Maisie had never been to a party before, and she had promised her parents just before she left for college that she never would. Still, Maisie somehow found herself walking towards the frat house of Alpha Tau Omega with her sorority sisters. She probably should have expected that sorority girls would go to parties, but she truthfully didn't know when she first joined. Now she found herself absolutely in love with her sorority and her sisters, and she had a bond with them that she never thought she'd get in her first month at school.

"You're going to love it," Lindsay, one of Maisie's sorority sisters, said as they walked up to the house. She didn't even knock, just opened the door, and the music nearly blew out Maisie's ears. "Trust me."
The house was practically shaking with how loud the music was when Zayn turned the speakers up, but it only made the party goers dance more. The living room had become the designated dance floor, and everyone in the room was jumping up and down and grinding, making walking from the living room to any other part of the house quite difficult.

Zayn didn't feel much like dancing himself, so he made his way into the kitchen where Liam was pouring drinks, and he eyed his friend until Liam passed him a cup of beer.

Liam passed Zayn a cup of beer before fixing one last cup for himself. It was officially the end of his last first month here and of course that called for a party. Tonight he wasn't going to think about how in a matter of months he'd be done here finally and able to just go into the world and life wouldn't really be a party anymore. Tonight was the night to think about how they were young and in college. It was time for drinking, dancing, and girls. "Liven up some man. Do not spend the whole party in here sulking to yourself and pouring everyone drinks. There are fifty fit girls in the other room at the least and I'm sure you could land any one of them if you wanted." Liam told his friend patting him on the shoulder before he took a swig of his drink then started to head into the main room of the house where the party was happening.
"Lindsey's right Maisie. You'll love it. If anyone can throw a party worth attending it's Liam and his frat brothers." Ebony said feeling the music pulse through her as they walked closer. This was her junior year and she didn't even know what number party since she'd joined the sorority when she was freshman. But they never failed to be amazing.

Ebony followed the girls into the very familiar frat house. "I'm going to get a drink!" She called to the others as soon as they were inside and walked away towards the kitchen before any of them had the chance to scold her about not standing around the whole time or whatever they thought she might do. Plus the sooner she had a few drinks in her the sooner she'd loosen up and could find someone to dance with.

Zayn took a good, long swig of his beer before he looked back at Liam again. "I suppose you're right. I saw a pretty good looking blonde walk in a few minutes ago that looked like she could use a dance partner." Zayn raised his eyebrows before patting Liam on the arm. "Just make sure I stay away from those Kappa girls, yeah?"

With a soft chuckle, Zayn stepped away from Liam and began heading towards the living room, where he hopped to find the blonde girl from earlier.
Maisie was certainly overwhelmed by the sheer number of people at the party. The frat's living room contained more people than she thought attended their entire school, but she was clearly a little ignorant to that fact.

Before Maisie could say anything to her, Ebony was heading off towards the kitchen to get a drink and Lindsay was headed down a flight of stairs, going to do god only knows what. She didn't really know what to do without her sorority sisters there, but she didn't want to seem like a baby or like she was too clingy, so she headed to the kitchen herself, though she was still unsure whether or not she was going to have a drink. It was illegal, but it didn't seem like anyone at this party cared.

Ebony walked into the kitchen to fix herself a beer. She really needed to loosen up and just forget who was throwing the party. The likely hood of her even running into Zayn while they were here was slim with all the people here. And even if she did run into him surely she'd be lucky enough to have another guy with her so she didn't look totally pathetic especially since she was sure that he'd already found another girl to be with. Girls were always pretty much throwing themselves at him after all.

"Do you wanna a drink Maisie?" Ebony asked when she saw her walk into the kitchen, she remembered what she was like at her first party like this and she was sure she would've given anything to have a familiar face fixing her drink rather than someone she didn't know.
"Of course I'm right." Liam called finishing off his beer as they walked into the living room. He knew Zayn couldn't mope around forever, and this party was the best time for his friend to move on. "And I'll do my best. But really as long as you steer clear of Ebony I think you'll be fine." He added not sure he'd be able to keep Zayn away from all the Kappa girls but as long as he kept Ebony and Zayn away from one another all would be well. Though he hadn't even seen her come in so maybe she didn't even show up.

