant at the palace - or found a husband - like most young girls do. Wendy likes to stray from tradition, and is a rebellious and stubborn girl, with a short temper. However, she has little knowledge of the world and how it works.

    Image

Peter Pan, Male, Seventeen Years Old.
Peter Pan is from Neverland, a mysterious island that exists outside of the realm of the kingdoms. Time is frozen in Neverland, meaning that once you leave, you begin to age. Whilst searching for the castle ruins for the Blue Fairy, Peter began to age from a child of fourteen, to the eve of his eighteenth birthday. The Blue Fairy then enchanted him to remain this age for another year, meaning that before the year has passed, he must be back in Neverland. His Lost Boys (and Girls) consist of those that wanted to escape their terrible homelives in the kingdom, and he lets them live their own lives in Neverland. Arrogant and mischevious, Peter is the living embodiment of youth. He is stubborn, but his attention span is short meaning that he can lost sight of what is important. The power of flight is one that he, and he alone, possesses - excluding magical beings.

    Image

Millicent Audley/Queen Maleficent/Mistress of All Evil, Female, Age Unknown
Maleficent is the evil queen - and a dark fairy - that rules the kingdom of Royal Kensington. She has three daughters; Flora and Fauna, twins that agree on almost everything and have control of animals and plant-life, and the youngest and most kind-hearted is Merryweather, who is able to affect others' emotions. Maleficent is cruel and unkind, but she was not always this way - she refuses to listen to reason and runs over the kingdom in a way in which everyone knows of her evil. Every year, a sixteen year old girl is offered up to her as a sacrifice and she turns into a dragon to devour them. Once, Maleficent was a kind young fairy godmother to Cinderella but her heart darkened after Cinderella caused the death of her lover - Prince Charming.

    Image

Belle Beaumont, Female, Seventeen Years Old.
Raised as an only child to a widower, Belle's upbringing was isolated but peaceful. She kept books hidden beneath the floorboards in her room as books had been banned all her life and the ones that her mother had managed to keep hidden before she died her father had given to her. Her ability to hear things that were happening far away was something that her parents kept secret from the world as those who were thought to have magical powers or be in association with witchcraft were burnt at the stake to the King's pleasure. Through her knowledge, she can easily manipulate someone or a situation to so that it goes her way. A necklace that used to be her mothers is worn around her neck all the time and is enchanted to allow her to slowly fade into the background when she's still for a while, ultimately becoming invisible, something which she has no clue about as she is never around anyone when it happens.

    Image

Joffrey Jafar Jahinton, Male, Age Unknown.
Born Joffrey, son of a magnificent sorcerer, he soon found a cobra headed staff that had been rumoured to hold the most evillest power ever. Upon discovering that it did, he cursed his father and turned him into a tree before dropping his first name and going by Jafar, so that he was not associated with his father's wizardry. Becoming ruler of the kingdom of Larue, he expanded his evilness through the towns and villages that resided within it and sort to banish all forms of literature as he found no pleasure in it and did not want anyone to have the ability to discover his heritage. As a celebration to mark his reign of the kingdom, he summons all the people of the kingdom on a certain day every year and has them watch as he burns alive those who seek to disobey his rules, but especially likes inflicting the punishment on those accused of being associated with witchcraft. His mistress and queen is the lovely Jasmine who uses her looks to trap naive men of the kingdom into bed with her before tossing them to Jafar's mercy, who has them strung up and tortured for his entertainment. The souls of those he burns become trapped within his staff which makes it more powerful each year, thus increasing his own power.

    Image

Kira 'Snow White' Whitetower, Female, Seventeen Years Old.
Kira is the princess of Mirador. She's an orphan who is mistreated by her stepmother; she's forced to fend for herself as the queen ordered the servants to treat Kira like she's one of them. One day the queen's Huntsman, Thane, approaches her and Kira runs into the forest when she realizes that he means to kill her. Thane catches her & tells her that he's not going to go through with it and Kira convinces him to let her travel with him since he's leaving the castle to avoid punishment for disobeying the queen's orders. Kira is headstrong & spirited, although a little sheltered from all her time trapped inside the castle walls. Despite her fiery nature, she is extremely compassionate. Kira has the ability to talk to animals.

