Have You Lost Your Way Again?

Kate climbed out of the car, and up to the dorm building. It was rather tall, about four stories, and she knew living in this building would cause a huge commotion among the fans. She walked into the building then up to the room, she knocked on the door. She had been assigned previously a girl group but due to a massive scandal of one of the girls turning up pregnant just after debut they were disband without a second glance. Her contract was terminated and if SM hadn't snatched her when they did her visa would have been revoked without anyway for her to get home. Kate had adored the girls - she spent a lot of time working with them, and showering them with love showing them what it was like to have a big sister. Luckily, the pregnancy wasn't such a scandal when it came out that the girl had gotten pregnant by the man her parents had arranged for her to marry.

The door swung open, and she smiled. "Hi, I'm Kate. Your new manager," she smiled.

"Hyung! You never told me our manager was a noona!" one of the boys yelled as he walked away from the door with wide eyes.

I sat in my office, spinning around in my chair. SM had given me and office with an amazing view. They had hired me to teach their idols English, and to travel with them when they needed translators. I had just gotten back from a meeting, I was to become EXO's personal translator and English teacher. I had been a fan of the group, so I was excited to work with them.

They were moving me to an apartment in their building and paying for it too. I was shocked by their generosity. But I wasn't about to complain. I heard they were getting a new manager too, and I was to meet some of them for a lesson from 2:00 to 4. It was about 12, so I had a little while until then.

I really didn't have any reason to still be here, but I was waiting for the meeting which would happen in one of SM's makeshift classrooms.

Suho looked up at the sound of Sehun's voice and smiled a little, going over to the door. "You never asked." He said, passing the maknae and holding the door open. "Hello, I'm Joonmyeon, it's nice to meet you. If you give me a second, I'll round up the guys to introduce themselves." He said, looking around at the boys who were currently trying to relax or hang out.

Kate smiled a little,"Oh, well if they're relaxing let them be I'd hate t bother them," she said to him lightly as she chewed on her bottom lip, "It's nice to meet you Joonmyeon, I'm Kate, " she smiled at him. She knew of Exo, they were all the girls in her group talked about it was kind of cute to be honest. Though she had to admit - they had great talent so she knew she'd have to be on top of them with their schedules. Kate hadn't expected to be placed with a male group, simply because of the drama it might possibly cost however they informed her of her job, and she promised to do it thoroughly.

Suho nodded a little and rubbed his neck. "Do we have anything we need to get up for? Any schedules? If so, I should probably get the guys up now." He said over the noise of the guys. He smiled at her, she was pretty. They'd never had a Noona for a manager. It would be a nice change, and she seemed nice.

"No nothing for the next three days, then we'll have some schedules for you," she told him smiling a little as she pushed a hand through her hair, "I will unpack then I can cook for you all if you'd like, I don't have much else to do right yet," she told him as she licked over her lip a little. It seemed like all the boys noticed her at once cause they all stood up quickly rushing to greet her, and she put her hand to her chest in shock.

Suho swatted some of the boys back, a lot of them seemed excited at having a Noona manager. "Guys, don't scare her! Be calm!" He looked at her apologetically. "Sorry." He nodded a little and smiled. "Kyungsoo usually cooks, are you sure? He wouldn't mind cooking."

Kyungsoo shook his head from his place behind Suho. "I wouldn't mind if you'd like the break." He said softly, smiling amiably.

I sighed a little, packing my things up to leave. I had just been told that I was to do the lesson at their dorm, which was also in the same building as my new house. I would also meet them and their new manager, she would give me the rest of my schedules. I turned off my computer, getting up to leave the building.

Kate smiled," I was going to make an american dinner for you all," she said to them as she took off her jacket, "I brought some of the things I'd need with me you guys just relax," she told them lightly, "If you want to help you can," she told Kyungsoo with a small smile then picked up her bags again. "Which room is mine?" she asked.

"That one," one of them said pointing to the door at the end of the hall,

Suho nodded a little as he watched her. "Would you like help with the boxes? With all of us it should be done quickly." He said softly.

Kyungsoo nodded. "I would love to help you." He said with a small smile.

Kate nodded a little,"I'd appreciate the help," she said to him smiling a little, "The bags are food those go into the kitchen, and these boxes are my things and this is my clothes," she said as she tapped them lightly then picked up a few bags and set them into the kitchen.

The boys immediately moved forward, taking the boxes she'd indicated to the places she'd said. Suho smiled at her and gestured to the couch. "We'll need to be cleaner, I'm sorry. But have a seat, is there anything we can get you?"

She smiled a little as she nodded then walked over to the couch,"Thank you, uhm no not right now," she laughed a little as she rubbed her neck.

I sighed a little, walking up to the apartment. I stopped by mine first, changing into flats and a comfier sweater. I went over to Exo's dorm, knocking a couple of times. I was kind of nervous, but I always was when I met new groups.

Suho nodded a little and went to open the door. "Hello, are you here for the English lessons?" He looked at Kate. "They told us we were getting one today, and a new translator."

Kate stood up then walked to her room to grab the papers she was meant to give to the english teacher, it contained their english skill levels, and a list of everything she'd need to get together before their first class. She walked over to Joonmyeon, "Invite her in, I need to speak with her," she smiled as she looked at her then held up some papers.

Suho smiled a little and opened the door, letting her in. He closed the door behind her and smiled, inviting her inside. "So you're going to be teaching us English? Are you our translator as well?" He asked politely. "I'm Joonmyeon," He said with a smile.

I smiled a little and nodded. "I'm Leila, I'll be traveling with you and translating, and giving lessons in English." I said and went over to their manager. "Hello, it's a pleasure to meet you. I'm Leila, and I'm the new English teacher/translator. Are you Kate?"

She nodded,"Yes, I'm Kate." she smiled at her, "These are their skill quizzes they took while they were with their previous manager, I was told to give these to you and here is a rough schedule I will have the official one finished tomorrow," she told her smiling a little.

I smiled a little and took the papers from her, looking at the members results. "Is there a particular member that you would like me to start with? I had a lesson planned for them so I can start however you want me to." I said shrugging a little. "And thank you, I live just upstairs so I won't be difficult to get a hold of."

"All of their scores weren't too bad," she admitted honestly, "They were pretty average as far as scores go," Kate said to her,"The ones with the lower scores need the most help, but they'll catch up fast."

I nodded a little and looked at the papers. "Which members got the lowest scores?" I asked softly, going through the papers.

Kate sighed as she listed the bottom five in english, "They need the most work," she told her lightly.