Even if she had Liam wasn't too worried. There were so many people here that surely those two wouldn't possibly run into one another. So Liam wasn't going to worry about it too much and planned to try and focus on finding a good dance partner for himself. Preferably someone he didn't already know because there were so many new people it'd be a shame if he didn't get to meet any of them.

Zayn could barely hear Liam finish his sentence over the sound of the music, which was probably a good thing because he could almost swear he heard Ebony's name. Liam probably should have known that word was unspeakable, but maybe the beer made him forget. He hadn't heard her name practically since they'd broken up, and after what happened between them, that was how he wanted to keep it.

As they walked into the living room, Zayn scanned the make shift dance floor for any girl he could possibly dance with that wasn't a Kappa, though he saw the majority of them there. That was a bad sign because it probably meant Ebony was there, which also meant they were breathing the same air.
"Yes, thank you." Maisie was thankful for the drink offer from Ebony, if only to know that she wasn't alone quite yet. The idea of drinking itself still made her incredibly nervous, but she was already the baby and didn't want to look even younger than she was, so she quickly took whatever drink Ebony had mixed up for her. Even if she only sipped it, at least she didn't look like a loser. She took a small sip before looking at Ebony again. "I didn't realize there would be so many people here." She paused and took another sip of her drink - either her drink wasn't very strong or Ebony was very good at making them, because it tasted halfway decent. "Do you think we should go dance?"

Maisie had never been much of a dancer either, but she quickly realized that if she stayed in the kitchen she'd have to actually talk to people, and many of the frat guys there looked very intimidating, even if only because they were very good looking and probably looking for someone to sleep with.

"Not a problem." Ebony said before finishing off her own drink and getting another. Being here made her nervous really, she hadn't seen Zayn face to face once since the break up. Which might've been odd since they were going to the same school and all but she hadn't. They didn't really have any classes together so that wasn't an issue and she'd went out of her way to avoid coming to the party they'd hosted when school first started back up. But she'd let Lindsey and the others talk her into coming to this one and now she was nervous. She knew he was here somewhere and didn't want to run into him but they were in the same house at the same party and the thought that she might have to see him at some point even though she didn't want to was there.

She was pulled from her thoughts of not wanting to see Zayn when Maisie mentioned dancing. "Yea we should." She said nodding her head. She wasn't above dancing with one of her sorority sisters if it came down to it. "Let's go find us some dancing partners." She said drink in hand ready to face the party and hope she could make it without seeing Zayn anywhere.
Liam had walked away from Zayn and through the living room weaving in and out of people looking for the perfect dancing partner before finding himself back in the kitchen. "Ebony you are here!" He called smiling at the girl clearly a little tipsy. Zayn would probably kill him really if he were to walk in right now but Liam would blame it all on the beer. "And you have a friend." He said smiling at the other girl who he knew he hadn't met. She was gorgeous and Liam was sure he would remember a gorgeous girls name. Which must've meant she was new.

"I'm Liam." He told her introducing himself because this was just what he wanted. A gorgeous new face. Even though she was clearly a kappa girl. Liam didn't have anything against them, especially when he was drunk and couldn't think of a better way to have fun than dancing. "Oh and don't worry Ebs I'm sure Zayn doesn't even know you're here." He told Ebony which caused her to roll her eyes and sigh. "Thank you Liam I'm sure he didn't notice the string of kappa girls walking in or Lindsey walking around looking for anyone she isn't exactly subtle. Lord I'm gonna go find someone to dance with. And please stop calling me Ebs." She said downing her drink and leaving the kitchen to find anyone to dance with.