    Image

    Lucretia Whitetower, Female, Age Unknown.
Lucretia came from the distant mountains of Mirador and convinced the king to marry her. She's extremely vain & well versed in mirror magic and potion making. She drinks the blood of young girls because it's part of a spell that will keep her young and beautiful forever. She's cruel and doles out horrible punishments on those she sees as a threat or a traitor; or anyone that happens to piss her off, really. Long ago she trapped the soul of a powerful wizard inside one of her mirrors. She fears and hates Kira because her mirror warned her that one day Kira's beauty would surpass her own. On the day that the mirror told Lucretia that she was no longer "fairest of all," it also told her that Kira is a threat to her reign and that's why she sent Thane to kill her.

    Image

    Maid Marion Hills, Female, 21
Maid Marion is hard and slightly bitter as she left her family to spend her life with Robin Hood who was then murdered by Prince John's men. The merry men abandoned her because they didn't want to be lead by a woman. She ran away to Wonderland where she was outcast. She set up a life for herself in the forest, where she slowly began taking in other strays from the surrounding areas. She has a foxlike face with long ginger hair.

    Image

Bella Hearts/The Queen of Hearts, Female, Age Unknown
She has a pushover husband so she is used to getting her own way. She also has an army at her beck and call which she uses to keep the kingdom under control. She is stereotypically beautiful, she uses this, and her heart shaped neckless, to control the people that surround her.

    Image

Robert 'Robin Hood' Hoodings, Male, 25
With his last breath Robin swore to protect Marion till her dying day. His spirit protects her without her knowledge until finally he is strong enough to communicate with her. Everything he does is meant as a way of protecting her even though it doesn't always happen this way. He is quick witted and stubborn, over thinking every situation until he has analysed every possibility.

1, 2, 3 and 4: An introduction to each of the characters and their lives and kingdoms e.t.c.
5, 6, 7 and 8: The guardian approaches the saviour and tells them about their fate. They may or may not believe. The guardian knows the Blue Fairy wants them to train the girls and develop their powers before bringing them to meet her.
9 - 28 (if I've done the math right, that's five chapters each): Training and meeting people and working towards meeting the Blue Fairy and each other. Whether you want your evil Queen to know about the saviour by now or not is up to you as is pretty much everything in these chapters. They should realise along the way that they need to fight their enemies because they truly are evil and can only be stopped by them.
29 - 36 (2 chapters each): The girls meet the Blue Fairy (the posting order will be the order in which they arrive to the ruins) and they meet the Blue Fairy. They socialise and do whatever. Only the guardian and the saviour should travel to the ruins, any characters they meet up with along the way should not travel with them because it's too confusing to have like, everyone, there.
37, 38, 39 and 40: The girls have a private lesson in magic and powers and such with the Blue Fairy before being sent off to fight their villains. They do not get a chance to say goodbye to the other girls. Again, the order of leaving depends on the posting order. Chapter 49 leaves first, e.t.c.
41 - 57 (that's four chapters each, I believe): the lead up to, and the final battle will be included here. What ever else is up to you. I think I'll have my villain be defeated a couple of chapters before the end.
58: I thought we could all do a couple of paragraphs each for an epilogue of sorts - maybe like 200/300 words - that describes what happened to the character of the saviour. The Blue Fairy unites the Kingdoms and rules them with grace and honour and the characters are set to return to their lives however they wish to live them.

Chapter One: Introduce Kira, give a little bit of her background, life in the castle, etc. This will also be the chapter where the queen calls for her death & she flees the castle. The Huntsman, who of course was the one sent to kill her, informs her that he had no intention of carrying out the order & Kira convinces him to let her travel with him.

Chapter Five: Kira & Thane encounter Kira's guardian & his two traveling companions. Kira will be skeptical about her role as the Chosen One, thinking it utterly impossible that she would be able to defeat Lucretia. Thane will begin teaching her how to use a bow & a sword, & her guardian will help her begin taking control of her Dreamwalking talents.

