can't drown my demons.

  • Krissy really hadn't been honest with him at all, however, the last thing that she wanted him to think was that the girl she'd been when she was with him was any different from who she usually was. Sarcasm was like a second language to her, and she wasn't afraid to speak her mind, and sure, there was the minor part where she wasn't really nearly as fragile as he might have thought she was originally, but she was still the same person. She just had some baggage. But who didn't nowadays? "I've learned to deal with it." She said honestly. "Sam and Dean are like family to me, so I manage just fine." She gave her shoulders a slight shrug. "That's what I've tried telling Castiel, but he seems to think that Sam and Dean deserve to know. I get where he's coming from, and I hate lying to them, but I'm just doing what I have to do." She wasn't sure over what to say after that. She'd come clean about everything. He knew the truth now. He knew who she really was. And she just didn't know what this meant now, or if it meant anything at all really.
"I know what bank he was talking about. It closed down a few years ago after some huge robbery." Stiles said. Scott thought it over for a moment before nodding. He knew what bank Kalin had been referring to, and it would make sense for the alphas to be hiding out there. "If that is their lair then we might already know where they're keeping Erica and Boyd. I'll run it by Derek later and see what he thinks." Scott told them both. He hoped that they had figured at least this small piece of the puzzle out. "And your dad thinks that that might be why the alphas are here in the first place? Because they're looking for the true alpha? Why would they take Erica and Boyd though? If they aren't after Derek, and they want whoever this true alpha is, what do they want with members of Derek's pack?" He was more so just voicing what he was thinking than anything else.

  • Derek truthfully didn't know how he felt right now. He was still kind of numb to feeling anything really. He didn't know what this meant, after all what did it usually mean when your first love does in your arms only to be brought back and you not know until years later when you've already come to terms with her death. You've already blamed yourself so much yet you still have problems sleeping or trusting people afraid you'd lose them just like everyone else. And yet Derek wanted to pull her close and hold her. He wasn't much of a sappy romantic anymore. He wasn't really an open book either. He didn't feel like the same kid who fallen in love with her because his heart felt cold most of the time. And knowing if he got close and lost her again he'd die didn't comfort him. But holding her again and remembering what it was like to sneak away here with her might be. He didn't move though. He stood planted in his spot and nodded her head understanding.
Kalin nodded her head, she agreed that the bank seemed like a pretty logical place to be. It was big enough and had everything they'd need to hold prisoners plus it was abandoned. "I don't know. It's just a hunch that they're looking for a true alpha. And we'd need to ask someone who knew more than me to locate them. They might just be here to expand their pack though. In which case they'll only take alphas. And if it's Derek they're after they'll either make him kill the members of his pack or make one of the members kill him. It's all about power. Or maybe it's both. Maybe they want Derek in the pack so he can help them take the true alpha because he's close to them. It's all just a bunch of maybes." Kalin replied biting her lip again.

  • Krissy didn't know what to say or do after that. This was the last thing she'd expected to happen today, let alone any of the days she was here in Beacon Hills. She should have known that it was only a matter of time before Derek figured it all out. She still looked the same, obviously older, but the features were very similar, and she still had the same personality. Of course he would be able to figure this out. How she thought she could possibly get away with this was beyond her. Maybe it had been wishful thinking. She really didn't know. And she really didn't know what to do now either. She looked over to him, a part of her wanting to close the distance between them, and took him in. She knew that he wasn't the boy she had fallen in love with all those years ago. He'd changed since then, and she had too. But over the years, she'd never stopped loving him. She didn't blame him for what happened to her. How could she?
"It's more than what we had to go on before." Scott said, letting out a soft sigh. This all just seemed to get more and more complicated the more he learned about it all. "We can probably ask my boss what he knows about true alphas. He might know more." That was the only person he could really think to ask. Deaton knew more than the average vet did, something that Scott had learned last year. He still didn't know why or how he knew what he did though. That all was still honestly a mystery to him. He figured that Derek might know something too, but he figured that the alpha already had enough to worry about with Erica and Boyd still missing.

