'cause we're on fire.

  • Louis could feel himself growing with pleasure at her reaction. And he knew it had been much too long for them. It'd felt like forever but he also felt like they had forever to make up for lost time. He was thankful for the holidays and being able to be home for the holidays. Quickly though he moved his lips away from her lips and to her neck and collar bone while he gently let his hands work their magic on her. "I love you." He breathed against her skin while he still kissed wherever his lips could touch feverish. He was pretty sure he'd never wanted, no needed, to be with her more than right now.
Calliope pursed her lips together while a few more stray tears feel down her cheeks and she was afraid she'd start sobbing and she didn't have anywhere to turn. There were so many things she wanted to say to him right now, but she didn't know how or where to even start. It broke her heart though to stand here in front of Harry suddenly knowing he loved her and being so confused. "I can't do this." She whispered, it wasn't fair to her, but she knew it wasn't fair to him either having these feelings while she threw her relationship in his face. "I can't. Harry I'm-" she stopped to try and figure out what to say, and she hated this, hated everything she was feeling right now but she felt even more confused than she was before. "Harry I'm sorry." She whispered feeling her chest tighten again, "I should go."

  • "I love you too." Emelie breathed out before another moan escaped her lips. He was already driving her completely up the wall. Of course, it could easily have to do with the fact that they hadn't been together intimately in what felt like forever. Between tour and everything else, there just always seemed to be something in the way. Something interrupting them, but now there was nothing standing in their way at all. They didn't have to worry about him doing band-related stuff, and they didn't have to worry about the lads showing up and interrupting a heated moment. No. They were alone. And it was an amazing feeling.
As if Harry's heart hadn't broken enough already. Now it felt like she'd literally ripped it out of his chest and stopped on it with him there watching her. He was silent for a moment before a stoney expression appeared on his face. "No. I should go." He said quietly. Without another word he turned and walked off in the opposite direction, cursing himself mentally the entire way. He needed a drink or something. Anything to get his mind off of the heartbreak that he was feeling right now. He shouldn't have told her. He should have known it was a mistake. How could someone like her ever feel the same way about someone like him?

  • Louis smiled against her skin before doing his best to flip them over on the couch so he could hover over her. He could've laid there tangled up with her forever. Because God did he love her, sometimes it physically made his heart hurt to be away from her so long. But he was her now. And with a quick motion he was planting his lips on hers again while he used both his hands to slide her knickers off and the pull the rest of his own clothing off. He wasn't sure he could take it anymore. He just needed to be with her in a closeness that he couldn't get any other way. And with a swift movement he was slowly pushing himself into her groaning in her mouth at just how lovely it was to be with her. Nothing else in the world mattered. Everything just dissolved away and his only thoughts were on being with his woman.
Calliope watched Harry leave and couldn't control her sudden sobs. And she quickly took to the closest thing she could lean against to ball herself up and cry. She should've made him stay, but she'd pushed him away. And she felt broken. Everything hurt, her throat felt sticky and almost dry, but she couldn't stop crying. And she didn't really know how long she sat there crying but she eventually got up fresh out of tears to head home. Her need for food at home didn't even matter. Nothing mattered right now really. On her short walk home she pulled out here phone to check it only to feel more heartbroken not seeing Harry's name anywhere. She didn't know what she felt for Harry, she'd always told herself they were just mates and would never be anything more, but now she didn't even have him and it hurt.

  • Emelie smiled up at him when he flipped them over on the couch so that he was hovering over her. God, she loved him so much. She really had never thought it would be possible to love someone so much. But she did love someone that much. She loved Louis more than anything else in the entire world. He was so much more than her best friend or her boyfriend. He meant so much to her. A soft moan sounded from her lips when he pushed into her, the sound slightly muffled by his lips against hers. "Fuck, Lou." She breathed out.
Harry ended up heading back to his flat. He couldn't believe how stupid he had been. Why would he tell her that? Why would he tell her how he felt? Why had he hoped for a different reaction? He should have known that it would only fuck things up between them. He should have just kept his damn mouth shut. But that was the exact opposite of what he did when he got frustrated. He let his mouth run and didn't even think of the consequences until it was too late. He'd fucked up badly in this past, but this had taken the cake. He had never felt like he was losing Calliope. He always worried that the distance would change their friendship, but he should have only worried about ruining it himself.