Chapters Nine, Thirteen, Seventeen, Twenty-One, & Twenty-Five (is that right? Gosh I suck at chapter math. Facepalm ): Kira continues her weapons/magic training, & has an adventure or two. What those will entail I have no idea yet. My other two chosen universes will also come into play, although I'm still puzzling out how. I'm thinking her guardian will know of a couple more people whom they can bring into their little makeshift army. Meaning, Red Riding Hood & the daughter of Hansel, as it stands right now. I may alter things as other ideas come to me.

Chapters Twenty-Nine & Thirty-Three: Meeting the Blue Fairy & other Chosen Ones, & whatever the frick they all decide to do together. Punk

Chapter Thirty-Seven: Kira has her private jam session with the Blue Fairy.

Chapters Forty-One, Forty-Five, Forty-Nine, & Fifty-Three: Kira takes care of her final preparations & then heads back to the castle to take out her evil witch. 2 Guns This will probably also be the time frame when she bites the poisoned apple (or pear, or peach, or some sort of evil fruit) & will reach Thane or her guardian via her fancy new Dreamwalking skills & let them know she's not really dead. Thumb up

Chapter fifty-Eight: The epilogue, for which I will figure out my little blurb later, although she'll probably marry Thane & live happily ever after & shit. tehe Or...something.

Hi everyone! I'm Connor and I thought we could start off just introducing ourselves. There should be four of us. There's a list of discussion topics, feel free to suggest other things to add to it, it's a rough copy. Anything you want to talk about that is on that list, save it for then pretty please. Cute

This is awesome. I love seeing someone who is as detail-oriented about co-writes as I am. tehe
I'm Carissa, by the way. ^_^ I'm definitely up for this; I sent some of my character info to you but if there's anything else you wanna know ask away. I've been doing some thinking & have a couple ideas in mind already for Snow White & the Evil Queen. One thing I wanted to know is if our characters will be interacting with one another at any point in the story at all, or is entirely to be several stories within a story?

Thank you. Organisation is key! XD

    @ mockingjay.
I just feel like this idea is too complicated to not be organised to the high heavens, but I've had it for a long while and I'm super excited to get planning. My first thought was that it should be separate, but I do think it would be cool for some of the character to cross over about mid-way through when they learn about the other kingdoms? In my mind, the townspeople all believe they live in the only kingdom that's out there.

    @ Selling dreams
That's alright, we're not all on the same timezone anyway. Cute

Oh, we can move on to the second discussion topic now. So, any burning questions?

Do our stories have to be the same time period as the originals? Since I'm doing Snow White, say, does her kingdom need to be all medieval-ish or can it be however I feel like making it?
And do you need a picture of my witch as well as the picture of my chosen one? :)

No, they don't. In fact, it depends mainly on the villain - Maleficent runs her kingdom like it is medieval times, but when Wendy goes to Neverland, she finds out about more modern advancements.
It's kind of up to you, I wanted to plan out Maleficent a little and I'll probably do some planning on my smaller character - like just a couple of sentences - just to get a better feel for the characters. So, message me whatever ones and I'll add them. Cute And that applies throughout the planning.

Okay, so each kingdom's people believe that they are the only kingdom because that's what the rulers want them to think? Is there a reason behind that, like the four rulers keep it like that to prevent the people from grouping together and overthrowing all four of them? Or is it just something that has no real reasoning behind it?

And in regards to the separate stories/crossing over, I think they should cross-over somewhere in the story. You said that it was initially one kingdom and then they killed the King and divided it into four smaller kingdoms, so what if there's like a midpoint between the four that is basically no man's land because it doesn't belong to any kingdom and they could meet there? It could be when they first find out that woah, they're not the only kingdom around.

It's because the evil character's didn't want their kingdoms to unite or anything. I really like the idea of the no mans land thing. That can be where they meet, yes.