Zayn was lucky enough to find the blonde almost immediately, and it seemed that she had noticed him too. She smiled at him from a few feet away before taking a few steps forward and pushing past the crowd to stand in front of him.

"Hey," she said simply, batting her eyelashes as she looked up at him.

"Hey," he said back as he gave her smile. "Wanna dance?"

She quickly nodded her head and smiled, and as soon as she did, whoever was behind her accidentally bumped into her, which pushed her up against him. The two of them laughed as he helped her to stand up again, and she used the lack of space between them to start dancing against him. She seemed like a lovely enough girl, but Zayn realized that he still didn't know her name.

He disregarded it and placed his hands on her hips before he began dancing with her. He was admiring the blonde's lovely ass when he looked up and saw Ebony across the room. Her dark hair was nearly impossible to miss, and he almost thought he was going to vomit for a moment.
Before Maisie and Ebony could leave to dance, they were interrupted by what could only be described as the most handsome man on the planet, in Maisie's opinion. He knew Ebony, though, and Maisie could only begin to guess how. Ebony was a gorgeous girl, this stranger was a gorgeous guy - they had probably slept together.

Maisie didn't even have time to tell Liam her name before he was back to chatting with Ebony again, and she couldn't even begin to keep up with their conversation. There were too many people at this school for Maisie to keep up with them all, so Liam and Ebony's chat was next to impossible for her to follow.

After a quick string of words Maisie didn't quite pick up, Ebony was heading out to the dance floor and leaving her alone with Liam. Well, as alone as they could be in a room full of people. It wasn't exactly what she had planned considering she thought she'd head to the dance floor with Ebony, but the girl was already gone and out of sight.

Ebony pushed her fingers through her hair and smiled at a boy who'd walked up to her and asked her to dance. Seeing as she was trying her hardest to ignore where she was and who might see her she let him grab her hand and pull her close. His hands rested on her hips and she just let the music pulse through her as they grinded on one another. She even moved her hair out of his way and let him attach his lips to her neck while they danced.

She didn't know his name, but then again she didn't care that much to find it out either. He was a frat boy she'd never seen maybe a freshman who'd just joined or something and all that mattered was he wasn't Zayn or Liam. He made a good distraction. And she would gladly let him distract her for the remainder of the night.

Ebony wasn't sure she'd ever been more pleased with dancing with a stranger before. Of course that didn't mean he'd stay a stranger forever. This was a party after all, and if she was going to go out of her way to avoid Zayn at all costs then maybe sticking close to him would be her best option.
"Ebs and Zayn are so touchy sometimes." Liam said rolling his eyes, "I bet if they stopped trying to avoid one another or pretend the other didn't exist they'd be a lot happier." He added, but what did he know. He'd been telling Zayn almost since the break up that it was stupid to pretend she didn't exist because then seeing her and being reminded that she did exist was even harder on him. But did he ever listen? No.

"So I never got your name." He said realizing that here he was talking to this gorgeous girl, or well really he was talking in front of this gorgeous girl because he didn't even know if she knew what all had went on with Zayn and Ebony, and he didn't even know her name. And if he was going to ask her to dance at all before the night was over he'd want to know her name. Hopefully he could get it before he was too drunk to really remember much and wouldn't forget it by morning. Of course with someone so gorgeous he was sure he could remember.

At the sight of Ebony, Zayn's blood grew hot, and he was almost certain that his flight or fight response was kicking in. He took a few deep breaths to try to calm himself down, while looking down at the little blonde, hoping that she could take his mind off of Ebony. He wanted to run up and yell at her, while simultaneously wanting to just make her disappear.

Almost immediately, he thought of a great way to piss Ebony off, so he leaned down and whispered into the blonde's ear. "Do you wanna take this upstairs?"

The blonde chuckled nervously while nodding her head. Her smile widened and she looked up at Zayn while batting her eyelashes. "I would love to."