  • She wasn't the only one lost for what to say or on how they should feel about this. Derek felt very much the same way. "I guess I can tell you about what happened since you were gone. Maybe you can relay the info to your friends and you guys can help here." He said finally, though he didn't know what else to say. "Where should I start?" He wondered aloud kind of curious to what she'd already figured out ad what she was still lost on. Though he was pretty sure she didn't know any truth to what had happened. Most people who read up stuff about this town and what happened with his sister had thought he'd killed her. And while they didn't really catch well his uncle and couldn't prove Kaite killed her since well she hadn't she'd only started the fire Derek was kind of still the prime suspect. Though no one was looking anymore. And while she might not have thought he killed his sister her friends probably did.
Kalin nodded her head. She felt helpful already since now they all knew a bit more than they had before. "Well if your boss does know his stuff and could help with the true alpha thing I think we should talk to him like as soon as we can." She said pretty sure waiting around wouldn't be a good idea. It was best to be one step ahead than a few steps behind. "First though we need to confirm the bank thing and come up with a good plan to sneak in if that's where they are so we can break them out or whatever. We can very well let Erica and Boyd be stuck there much longer. Who knows what they're even doing to them." She said knowing she didn't know them but they needed help.

  • [I'm on my phone rn so reuse might be a bit shorter and slower for the time being...]

Krissy nodded. Of course she would relay the information to Sam and Dean. She had a feeling that, unlike her, they thought Derek was behind what had happened recently. She knew that Derek would never hurt anyone. He wasn't like other werewolves. He wasn't a killer. Although he hadn't known that she knew what he was, she could see that he was different. Never once had he tried to hurt her and sure was sure that that hadn't changed now, even though it had been several years since she'd last seen or spoken with him. "What happened to your family? I saw the house...I heard about the fire." Her voice was soft. She didn't want to say anything that would upset them so she was treading lightly. "The papers said that Kate Argent was behind it all...she was a hunter, wasn't she?"
Scott nodded, running a hand over his face. She was right. They probably should talk to Deaton as soon as possible. He probably knew more about this whole true alpha thing. He seemed to know lot more than everyone else in this town did for some strange reason. "We should go over there now. It's kind of late, but he's usually there after hours anyway." He said. He knew from past experiences that Deaton stuck around the animal clinic after closing, his boss had saved his ass on several occasions, so he would be surprised if he wasn't there now. "He might know more about the alphas too. He can probably help us figure out if Boyd and Erica are there." Somehow Deaton knew things. Things that an ordinary vet shouldn't know.

  • [ that's fine. I have to start getting for work soon anyways and won't be able to reply until I get off. ]

