"I love you more." Jamie opened his eyes and smiled at her before kissing her lips again letting them go moist and swollen. All the while, he was still moving in her. His face turned red and his body clenched in need if a little relief. "I'm going to cum..." he said in alarm, not wanting to yet. Wrapping his arms up creating a naked bundle of knots, he pulled her to his chest and put his nose in her hair closing his eyes wanting to get unconscious. Usually he watched her sleep, but from what he had experienced it was hard to pry an eye open. And wait till the morning, boy did he ever have some plans in store for her. Emma's things sat in a neat corner of the room, and James sat in his duffel bag on the opposite corner. He remembered seeing it just before he fell into a sleep, and mumbling back, "mmmhmmm. Emma sighed lightly as he wrapped his arms around her. He was making this difficult. How was she going to be able to slip away from him when he was holding into her so tightly. She was tired but she was making sure that she wouldn't fall asleep. She needed to go... To protect him. She nuzzled into him though, imagining her future with him and wishing it could be like that... But it couldn't.

By the time it was 5 in the morning, Jake was sitting with his fourth mug of coffee. Loading it with sugar, he checked his phone again. Still no word. Have you made up your mind? he sent, though she hadn't responded to his previous message. She would do the right thing.

Feeling Emma shift, James grumbled a few words of sleep talk and rolled over onto his stomach his hair completely ruffled and everywhere. Good thing he brought his medication, or he wouldn't have had a wink of sleep. Not with the nightmares he got without them, yet when Emma was there it helped a lot. Breathing heavily and slowly, his back rised and then lowered with his breathing. They were both bare skin, the muscles on his back defined by the dimness of the morning and the marks that her fingernails had left were now long red streaks going downwards.

Emma sighed a little as she got up out of bed and she looked over at her perfect boyfriend asleep. Why was she giving this up? Why did it have to hurt? She sighed a little and reached over, kissing his forehead softly. She looked over and saw Jake's text and nodded. Im at the motel... Give me ten minutes - and I'll be outside... Waiting for you. She sent him after getting dressed and sat down to write Jamie her last letter of goodbye.

And then she was gone, out the door.

Jake smiled. She was finally going to let him go... Doing the right thing. He had promised to give Jamie a clean slate, and since knowing Emma would be rational he had already called off the lawsuit and had arranged for Jack and his parents to give him a clean shot. They had agreed of course, because they loved Emma as much as he did. They all did that for her. On my way.. It was unbelievable that James would take her to a freaking motel. What if she had caught a disease from the unsanitary beds? God, he couldn't take care of himself, how was he going to take care of her? Driving his porsche, he made his way to the cheapest motel in the town. Once in the parking lot, he saw Emma standing out of the door in Room 10. "Emma.." he breathed, getting out and making his way towards her.

Snuggling into the large amount of covers now that Emma was out of the bed, James started mumbling again rolling around feeling cold from the misty morning air. Why was it so cold? His wide shoulders shook slightly when the door opened, a cold breeze rushing to him. Oblivious to what was happening, he moaned and rolled over still fully asleep. He was excited for the morning, where he would wake up to Emma and make love to her again all morning.

Mrs. Johnson woke up early in the morning as usual. Her schedule was very precise with her husbands, and she was always on time. She sent a quick voice mail to Emma, letting her know she would pick her up at 10 in the morning.

Emma sniffled a little as she saw Jake standing there and she walked towards him, feeling like her world was ending. But she had to go, she had to do this for Jamie. "Hi Jake." She said softly as she hung her head and she looked up at him quickly before looking back down. She didn't know what to think right now but she just knew that she was doing the right thing in the end. She saw the voicemail from her mom and texted back, saying she was with Jake now and that he would bring her home later. She knew her mother wouldn't question it - they loved Jake. "Can we go?" She asked, wishing she could still be in Jamie's arms.

"Emma, thank god.." he put a finger under her chin and lifted it. "I'm so sorry Emma. I'm so sorry he used you like that, that you suffered through his fucked up ownership. I will take care of you.." Pulling her in a hug he kissed her head like Jamie had used to do. "Yeah, we can go.." he took her bag and loaded it in the back before opening the door for her and letting her in and going to the drivers seat. "Smile, Emma. You're free. Don't let his insanity bring you down... He could've been charged with Sexual Assault and Rape, you're doing yourself and him a favor." She was so innocent. It was wrong fr Jamie Connor to use her like that, most likely took her virginity illegally. He felt so much better she was safe, but there was one place where Jamie couldn't get her, and that was his house or hers.