Zayn smiled back at her and took her small hand, pulling her through the crowd. To get to his room, he'd have to go up the stairs, and to get to the stairs, he'd have to go right past Ebony. There was no way she wouldn't see him going upstairs with the cute little blonde, and he hoped that it would piss her off as much as she did him.
Maisie nearly chuckled at Liam, because it was so obvious that he was drunk. She probably would have laughed if it wasn't slightly annoying. He was practically rambling to himself, and it seemed he only just barely realized that she was still there.

"It's Maisie," she said simply, nodding her head once as she looked at him. She still hadn't quite figured out what was going on with this Liam and Ebony, but considering they'd been in brother/sister fraternities and sororities together probably since they had gotten to college, it was most likely something. They seemed friendly enough when Ebony was there, anyway.

Maisie let out a breath before she scanned the room, hoping she could find someone that could get her out of the situation. Even as gorgeous as Liam was, it was extremely awkward being around someone who was drunk that you had just met and probably slept with your sorority sister. The last thing she wanted was to piss off her sorority sisters by crossing some line she didn't know about.

Ebony hadn't noticed Zayn and the blonde together until they were walking right past her. Of course she'd also been actively trying to avoid Zayn so it wasn't like she'd came looking for him or anything. But when he walked by her hand in hand with some blonde girl she'd never seen before she noticed. Of course it was hard not to notice him when he was practically throwing himself and whoever he was with in front of her clearly to piss her off by taking her up to his room.

And if that was how he wanted to play then so be it. She'd thought about a distraction, clearly this guy she was dancing with was a good enough dancer to be a distraction, but maybe she needed to step up her game some. Maybe instead of dancing with some random freshman she'd never met she should be going after one of his friends. That was sure to piss him off more than anything, and she knew the perfect one too.

"I'm really thirsty." Ebony called over the music to the guy she was dancing with, "would you mind going and getting me a drink?" She asked smiling at him before he walked away and she took the chance to wink at Zayn and then make her way across the room to Harry Styles. She would've went for Liam but he was way to drunk and probably more interested in trying to get her to forgive Zayn than piss him off. Harry on the other hand was perfect. Sure she could've just taken the random freshman up to a room and then barged into Zayn's room and ruined the mood because that would've really pissed him off, but she had a much bigger plan in mind.
"Maisie. That's a beautiful name." Liam told her, "and it's fitting because you're a beautiful girl." He added nodding his head. "I'm really sorry if I'm coming on to strong. I'm a little drunk." He told her laughing a little knowing he could be kind of pushy when he was drunk. And he wasn't even sure it would be called being pushy, really it was more he was a bit weird and didn't know how to shut up.

"You can go dance if you want I'm not gonna make you stand around with me." He told her with another smile. She was of course more than welcome to stand and talk to him longer if she wanted, she didn't have to do anything she didn't want to do after all, but that also meant Liam wouldn't make her stand around with him.

Liam walked around the counter in the kitchen to mix himself another drink though, he didn't really want another beer and given he was the president of the fraternity he could do as he pleased with the drinks and not have to worry about getting kicked out. "Do you want another drink?" He asked Maisie since she was still there while he was fixing his own drink.

As Zayn walked past Ebony, with his new blonde friend still in tow, he was practically laughing. He hand't missed the fact that Ebony had noticed him, and he only hoped it had affected her as much as he planned. She seemed interested enough in it, considering she watched them for a good few seconds, but Zayn couldn't be sure just how interested since he was bounding up the stairs and to his bedroom.

In his underclassman years, he had to share a room with Liam, but now that they were both upperclassmen, they had their own rooms, and Zayn had never been more thankful of that fact. Even though his plan for the night hadn't originally been to sleep with a girl, he was going to have a lot of fun with this blonde. He had his needs, after all.
Did Liam always talk this much? Maisie couldn't be sure, but she did know that he was probably the drunkest person she had ever spoken to, though she didn't necessarily have much experience in that department.