Derek swallowed back a lump forming in his throat. He hadn't talked about any of this really with anyone. So actually talking about it now with someone he actually felt cared was hard. Plus she'd known his family, maybe not as well as she could have being he'd thought she'd died before he really got the chance to meet them. The point was she'd met them. And it was harder than he thought to be asked questions about it. "Yea. Kate set the fire to kill them. She went against the Argent's family code to kill my family. Me and Laura weren't there when it happened. Everyone else was though. And they all died other than Peter. He was burnt pretty badly and I wasn't even sure how he'd made it. I left shortly after high school. Headed up to New York. And came back a few years ago because I was hunting for this alpha. Turns out the son of a bitch was Peter. And he was the one who killed Laura. He killed her to take her alpha power. She was his family and he just killed her. Then he turned an innocent teenager into a werewolf tried to force him to join his pack by tying to make him kill his friends and so we had to kill him but he found a way to cheat death and came back." He told her knowing that would be a lot to take in, and it wasn't even everything.
"If you're sure he'll be there then by all means let's go." Kalin said positive that if Deaton could help they should be talking to him. Because she was all out of information. She didn't have anymore intel she could give and well they needed more to go on. Plus she could tell Scott needed more answers on this whole true alpha thing. Maybe Stiles did too. She knew she wanted to know more, and well if Deaton knew who it was or anything she'd be kind of impressed. Actually seeing a true alpha would be one of those things that made her year. It just didn't happen in everyone life time and she doubted anyone even remembered the last one. Being a girl who'd loved studying the supernatural even though she knew it was real, well it made moments like this feel amazing. Sure it was scary think about the awful things going on. But the small not so scary things were pretty amazing.
    February 8th, 2014 at 05:29pm
  • Krissy frowned, but didn't say anything until she was sure that he'd finished speaking. "I'm sorry about your family." She said quietly. She had only met his parents once along with his younger sister Cora, she'd seen Laura around school a couple of times, but she could tell that they'd been a close-knit family. And she knew how important his family was to him. She'd just been able to tell. "Now you said that the Argents have a code. What exactly do you mean by that?" She'd never heard of any other hunters having a code that they lived by. For most of them, things were black and white. You were either a monster or you weren't, and that was it. She wasn't like that though, and neither was Sam. Sometimes Dean was debatable. "What else has been going on around here?"
Scott nodded. "Alright." He said. Hopefully things would be a bit clearer once they went and talked to Deaton. Right now, he didn't know much of what was going on around here. Things just seemed to get crazier and crazier as more time passed. He'd thought things were bad when he just had Peter to deal with, but now, there was a whole pack of alphas in town looking for something. He didn't know what they were looking for, but the sooner he figured out what it was, the sooner he could start to try to figure out a way to get rid of them. Beacon Hills had seen enough craziness to last a lifetime over the course of the last year. It didn't need anymore.
    February 8th, 2014 at 08:57pm
  • Derek sighed, "it's okay. I've had so much time to come to terms with it all that it doesn't hurt as much anymore." He told her, and it wasn't a lie. Sure he missed them, sure he hated that he never got the goodbye he felt he'd needed. And he hated most of all that he couldn't do anything to save them and he hadn't died with them. But it honestly felt like a lifetime ago. And he had come to terms with them all being gone. Though since he'd closed himself off and wasn't even close to the energetic teen who could charm anyone anymore. "Well they supposedly live by this code where basically they hunt only those who hunt them. They aren't supposed to kill a werewolf unless they have physical proof that they've harmed a human. They don't kill humans and they don't kill young werewolves. But when Kate burnt my family alive she broke that. I mean there were normal people in my family and children. The Argents just have this code but they suck at following it."
Kalin wasn't sure how helpful Deaton would be. She didn't know what kind of information he'd have. But all the same it was good that there was someone else who knew his shit who could help. Another person on the side of good willing to help. She knew that there were a lot of hunters out there who hunted and didn't really care what you were or what you had or hadn't done. They believed if you were supernatural you were a danger and needed to be taken care of. And she didn't feel that way. She also didn't feel like Scott or any of his friends should be judged because he was a werewolf when he hadn't asked for it.
    February 9th, 2014 at 12:43am
  • Krissy nodded. It was understandable she supposed. Even once she'd come to terms with her dad's death, it still hurt sometimes. Because you never truly forget the ones that you love. That's how she saw it anyway. "So what's the point of the code if they suck at following it?" She asked, finding the whole thing rather odd. She supposed that she understood the point of it, but if a lot of them didn't follow it, like Kate, why did they bother having it in the first place? "Most hunters I've come across don't have anything like that. It's all black and white for them. You're either a monster or a human. That's it." That wasn't how she saw things though. At first she had after her dad died, but after working on a couple of cases, she realized that not all supernatural beings were bad. Not all of them were monsters in the sense that one might think. And the man standing before her was a prime example of that. Derek was a good person with good intentions. At least, that's how she'd always seen him. "I'm assuming that's not all that's happened here since I've been gone though."
It didn't take them that long to reach the animal clinic. Beacon Hills was a fairly small town, so most places weren't that far from each other. Once Stiles parked the Jeep, he climbed out, waiting for his friend and Kalin to follow suit before he headed towards the entrance. The sign on the door was flipped to closed, but he knew that the door itself would be open. And he was sure that Deaton was still there. With the biggest threat right now being werewolves, the mountain ash barrier surrounding the counter came in handy. At least, that was why Scott assumed Deaton didn't lock the door after hours. He didn't really know the exact reasoning or anything.
    February 9th, 2014 at 04:13am
  • Derek shrugged his shoulders. "The hell if I know." He told her, "I guess they were just corrupted and maybe at one point they did but eventually they forgot what the code meant and broke it." He said inside why they'd stop following it or act like it wasn't real. "Well Allison, she's the youngest Argent, her mom tried to kill Scott. So I bit her to save him and thanks to some other part of their code she killed herself I guess to die in honor or some shit. Uh I have a pack that I went through a lot to make and well two of my betas have been captured and I still haven't found them. I don't even know if they're still alive. The other barely made it back to me alive but we haven't been able to figure out his memories yet. Things are just going mad right now. Because there's an alpha pack in town and no one seems to know why they're here." He wished he knew more or that he could just take a break from this stressful town for a while. But he didn't know if that was possible.
Kalin followed Stiles and Scott out of the jeep and towards the clinic. Even though the sign said closed she assume Scott was sure he was still here. "So do we just walk in or what?" She asked wondering how this worked. Of course she trusted the guy if Scott trusted him and she hadn't really been given a reason not to trust him. But she was curious on how he knew as much as Scott and Stiles seemed to think he did. He wasn't a hunter of anything so how did he know. Because she doubted she'd know nearly as much as she did if she didn't have a dad who hunts, sure she thought it was interesting stuff but she didn't know if she'd study up just to know random stuff about things that she didn't believe in. Since if she hadn't seen first hand that it was real she wouldn't believe.
    February 9th, 2014 at 04:42am
  • "That's...kind of really fucked up." Krissy said after thinking over what he'd just told her. She knew that some hunters had traditions and other things that they did, and she supposed she could see why this woman would do that, but it didn't make it any less fucked up in her eyes. Being a werewolf didn't mean that she had to be a monster. She understood taking precautions, but taking her own life? That was kind of over the top. "Erica Reyes and Vernon Boyd...I saw a few signs in the high school the other day. How long have they been missing, and wait--back up a second. An alpha pack...there's an entire pack of alphas in town? Since when do they travel in packs like that?" She'd never heard of that being a thing before. Most werewolves traveled in packs, with one being the leader of said pack, the alpha. "That's what the symbol on the door was, wasn't it? It's their symbol." It all was sort of making sense now