  • Louis just pecked his lips against hers in a quick peck as he slowly started to move his hips against hers. Clearly he wanted her to feel good and so far so good. Not that he was worried, he was a great shag. An if he wasn't well he didn't know because she'd never complained before. "Mm babe I've missed you." He told her for like the millionth time while his lips ghosted over her skin leaving a trail of kisses along her collarbone to that sweet spot on her neck he knew drove her mad. Emelie wasn't Louis first girlfriend, and she hadn't been his first kiss or who he'd shared his first time with either, but he loved her. He was sharing everything with her now and couldn't think of a single soul in the world he'd rather feel this close to. Even though she wasn't his first anything other than friend he wanted her to be his last. Because doing things like this with anyone else, it would just feel so wrong to him.
Calliope sadly walked into her flat alone, and hadn't even realized that the door had been unlocked until she saw the one person who only made her feel worse unpacking food into her fridge. "Jake." She said shocked and biting her lip. "I hadn't expected you to be back for a while. Is everything okay? Are you okay?" She asked him wondering what happened and why he was here early. Even though she'd rather just be alone. "Yea everything's great actually. They let my dad out of the hospital two days ago and I spent most of yesterday making sure him and my mum were okay then headed out early this morning. And I happened to remember on my way by that you'd mentioned you hadn't gotten any food and figured you'd be with Harry since I know he's in town and decided to do some shopping for you." And Calliope smiled best she could not wanting to talk about Harry. Just like she hadn't wanted to talk about Jake. "Are you okay?" And she just nodded her head wishing today just didn't exist.

[ going to see the movie I'll reply to the other roleplays when I get back tehe ]

  • [Alrighty! Cute]

"I've missed you more." Emelie mumbled against his lips before another moan escaped them. Moaning out, she rocked her hips up to meet his as shots of electricity and pleasure coursed throughout her entire body. Although she and Louis hadn't been each other's first, well everything besides friend, she could honestly say he'd been her best. Her best boyfriend. Her best kiss. Her best shag. No one could really compare to him. Not that she had anyone to really compare him to as of late. They'd been together for nearly three years now, having gotten together just after he'd tried out for X-Factor. And sure, they'd had their fair share of arguments, but they always made up in the end. The distance was tough, but Emelie had a feeling that, if anyone could make it through such difficulties, it was them.
Harry couldn't remember a time he'd felt so miserable. He'd been upset when he and the lads didn't win X-Factor, and sometimes comments from fans and other people did get to him, but nothing compared to how he felt right now. His chest felt empty. It really did feel like Calliope had ripped his heart right on out of his chest, and all he wanted to do was numb the pain. And the only way he knew how to do that was with alcohol. So, after hauling his sorry ass up off of the couch, he gave Grimmy a call and asked to round up a couple of their mates, like Pixie and Kelly, and then to meet him down at The Funky Buddha. it was a club that they frequented whenever he was home.