Emma was surprised by the way he spoke to her and she nodded her head. There was pain when he kissed her forehead, because she wanted so badly for that to be Jamie... But it wasn't - and it would never be him. Ever again. She managed a smile when he told her to and she nodded her head. "So that means you did it - no harsh feelings or anything? His slate is wiped clean?" She asked him seriously. She didn't want him to be hurt. this was protecting him. "Thank you Jake." She said in a tender, sweet voice.

"Yes, everything is clean. But anything he does here on now will not be clean Emma, so you better have ended what you had on good terms." he said reaching over with his hand and holding hers. "You look exhausted, let me take you to breakfast." They ended up having coffee and breakfast at the local diner before taking her back to his place. Jack had some sport tournament and his parents were both out of town for a meeting. Yes, he'd keep Emma safe here. Not even James knew where he lived.

Emma smiled lightly and then nodded her head. "Well, I hope so too." She said seriously, knowing it was going to hurt Jamie, but she had to do this. She had to protect him because she couldn't hurt him like this. She smiled. "Thank you." She said as he took her to a local breakfast and she didn't mind that he was holding her hand - it wasn't exactly like she could fight it. She had to just deal with it. And move on from Jamie. She was holding herself together quite well. "Thank you for breakfast." She smiled at him.

"You're welcome. Can I take you to my place? You can stick around and we can watch a movie or something." Jake was not comfortable with leaving her alone at home.

The sun hit his eyes as he opened them, big blue and just happy. Looking at the inner side of the bed, he froze and stared all the blood drained from his face. It felt like he just got shot, his heart crushed a billion times in little pieces. "Emma!" he yelled at the top of his lungs, getting up and stomping into the bathroom and kitchen looking for her. Her things were gone from the night before and were replaced with a whimpering Lucky. Yelling and screaming, he ripped the mirror off the bathroom wall and broke it over his knee throwing it at the wall with full force as it stuck into the broken wall. Clenching the shower curtain, he balled it in his fists and violently ripped it from the tub shredding it and kicking the tub. "Emma!!!" he said desperately beating the wall with his fists and legs before making his way to the door and opening it with suck force the hinge at the top came apart. "Emma!" he roared, just as the other people on the other side of the hotel peeked out tides what the commotion was before going back inside scared. Falling to his knees, he held his palms over his eyes and fell every vein in his body pulsing. The love of his life... Gone

Emma smiled lightly at him and nodded her head. "Sure we can..." She said lightly and then sighed. "I just... I'm not rushing into anything, you understand that, right?" She asked him and then held his hand tightly, hoping that would get her message across to him. She didn't want to be put into that sort of awkward situation yet. Not when she had made love to Jamie last night - and she wanted to bask in that for a while. She just hoped that he got her letter... He needed to see that, so he would know she still loved him but this was for the best.

Jake frowned. "I mean... Yeah, of course. I'll respect your wishes." he squeezed her hand back and pulled it to his lips nuzzling it gently.

James laid on the floor for 2 hours until the Hotel Manager came and looked confused. "Sir, you need to stop." James didn't move, he didn't flinch. Sighing, the manager went and took his phone calling a girl named 'Kate'. Kate picked up listening to what the manager was saying before calling Emma. When Emma picked up, Kate roared. "What the HELL did you do, you skinny bitch!!" she screamed. After he was kicked out, Jamie saw the note on the table and reached for it reading two lines before yelling her name and punching the wall until his knuckles bled. Driving home tears flooding his eyes, he went home and ripped everything he could. Using his pocket knife he stuck it in the sofa and pulled out all the cotton, flipped his bed over and punched a hole in every wall. How could she do this to him?

Emma smiled lightly at the way he was acting and she nodded her head. "Thank you." She said to him and then sighed when she was getting a phone call. "Hello?" She asked, not knowing the number at all. Kate had never called her before - but she knew her voice right away when she heard her cutting off her "hello" statement. "What are you talking about?" She asked seriously. She didn't know what to think right now and why was Kate even calling her anyway?!

Jack looked at her. "What's going on Emma..." but Kate screamed louder. Kate waited at the doorstep of James house, knocking softly. "James.." she said. "Open the door." But James laid quietly on the carpet ignoring her. "Emma, I've never seen Jamie this upset. What. Did. You. Do?!" she repeated hissing.

Emma frowned a little as that made her heart hurt and she bit her lip, running a hand through her hair. "I didn't do anything - I did what was best for the both of us." She said seriously and then looked over at Jake, squeezing his hand tightly. She needed to know she was doing the right thing... And she wanted to get that from Jake.