"Yeah, Deaton won't mind." Scott said as he reached for the handle. "I still don't understand why you're so sure that we can trust him. I don't like the whole Obi-Wan thing he has going on." Stiles said, receiving a blank look from Scott. "And you still haven't seen Star Wars. Remind me why we're friends?" Scott simply shrugged his shoulders. "I haven't really had much spare time on my hands, dude. I mean, we were dealing with a giant homicidal lizard a couple of months ago." Without another word, he grabbed the door handle and pulled the door open, walking in. He waited for Stiles and Kalin to follow suit. "I'm sorry but we're---Scott. What are you doing here?" His boss walked out from the back room, obviously a bit surprised to see the teenager standing there. "We have a few questions that we were hoping you could answer for us."
    February 9th, 2014 at 05:02am
  • "Tell me about it." Derek said nodding his head, he'd thought it was pretty fucked up too but it was how they lived and clearly they learnt to accept it or deal with it, or something and there wasn't anything he could do about it so he just let them be that way. He let them kill themselves since that's what they thought they should do, and he let them believe what they wanted about him because they wouldn't believe him if he were to tell them they were accusing him of things they didn't do. "I think that's the problem with hunters really. Most of them think they're superior or two good to share this earth with all the supernatural and they get to the point to where they think that all supernatural beings are evil. That we're all out to hurt people when we're not. And so then innocent people die. Both supernatural and non." He told her, though that was just how he saw it. "They've been missing four months. And I know it doesn't seem good. I feel like most people think they're dead and we'll never find them but they're my pack and I know they're still out there somewhere. Hopefully still alive." He said before he realized she'd asked about the alphas. "They don't usually travel in packs. But I've heard that Deucalion decided to start his own alpha pack. We're all still trying to figure out what they want exactly."
Kalin laughed lightly as she followed them both into the clinic. "I can't believe you haven't seen Star Wars Scott. That series is like a classic." She said deciding to add in her own comment about the whole thing. Though not going nearly as drastic as Stiles seemed to be. And from the sound of it Scott hadn't really had the time to watch the movie anyways. Though they were kind of long movies so it kind of made sense. Still though she thought he should watch it soon. When she heard Deaton speak though she closed her mouth and decided to let Scott do the talking. He was the one who knew the man, and probably the one the man trusted the most, so Scott could do all the talking and she'd just listen and take everything in. She was good at that kind of thing. Plus well Scott had a lot of questions, and only he'd be able to ask the questions how he felt he needed to ask them. She just hoped that he was right about this and that Deaton would actually be helpful.
    February 9th, 2014 at 08:19am
  • "It really just depends on the hunter. Some of them are great people. Some aren't. I think that's the case with just about everyone though." Krissy said, giving her shoulders a slight shrug. She'd met a mix of hunters. There was Sam, Dean, and even Garth, but then you had hunters like Victor. She figured that was the same with supernatural creatures though. Some were good. Some were bad. There was always a mix. "You said something about trying to sort out your other beta's memories. What exactly did you mean by that?" She asked curiously. She kind of hated that she felt like she was interrogating him, but how else was she supposed to get caught up to speed on everything that was going on in this town. At least, everything that had already happened and everything that they knew. "So this Deucalion's the leader of the alpha pack?"
"I'll watch it once we figure everything out here, alright?" Scott assured both of them before heading inside. He just hadn't really had a second to himself since Peter bit him last year. It was just one bad thing after another. He was dealing with things that a teenager shouldn't have to deal with, but who else was going to do it? What would have happened if he didn't help out with everything that had been going on in Beacon Hills? So many people would have gotten hurt. Others might have died. It would have been horrible, and he probably wouldn't have been able to forgive himself. "I'll do my best to answer any questions you might have." Deaton said, taking Scott away from his thoughts.
    February 9th, 2014 at 06:22pm
  • "Yea, I guess there are kind of good and bad in hunters and supernatural beings." Derek replied, it made sense though. Scott would be one of the good guys. He was the type who'd help anyone even if they didn't deserve it, and then there were guys like his uncle who'd kill their own family to gain power and feel in control. "Uh well somehow when I sent Isaac in undercover to ind Boyd and Erica something happened and he supressed the memories. So Peter tried this old trick my mom taught us when I was young about using our claws to pull memories back to the surface but it didn't really work as well as we'd hoped and so I went to Deaton who has an idea he things will work to help Isaac remember." He told her still hoping it would work, he didn't think he could stand not knowing where they were much longer. "Yea. He's been here before, him and his pack as far as I know. They weren't an alpha pack then though they were each alphas of their own packs. I don't know what happened to make them form this pack or what they plan to try and accomplish as this pack but I know whatever it is it isn't good."
Kalin nodded her her head. "It's a date then." She whispered to him feeling like he could use a day off to actually relax and watch a movie. Plus he'd never seen Star Wars before, clearly he needed a chance to sit around and watch it, and she loved it and happened to have them all on DVD. They were even collectors editions. She had the Indiana Jones movies in a collectors box too. They were kind of classic movies though that everyone should watch at some point. And well if they didn't like them she'd judge them, harshly, not really. They were really for everyone and she got that, but she did still think everyone should see them at least once just to soak in their classicness. And Harrison Ford who she had a crush on both his characters in those movies. It was how she'd first fallen in love with him as an actor. She shook her head to focus on the point they were here though and let her gaze settle on Deaton waiting for Scott to ask the questions so Deaton could answer them.
    February 11th, 2014 at 12:25am
  • Really it was just a matter of what the person had dealt with in their life. Of course, everyone handled things differently. Krissy had lost both of her parents to supernatural beings, and although she'd kind of sought revenge with her dad's death at first, she soon came to realize that it wasn't all supernatural creatures. Some were good. And the real eye-opener for her was when she first came to Beacon Hills. When she first came, she'd still been slightly bitter about everything, and she obviously wasn't anymore. Because she'd changed. Her outlook on life and everything else had changed, and although she hadn't really told anyone this, she knew that, deep down, Derek was one of the reasons for this change. "And I'm guessing that the alphas suppressed his memories the same way Peter was trying to surface them?" She asked. It made sense, so she couldn't see why it wouldn't be the case. "With how the animals in town are reacting, I would say whatever's going to happen isn't going to be good." She said, frowning slightly. "I'll do whatever I can to help, and I'll talk to Sam and Dean. I'm sure that once I explain what's been going on here they'll want to help too." She knew that Sam would be more easily swayed than Dean, but she hoped that the latter wouldn't be too difficult to convince.
Scott couldn't help smiling at her words. He didn't comment on them, as they were already inside, and about to get some information from Deaton, but he was sure that the smile on his face was a clear indication that he'd heard what she said. And he'd talk to her about all of that later once they'd, hopefully, learned more stuff out about this whole true alpha thing. He hoped that Deaton would be able to shed some more light on the whole situation, and maybe he'd even known more about what was going on in town and why the alpha pack was even here in the first place. "We were hoping that you'd be able to tell us anything you know about true alphas. We think that that's why the alpha pack is here in town to begin with."
    February 11th, 2014 at 02:49am
  • Derek knew there wasn't anything he could do to change how some people were. And he'd come to terms that there were evil beings in the world that were just evil. And sometimes he felt like one of those evil people. And he hated it. He was trying to be better though. "I guess. I don't really know how they suppressed his memory but I assume it is. And I know they were trying to capture him. Probably to keep him with the others but he got away and he feels like my only hope at figuring out what's going on." He told her. "That means a lot." He added knowing she didn't have to help him, or get her friend to help them. But she was and it meant a lot to him.
Deaton pursed his lips together, he'd known the day would come when he'd had to address this but somehow he hadn't seen it being so soon. "Well what would you like to know about them? Though there isn't much to tell since there's little known about them as it is." He told Scott and the others. And he knew he should tell Scott that he believed he was well in his way to becoming a true alpha and had see the potential in him since he was first turned, and he would because he saw the potential.