  • Louis moaned out her name in response. There were all the things about her that lit a fire in him. Like how she moaned his name when he kissed her soft spot, or hit her good spot. He liked how she rocked her hips to his like she couldn't get enough of him. He liked how sometimes he'd be on tour thinking he'd packed something only to see her wearing via Skype a few days later. But he didn't get mad about it because she looked nice in his clothes and he thought it was cute and slightly comforting that she wanted to keep his things to feel like she had a piece of him while he was gone. And there were other things on top of those. Of course it'd take him forever if he were ever asked to name off everything he loved about her. Even the things that had annoyed him since before they'd started dating he didn't know if he could live without. Because they all made her who she was, and Louis loved who she was.
The following morning Calliope woke up curled up on to Jake with a headache and sore eyes. She'd asked him to stay the night way to upset to be alone. Though she'd told him it was because she'd missed him, which she had she'd just been more upset than anything. And even in the comfort of his arms she'd cried, cried until she was asleep. Harry was her best mate and he was in love with her. The thought of the day before made her heart ache. Wondering why he'd had to open his mouth and make things difficult pissed her off, but at the same time it made her feel awful because she had no idea how long he'd felt that way and she had no idea and just thrown her relationship in his face like his feelings didn't matter. "Why don't we go out today. Go see a movie or something." She heard Jake ask which pulled her from her thoughts. "Sure." Anything to take her mind off Harry and how fucked things were with him sounded good right now.

  • Emelie had know for a while now that she was ruined. Louis had ruined her. She'd never been so hopelessly in love with someone before in her life. She had never been so happy with anyone else before him. And even for a while before they'd started dating, she'd known how she felt about him. And the last three years, although they'd had their minor setbacks, had been absolutely amazing. Pure bliss. Sometimes she felt like she was on cloud nine. She could honestly say that she wouldn't change a single thing. Sure, she hated the distance, but distance makes the heart grow fonder. At least, that's what she'd been told.
Harry woke up the next morning with a massive hangover. He groaned, burying his face into his pillow. "Fuck." He swore, his words muffled slightly by his pillow. He felt like he'd just been hit by a bus. And as if his mood couldn't be any shittier, the emptiness in his heart was back. He'd managed to numb it the night before when he went out with Grimmy and some of their mates, but all of the pain and emptiness was back now, and seemingly in full force to. He didn't want to be one of those people who stayed hauled up in their flat, being a miserable prat, but he couldn't help it. He didn't want to do anything. He didn't want to see anyone. He didn't want to talk to anyone. He just wanted to lay their and wallow in his own self-pity.

  • Louis around Emelie was the person he wanted to be. Around her or thinking about her he was the guy who was so hopelessly in love that his heart soared. Sometimes it was still the cute puppy love stuff with her like nuzzling his face into her neck and kissing her softly to make her giggle while they were out in public, or tickling her because he wanted to hear her laugh. Other times it was the more serious stuff where he could just rant to her about everything from the fans not giving him his space to some arse who just didn't like him on the streets. And he didn't have to tell her every five minutes that he loved her or give her some cute little nickname that made people gag when they heard it. Really he didn't feel like they needed to tell one another that often how they felt to be reminded of it. But he told her as often as possible anyways because well he did love her. And though he knew she didn't need to be reminded all the time he liked to remind her so she didn't forget, or because he felt like it was necessary.
Calliope stole glances at her phone the entire walk to the movies. Part of her hoping Harry would call or text, but at the same time she didn't know how to reply to anything he'd say to her. And when she felt it buzz she felt her heart race for a split second before she saw Nick's name lighting up and somehow she knew she was in for. "Hel-" "Cal what the fuck happened. Of course he didn't tell me anything so I don't know. But I'm not dense something happened. He wouldn't call me up for drinks on his first day back in town if something hadn't happened. And he'd told me before he got back that he planned to spend the whole day with you. So again I'm asking. What the fuck happened?" Calliope should've known that it would only be a matter of hours before she'd get this call. And she figured she was only getting it now because he'd been too drunk or worried about Harry to call her last night. "Now isn't a good time," she started softly, and it wasn't. She was out with her boyfriend after all, and well she didn't know how to tell him that she'd broken Harry's heart. "I'll call you later okay." "Fine. I'm holding you too that. I'm gonna call him now though and see if he'll tell me."

