Brand new Role-play Recruiting Thread. Use this thread to post information about the type of role plays you would like to start. You are free to include as little or as much info as you like, including plot, warnings, number of people you are looking to role-play with, expected response length and posting frequency, etc.

Posting Rules

• You may only post once per page, per role-play.
• You cannot repeat your own post to bump it. Unless you are changing/adding significant information or a substantial amount of time has passed (a week or more with no response), your first post is sufficient.
• You can only use this thread to recruit for role-plays to start on Mibba only.
• You cannot spam this thread with links to your role-play. Repeat spamming will result in a temporary ban. If your role-play in progress is open to new participants, please include this info in the short description. (If you need your thread description changed to open/closed, please message a board moderator.)

Hello! I'm looking to start a new role play. I mostly do slash but I'm open to het or femme. This list of things I RP is mostly Anime but I'm completely open to original RPs as well. I prefer RPs that are NC-17 and have a decent plot, I also prefer paragraphs or at least try to manage a whole line, if we're typing two or three words back and forth the RP will die rather quickly. Also I'd really like to be able to double for basically anything.

things I would like to RP:

-Attack On Titan (Shingeki No Kyojin): I will play almost anyone but my favorites are Levi and Erwin.

-Free! Iwatobi Swim Club: I'm kinda new to this fandom so I'm only really good at playing Nagisa.

-Ouran Highschool Host Club: I can play anyone, my favorites are Honey and the twins, Hikaru and Kaoru.

-Black Butler: I can play anyone, my favorites are Sebastian and Ciel.

Those are my biggest fandoms right now, I'm willing to play with OCs for any of the fandom RPs, I just might not be playing an OC myself.

So, as things are calming down here, I find myself looking for a roleplay... I only do original plots, or plots based off of books I've read, usually. I would love a Graceling roleplay. The Body Finder, the Wicked Lovely series, or maybe the Pledge Triology. These are just some that I've read recently that I can come up with off the top of my head, where I think we could make original characters (or even use some from the books) and roleplay.
I don't really have any ideas, but I'm up for anything fantasy (and usually sci-fi. I'm a huge fan of Doctor Who, though I try not to write Doctor Who stuff...)
If I'm not being too picky, I would appreciate if the person could post once a day usually, and we not do one-liner posts.

Hello lovelies!
So I find myself missing my good old RP fix these days and I'd like to start up maybe two or three, I just have a few things to let you know because often my thoughts about what I can handle are a lot bigger than what I actually can what with school and everything :)

Once we get the RP going I may only be able to post once or twice a week at some points in time.
And also try to make sure to tag me in your replies so I remember please and thanks!
That being said I like to RP the following

-game of thrones (semi-new to this)

Howdy folks, I haven't been on the threads or anything in a long time, but I'm interested in doing a roleplay. I have like my old prompt of what I require but its not really important I only really have three or four things I ask for.

- No Selfharm/suicide
- Tag me in your replies
- Grammar/spelling is a must I understand if you can't spell some words or you mess up it wont bother me.
- being punctual on replying, If you can't reply all the time thats fine just one a week would suffice just don't ditch me.
- must double with me, for every boy I play for you, you have to play a boy for me.

I'm dying for some new roleplays! Somebody message me before I go crazy.

* No bands.
* I only play women because I'm terrible at men. Prefer femme but fine with hetero.
* I'm cool with NC-17 but you should specify in a PM your own rules and what you want/expect in the RP. Such as sex scenes and how graphic, drug use and by whom, etc.
* Only do original and maybe Doctor Who or House of Night or similar if you've got a good plot. As for original, I have a wide variety of interest, so ANY ORIGINAL PLOT IDEAS WELCOME!
* Correct grammar and such.
* Post at least once every day.
* No one line posts.

Here's a few basic plots off the top off my head. 1 is my girl, 2 is your character.

A. Girl 1 is very passive and never starts any trouble, but 2 is determined to open her up. Soon they discover there's much they don't know about each other, and their secrets will eat them alive. As 1 begins to let down her walls to 2 and abandon her cautious nature, she is shown why this may be a mistake. 2 is in for more than they bargained as their game turns in to a battle against themself and they struggle to choose between right and wrong, their own dirty secrets enough to not only ruin the unexpected attachment to 1 but perhaps her entire life she worked so hard for. Prefer NC-17, alcohol/drug use. Open minded! MessAge me if interested and anything you'd like to take out or add on to this idea.

B. Party girl/guy trying to introduce younger girl/guy to the scene. High school freshman is very unsure and shy by nature but admires the seniors social skills and jealous of their lifestyle. Will the senior bring the freshman in to the hectic but somehow beautiful life they live, or do the impossible and change for this younger girl/guy, giving up the joys of their crazy youth for the sweet and quiet person they may have fallen for? You can choose who is the party person and who is quiet, you can decide your fate (quiet or partying) as we see where the RP takes us.