That's actually given me an idea. I'm going to flesh it out a bit and then post it to see what you all think.

So for starters I'm going to have three dwarf allies instead of seven. I think one of them will be her guardian who tells her she's the chosen one. Cute The Huntsman will be helping her too, because he couldn't bring himself to kill her. I think I'll make some of the dwarves evil, & the prince who was trying to woo Kira (Snow White) will be evil too & in cahoots with the queen. Naughty
    So for my character detail.

Protagonist is Kira Whitetower(aka Snow White). Female of course. Seventeen years old.
Kira is the princess of Mirador. She's an orphan who is mistreated by her stepmother; she's forced to fend for herself as the queen ordered the servants to treat Kira like she's one of them. One day the queen's Huntsman, Thane, approaches her & Kira runs into the forest when she realizes that he means to kill her. Thane catches her & tells her that he's not going to go through with it & Kira convinces him to let her travel with him since he's leaving the castle to avoid punishment for disobeying the queen's orders. Kira is headstrong & spirited, although a little sheltered from all her time trapped inside the castle walls. Despite her fiery nature, she is extremely compassionate. Kira has the ability to talk to animals.

Witch/Antagonist is Lucretia Whitetower. Female. Age uncertain.
Lucretia came from the distant mountains of Mirador & convinced the king to marry her. She's extremely vain & well versed in mirror magic & potion making. She drinks the blood of young girls because it's part of a spell that will keep her young & beautiful forever. She's cruel & doles out horrible punishments on those she sees as a threat or a traitor; or anyone that happens to piss her off, really. I love the sound of your antagonist, the tradition of drinking young girls/virgins blood is horrifying.

The idea about no man's land sounds good as well, should there be a level of protection there though, maybe some spell that the blue fairy has managed to weaken.

Do you want me to put all that in your character thingy, Carissa?

I was actually thinking earlier and I had an idea. King Walter Grimm used to run over the kingdom, a huge land that was home to people (and creatures) from all walks of life. As he entered his third decade as King, he became ill, and decided to employ magical beings to rules parts of the kingdom. Little did he know that the people he chose had enchanted him to do so, teaming up to work together as they all planned on getting the kingdom - one way or another. He chose Lucretia Whitetower to run the northern lands, he chose Maleficent to rule the eastern lands, he chose the Queen of Hearts to run the southern lands, and Jafar to rule the western lands. That was chosen at random by the way, feel free to swap if needs be. He ruled over the central area - this is where he was killed, and the area that held the palace was enchanted with a powerful spell by the villains that kept people out and froze time for five hundred years. However, the King had hidden his daughter, his only heir, inside the palace. She was trapped inside, knowing that one day there would be a group of saviours. This is the Blue Fairy. Five hundred years pass, and the once great kingdom is divided. Time is unfrozen, and the Blue Fairy travels, in disguise, to warn the guardians that the time is now and ask them to bring the saviours to her. And the rubble of the palace could be the no-mans land. What do you think?

The first half of the story would be their struggle to get to the ruins, and the second half could be their struggle to overthrow the villains?

    @ Selling dreams @ mockingjay. @ castiel's vessel

Also, we need to vote on some important stuff.
    1. 1st person, or 3rd? I'm a fan of 3rd, and I think 1st could be confusing with the elaborate story matter, what do you think?
    2. Past or present tense? I personally prefer past.
    3. How many chapters should we have? My plan for this is for us each to plan our full plot before deciding, but I feel like it could be pretty lengthy. I mean, forty chapters is ten chapters each and that is so not enough, right?

    That's a great idea!

I'm a fan of first person, but I would suggest we go with third because there are so many characters. Past tense is my preference also. Maybe 15-20 chapters each? It would make a very lengthy story but with all the different stories going on I don't think that would be too bad.

This story sounds so good, I'm getting excited about writing it now.
3rd person will be less confusing, unless your going for a trainspotting kind of thing.
I'd prefer to write in present tense as well.
I'm leaving chapters for other people to sort out, it's not something I normally plan so I wouldn't know where to start.