  • Emelie loved the relationship that she had with Louis. She'd always loved the relationship that they had with each other even before they'd started dating. She always just felt so comfortable around him. She really felt like she could just be herself without having to worry about anyone judging her or anything like that. She could be as silly and crazy, and slightly immature, as she wanted, because Louis was exactly like her, and she knew that he wouldn't judge her at all. She knew that he loved her for who she was, and vice versa. Really, everything was just amazing. What they said about being in love with your best friend was true.
Harry still hadn't moved from his bed when his cellphone started going off. He was half-tempted to let it go straight to voicemail, but with his luck, it was more than likely Nick calling him. And the radio show host could be a persistent fucker when he wanted to be, and something told Harry that that was going to be the case right now. With a sigh, he rolled onto his side and reached for his phone. "Now isn't a great time, mate. I'll call you back lat--" His mumbled words were interrupted. "No, you're going to talk to me now. What the hell happened yesterday? And don't say nothing, because you're a shit liar, and I know you were supposed to be with Calliope for the entire day." He sighed, running a hand over his face. "I fucked up, man."

  • "You know what we should do?" Louis asked her knowing that he actually had a really good idea. "We should have like a romance night. Maybe not tonight but sometime soon." He added being filled with these sudden ideas he had to do something nice and romantic with his girlfriend. And while it would require leaving the flat for a few things so his idea would work he was cool with that. And he knew he'd have to leave the flat sooner or later. While he would rather stay cooped up here with her the whole time he was home he knew that wasn't possible. They needed food and shit or they'd starve. And Louis was all for heading out to pick up some things for her. Really he was up for anything that would make her happy. And he was positive that his idea would work. He could even plan everything out and make sure to get her out of the flat while he sat everything up. Even if she knew he was planning something romantic she wouldn't know what until she got home and saw what he'd planned.
Calliope clicked her tongue against her cheek a few times while she waited for Jake to buy their movie tickets and popcorn. Everything just felt so wrong. And not just that Harry was in love with her and she'd basically pushed him away as soon as he'd told her. She'd broken his heart, she'd probably been breaking his heart for a while and hadn't even known. She knew though that she'd really broken it last night. And it felt wrong that Harry had even let her have that much power over something so fragile. And what felt the worst was that she was standing here in the movies with another guy like nothing was wrong. She was standing here in the movies with the one person Harry couldn't stand and it made her feel like she'd picked Jake over Harry. Like she'd been given an ultimatum and she'd just thrown Harry under the bus and ran him over like he didn't matter. She'd pushed him out like she did with everyone and she didn't really know if it was fixable.
    February 8th, 2014 at 05:14am
  • "That sounds lovely, babe." Emelie said softly, a smile on her face. "You know that you don't have to do stuff like that for me though, right?" She wasn't looking for some grand gesture or anything of the like. She loved Louis, and she knew that he loved her and really, that was all that mattered to her. She wasn't looking for him to wine and dine her and surprise her with flowers and chocolates 24/7. Of course, it was nice every once and a while, but she didn't want him to think that he had to do things like that for her. She knew that he was just trying to be sweet, but she didn't want him to think that it was completely necessary.
Harry explained everything to Nick. He told her how Calliope had been talking about her second thoughts in being with that bloke, and letting him move in with her, and how she'd snapped at him. How she'd kind of shut him out, and how he'd just gotten so frustrated that he sort of just blurted out his feelings for her without even thinking twice about her. "I don't know what to do, mate. She hasn't called or texted me. She always texts me. You know that." He said with a sigh, running a hand over his face. "I think I fucked things up beyond reparation. I just--I don't know what to do anymore. She obviously doesn't feel the same way, and now our friendship is totally fucked because I had to open my damn mouth."
    February 8th, 2014 at 03:46pm
  • Louis nodded before he nuzzled his face into her neck to pepper kisses over her neck again. "I know." He whispered, "but I want to." He added knowing fully well that she didn't need constant reminding of how he felt, or grand gestures and whatnot. He knew she was fine just having him here with her rather than off with someone else. But he wanted to do nice things for her that were totally over the top. And he had all this money that he'd rather spend on her than things he didn't need like a second home or five cars. He gave most of his money away really. Used it to buy things he knew the people he cared about needed. Truthfully he had more money than he knew what to do with. So why not use some of it to go overboard and shower his girlfriend with some amazing romantic weekend or something.
"So you told her? And she didn't take it well at all apparently. Especially if she's still with the bloke. And she hadn't made contact with you because she probably doesn't know what to say. And well I know you don't wanna hear this but I'm pretty sure her blokes back in town. Maybe you should just give her a few days. We both know she can be overly frustrating at times and she doesn't react well under pressure. Maybe she just needs a few days to let everything really sink in. I know you're hurting Harry, but I'm sure she is too. Just give it some time. I'll talk to her. Until then don't do anything drastic. Write her a song or something. Ya know that cheesy romantic shit girls like." Nick told Harry planning to help his mates fix their problem.