    [ my heart hurts. ]
    February 11th, 2014 at 05:05am
  • "Do you have an idea as to why they'd do that? They must want something." Krissy said. She was sure that there had to be some ulterior motive. The alphas wouldn't just kidnap a bunch of kids unless they had a reason for doing so. She had no idea what that reason would be. Well, she didn't know for sure. She assumed that it was to get to Derek, but she couldn't be sure. "It's not a big deal. They're just a bunch of kids. I don't want to see them get hurt as much as you or the next person." She gave her shoulders a slight shrug. She was sure that once she explained what was going on to Sam and Dean, they would, hopefully, want to help too.
"Anything that you can tell us." Scott answered. "We think that the alphas might be here looking for one, but we really don't know for sure." The alpha pack could easily be trying to get to Derek for some unknown reason, but he knew that they had to be open to any and all possibilities until they figured out more. They really didn't have much of anything to go on right now, and until they did, he was hoping that knowing more about true alphas would shed some sort of light on everything.

    [I'm in so much pain.]
    February 11th, 2014 at 08:21pm
  • "No I don't." Derek told her shaking his head. He wished he had an idea of what they could want with a bunch of teenagers. And the ones from his pack at that. "I mean maybe they're trying to get to me so I'll join them or something. But I don't know why they'd want me. Sure I'm an alpha but I don't know what good I'd really do them." He told her being honest, he wouldn't know how to act with an alpha pack. And he doubted he be a very good member. "Yea I don't wanna see that happen either." He told her really not wanting either of them to get hurt. And not just because they were part of his pack. But because they were just kids and didn't deserve to die. And not like this.
"Well I'll start with this. If they're here looking for a true alpha then it's to destroy them. And I hope they fail. Actually I know they'll fail." He told the three of them wondering for a second how to continue. "There is a potential true alpha here in Beacon Hills. I've known this certain werewolf had the potential to become one for a while now. I think you know everything really though about them. I mean there isn't much known on them. Other than they rise to alpha power by will. And that if at any time before they reach true alpha if they kill anyone it ruins their chances. And if Deucalion and his pack are looking for him then it isn't going to be pretty. They can't have a true alpha running around because he'll make the rest of them look weak. And this certain person could possibly be one of the strongest alphas there is. Which makes him a threat."

