I'm not too sure either, but personally I'm leaning towards the fact that he intentionally shot her. I don't have files and files of a valid reasons to back up my point - that's just what I believe.

It's mainly to do with the fact that neighbours of Pistorius reported loud arguing coming from where him and his girlfriend lived prior to the shooting. That, and the whole idea of him 'accidentally' shooting his girlfriend sounds a little too suspicious. Wouldn't he have noticed that she wasn't in bed with him when he got up?

I personally think he did it on purpose. Either that, or there's a missing element here.

I think he did it, but I don't really have too much to back that up. I read a few articles in the beginning and I read the one about how he started bawling in the courtroom and I think that makes him look more guilty, to be quite honest.

As someone who was wrongly accused by the court system once, I know I was much more angry in court than bawl baby.

Same as everyone above, I do think he did it. The story has been changed so often and besides, the prosecution has ripped into his testimony so much that I can't find the logic behind believing it.

The thing that gets me isn't that he's protesting that he didn't kill her, but rather that he said he did it in defence. I mean, he shot to kill. In my books, that would make him guilty regardless of who he shot. He had the choice of walking out of the door if it was a stranger in that bathroom. I don't care how much of your personality urges you to fight, you don't fire four shots into the door of a bathroom with the intent to seriously maim or kill without being guilty on some level.

Double posting, I apologise. This is my dad's stance on it 100%. As someone that's been married for years and years and years, he says you get to learn whether your significant other is there regardless of how dark it was. It's all just a little...weird.