[ figured I'd just be Nick talking to poor Harry for the time being. ]
    February 8th, 2014 at 04:14pm
  • Emelie let out a soft giggle, a smile tugging at the corners of her lips as the light stubble on his face tickled her skin. "Well, by all means romance it up then." She murmured softly. She honestly thought it was sweet that he wanted to do all of these sweet things for her. It wasn't like it was the first time he'd done something like that for her. "Though, I'm pretty sure that the whole point in making some grand gesture is the element of surprise..." Her tone was light and teasing and a smile played at the corners of her lips as she looked up at him.
Harry frowned. He didn't like the idea of giving Calliope time, though he knew that that was probably for the best, and he also didn't like the fact that her boyfriend was back in town. That only proved that she'd chose that bloke over him even more so than he'd thought before. He let out a soft sigh and nodded. "You're right. I should give her some space and time to think." He said, running a hand over his face. "I should probably go, mate. I uh--have some things I need to take care of." Total lie. He was going to go grab a few bottles of Stella and drink quite possibly until he blacked out.
    February 8th, 2014 at 08:47pm
  • "So it won't be a surprise that I'm planning something. I'll make sure you're surprised when you actually see what I have planned." Louis told her knowing he'd plan something so amazing she'd be swept off her feet for a long while. And he knew he'd go a bit over the top with everything, but he didn't care because she was worth ever penny he had in his mind. He'd go to the moon and back for her if she wanted him to. Louis would do anything in the world for her. He was positive that he would give up everything in a moment if she asked him too. Though he knew she would never ask. Even though the distance killed them sometimes he knew she'd never ask him to give up that part of his life.
Nick sighed into the phone and shook his head. "You're a shit liar. Harry, please don't do anything too drastic. This will work itself out." And he hoped he was right. For everyone's sake. "I guess I'll let you go then." He told his friend planning to call Calliope and make her talk to him now. He'd heard Harry's story, and now he needed to hear hers. Maybe he could push them back together or something. He just needed his two best mates to be at least mates again. And he knew Harry needed her in his life, even if she didn't feel the same. Which sucked because well he kind of thought they'd be a good couple. It was just time he figured things out with these two before things really were ruined forever. And whatever had changed things had only happened yesterday.
    February 9th, 2014 at 12:13am
  • "I suppose you have a point." Emelie said, letting out a soft laugh. She really did think it was extremely sweet when Louis went all out and surprised her with something super romantic. And although she didn't think it was necessary that he do stuff like that, she would love him regardless, she did appreciate it. She already knew that he cared about her, but this just proved that he really cared enough to do something special for her. She appreciated the things that he did for her a lot.
"Dunno what you're talking about, mate." Harry mumbled, running a hand through his curls. He knew that Nick saw right through his lies. He knew that he was, in fact, a shit liar, and he knew that the radio show host knew him well enough to know that he might very well do something drastic. "I'll talk to you later." Without another word, he hung up the phone and set it back down on his bedside table. Once he'd done so, he stood up and headed into the kitchen to grab some much needed Stella. He knew that he shouldn't be doing this, but he just needed to numb the pain. He didn't want to feel any of it anymore.
    February 9th, 2014 at 04:21am
  • "Of course I do love," Louis said with a smile. He knew how to turn on the charm if he needed to. Otherwise he was sure he would've gotten into a lot more trouble in his life. Plus clearly he'd won her over somehow and he liked to think she'd fallen for him thanks partly to his charm. "You know I just like to do things for you though." He added glad she was in his life, glad he could do things for her, glad she let him do things for her. He was just happy to have her. He had the best idea for her though, really the best and he couldn't wait for her to see what he had planned.