  • Krissy nodded, a slight frown tugging at the corners of her lips. She didn't like the sound of any of this at all. "Well, like I said, if you need help with anything at all, just let me know. I'll talk to Sam and Dean about all of this, and hopefully get them on board as well." She didn't see why they wouldn't want to help. An entire pack of alphas just wasn't good at all, and the fact that they were holding two kids captive, well, that wasn't good either. She really just didn't want to see anyone get hurt, especially not ones as young as the betas in Derek's pack. "Though I'm sure once I explain everything that's going on, they'll have questions of their own for you." Sam probably wouldn't have nearly as many as Dean. The latter of the two would probably be a bit more hesitant than the former.
Scott exchanged quick glances with Stiles and Kalin as he listened to Deaton. "Do you think that it's a possibility?" He asked. "That this true alpha is the reason why they're here?" Based on what his boss had just told him, he felt as though it was a good possibility. It was either that or they wanted something with Derek. Of course, if they wanted this true alpha, why had they captured Erica and Boyd? Some of it added up, but some of it didn't. He was hoping that they'd be able to fill in the blank spots as they went along though.

  • Derek nodded his head. He'd be sure to get in touch with her if anything came up he thought she'd want to know. "Well I don't mind answering a few questions as long as I can trust them and that they'll actually help." He told her knowing he'd rather speak to whoever about all of this if they could help than speak to some people who'd just look the other way and decide not to help for some stupid reason like being werewolves or something. Which he knew was a possibility. He couldn't take chances or waste any time right now because there were teenagers lives at stake. And that should mean something no matter who or what the teenager was.
Deaton nodded his head. "I do believe that they could be here for taking out the true alpha as their main goal. Of course that doesn't mean they don't have other smaller goals as well. They could have easily kidnapped Boyd and Erica to get Derek to join them, or to try and draw the true alpha out. Because any true alpha is always going to do what's best, and they'll try and save everyone. True alphas when they know how to control their power are very pure still." All the information make Kalin curious, if he knew so much maybe be knew who the true alpha was and would be willing to tell them. "So do you know who the true alpha is. Or where we might find him?"