C. 1 is incredibly depressed and after six months in a juvenile mental hospital the only thing she learned is how to fake a smile. 2 is however.You decide doe them to be personality wise. They must either help each other find happiness, or 2 must try to save 1 before she ends the mental torment forever. Both characters fan be depressed and suicidal and save each other's lives or you can play the hero.

So I have been dieing to do a disney rp with frozen. And I was inspired to come up with a plot for a disney/other movies rp. Here they are

Three words: That Awkward Moment. Yes, I am referring to the movie that the oh so delicious Zac Efron happens to be in. I just got back from seeing it a little while ago, and I need to do a roleplay to get my feels and emotions out. This could be One Direction related or it could be an original. I kind of want to play off of the relationships each of the guys had, or rather the issues they had relationship wise. So, for those of you who haven't seen the movie yet, there would be one guy who has always just sort of been the one night stand sort of guy and who has never really had a super serious relationship before. He's had numerous hookups in the past, and although some of those girls may have assumed they were in a relationship, it had all just been meaningless sex for him. Then we have the guy who has a girl friend who has always sort of been his wingman in a sense. She's always helping set him up with girls when they're out at bars and she always like talks him up to said girls and stuff, but then one night, they kiss, and something more comes of their friendship. And lastly, there's the guy who has just gotten out of an extremely serious relationship, in the movie he's married, but he doesn't necessarily have to be, and his significant other cheated on him and he doesn't know if he's ready to move on, but his two guy best friends are trying to get him to do so, and so the bet is made. They all decide to remain single for as long as they possibly can. However, there will obviously be some major complications with that. I was thinking that we could double and decide which two guys of the three we'd use and go from there. Shoot me a PM if you're interested.

I really just want to find an open role play to join.. I have been on this site for a couple years and I remember there were tons of open role plays... Then I had to take a break for a few months ( school ), but now I only see closed role plays.. Are there any active open ones out there???

I really want to do some femme. Superheroes. Bands. NC-17 required. Post at least twice a day. If you're going to leave or something let me know in advance thanks! I understand we all have lives but a heads up would be nice.

So I have decided that I am up for a closed role play, but I am horrible at coming up with the plot on my own. However, if you pm me a basic idea, I'm pretty good at helping England and figure out where to go with it. Like I just implied, pm me of you have an idea.

Two girls find themselves in an extremely peculiar situation when they get sent back to the time of Mary Queen of Scots. This can be an original idea or we could have it be something involving the characters of the CW's Reign. If it is the latter, I would like you to play Bash for me. Doubling is obviously an option for this and I am willing to play whoever in return. The name's are just the first two that popped into my head, so they're subject to change. I kind of want to do a fallen angel roleplay? Or Heaven and Hell on earth, whatever floats your boat. I would for sure be playing a fallen if we do the fallen version, but I can also play a male if you choose to double. NC-17 please and at least a couple lines per post. So yeah, I've been watching a bunch of stuff all day, and the feels have hit me pretty hard, so here's some things I would be VERY interested in. c;

An idea I had. A boy and a girl hook up while extremely drunk one night. And they go out the next morning to breakfast. Than the next day in school the girl acts like nothing happened and ignores him. So they continue on but they hook up again after they get really drunk once again. Then they continue a pattern where they can only stand each other when they're drunk. But sooner or later they form a romance.
Doctor who (2, 3, 4, 8, , 10 or 11) hetro if we have to have romance
-I also have an idea for a RP with two teenage time lords that have been in cover for their whole lives. Until they regenerate.

I had stayed up the entire day and so on Sunday watching the first and second season of 'The Walking Dead' on the television and there is nothing more that I want than a Zombie Apocalypse role play.

*This can be a original role play or we can do it with One Direction, Pierce The Veil(Vic please), or You Me At Six(Josh please)*

For this role play of course we will be doubling and I plan on having us have at least two or three background characters in there that we will share.
I'd appreciate it if you are open minded and are willing to do slash for my pairing, I am though of course willing to do femme or hetero on your half if you'd like that.
You don't need to have watched 'The Walking Dead', just know some of the basics of Zombie Apocalypse.
Five or more sentences per character per post, I'm extremely interested in this role play and I don't want it to dwindle down to a flimsy sentence or two.
Be okay with NC-17, and by this I mean gore, profanity, weaponry, sex, though not just limited to that.

I must say, I had an excellent idea where we could have it set in a school, but not any school. Half of the school are humans, half are creatures. They have to learn to co-exist, and survive with each-other. That can be either with any band, or just original.