A hour and a half later Calliope walked out of the theater and told Jake that she needed to call Nick because he needed to talk to her about something so she'd meet him back at her flat or something. And as after they said goodbye he pulled out her phone to dial Nick's number knowing she should call him back or she'd never hear the end of it. Though she knew what he wanted to talk about. She knew where the conversation would lead and that she wasn't quite ready to talk about it. But if she didn't talk about it with him now she'd never talk to him about it at all and then he'd bitch until she got annoyed and blew up on him or something. In the end it was better to just tell him something he wanted to hear. So she dialed his number and waited for him to pick up.
    February 9th, 2014 at 05:57am
  • "Of course you do? Really?" Emelie teased, raising an eyebrow. She loved how she and Louis could joke around and mess with each other all the time. Some people would say that they weren't mature, but that didn't matter to her. What did she care what people thought about her and her boyfriend? Sure, sometimes what the fans said on twitter and instagram hurt, but she tried not to let any really negative comments regarding her and Louis bother her. In the long run, was she happy? Yes. Was Louis happy? Well, she would hope so seeing as they had been together for nearly three years now. And that was all that really mattered. "I know you do, babe. And I think it's all really sweet." She told him honestly, a soft smile tugging at the corners of her lips.
"You need to go talk to him." Nick said as soon as he saw Calliope's name pop up on the screen of his iPhone. "He's a proper mess, and I know he's going to do something stupid, Cal. I just know it." The radio show host was normally carefree and outgoing, but when it came to his best mates, he worried and cared about them. And right now he was worried about young Harold as he would normally refer to the popstar as. "I told him to give you some space, so he's not going to call you or show up at your flat, at least I hope he won't. It really depends on how sober he is though...but that's besides the point! I don't think I've ever heard him so down before in all the time I've known him. You need to get your shit together and get your arse over there and talk to him."
    February 11th, 2014 at 02:17am
  • Louis nodded his head and kissed her again. People might say that he was a total arse online and shit. And well he knew at times he could be a total arse, but he also knew if those people were to ask anyone who really knew him if he was always like that like they all thought then no one would agree. And this was proof. What arse plans a romantic weekend for their girlfriend of three years? The way he looked at it was people thought he was an arse because they didn't understand his humor or why he did something. But it didn't really matter what anyone truly thought of him. Other than Emelie and the lads of course. Sure what the fans thought was nice to hear but his life wouldn't fall part because a few people decided to stop being fans.
"And tell him what exactly?" Calliope asked softly, pushing her fingers though her hair. "I don't want him to do anything stupid either. I care about him as much you do but I don't know what to say to him." She said hearing her voice crack and she tried to muffled her cry before she spoke again. "What if I just break his heart more? I already feel guilty enough." She said for once actually wanting advice. Though deep down she knew what she should do. Deep down she knew that she'd pick Harry over everyone else because he was the one person she couldn't live without. She felt comfortable around him, safe even. She loved Harry. She'd always just been so scared of letting that thought become more than just a thought. She'd been so afraid of losing Harry that she'd made herself oblivious to everything he might feel. And she'd tried to push her romantic feelings on someone else, which was why it didn't work with them. Because she was in love with someone else, some she was afraid of losing so much she'd ignore how they both felt. "I love him too." She blurted out.