"I'd love one, thank you," Maisie said to his drink offer, though the glass Ebony had given her was still more than half full. Just like with Ebony, she didn't want Liam to think she was a loser, even though he was so drunk he probably wouldn't remember in the morning anyway.

Ebony rolled her eyes once her back was to Zayn and his fuck buddy for the night as she finished her walk over to Harry. He was a very charming guy with his curls and dimpled smile attractive in a more boyish way Ebony supposed than Zayn was with his dark and mysterious brooding ways. But that didn't change the fact that she knew he was close to Zayn and maybe no as close as Liam was since he used to a share a room with Liam but that wasn't important. The important thing was that Ebony planned to hook up with someone tonight and be there in the morning and she knew it would piss Zayn off most if the person she hooked up with was one of his friends. Which seemed like an awful thing to do and wasn't something she would've done when she was freshman. But she wasn't a freshman anymore. And it wasn't like she hadn't slept with Harry once before, she wasn't even sure if Zayn knew about that though.

"Harry you should come get drinks with me." She said grabbing his hand and smiling making sure to bat her eyelashes some before he was coming with her with ease to the kitchen. Harry would be the perfect way to end the night.
Liam fixed Maisie a drink then slid it to her before looking up and noticing Harry and Ebony walk into the kitchen. "Ebs you're back! And you brought Hazz! Do you guys need some drinks?" Liam asked already fixing them knowing the answer.

"Yea Maisie I think Ebs is mad because Zayn found someone to hook up with." Liam said to her holding his hand in front of his mouth like it would protect his voice from being heard. "They used to date. Zayn and Ebony. But they broke up because well I don't know why. Zayn won't talk about it. He refused to even say her name, pretends she doesn't exist. We're all banned from speaking about her around him too. Which sucks because Ebs and I have been friends since her freshman year, but Zayn's a brother, it gets so difficult." Liam said finally sliding the drinks to Harry and Ebony, who looked like she was ready to punch something.

"Luckily she had Hazz, he's her rebound guy. Zayn'll be pissed if he finds out you guys've slept together more than once."

"Let's go Ebs you seem really tense." Harry said before he wrapped his arm around her waist and went to lead her to his own bedroom, taking their drinks too of course.

By the time Zayn got the blonde to his bedroom, he was already ready to have her clothes off. He always got quite feisty when he was angry, which was something he couldn't really help. As soon as he pulled her into his room and shut the door behind him, he attached his lips to hers and kissed her until the two of them fell back on his bed.

Zayn gave her a quick look over before kissing down her neck and to her chest. She really was a beautiful girl, but she would have looked much better as a brunette, he noted. He'd always had a thing for brunettes, which was one of the things he first noticed about Ebony. Damn her.
Liam was rambling yet again, his voice just barely defined enough to be considered not slurred, and Maisie could only half listen to what he said, though she was sure he had said Ebony's name at least ten times. He really did have a thing for her - Maisie was almost certain of it, though she didn't know why Ebony was going off with a different guy, but that could just be the thing to do in a sorority. Maisie still hadn't quite figured out the ropes.

"I think I'm going to go dance," Maisie said to Liam as Ebony began walking away with the boy whose name she didn't catch. "Thank you for the drink."

Though she didn't know exactly who she was going to dance with, she thought it might be better than half listening to Liam gush about Ebony for the rest of the night.

Ebony let Harry lead her to his bedroom planning to de-stress. Harry was good for that, he was attractive and though not as mysterious as Zayn good enough in bed for her to forget about him like she wanted. Her plan was simple really she'd sleep with Harry and not think about Zayn but hope he was thinking about her. She'd stay the night and leave in the morning, when she knew Zayn would be leaving his room to do his morning routines, wearing one of Harry's shirts. And she'd make sure that Zayn saw her but she wouldn't say a damn thing to him. He'd just have to watch her go.

Of course if he came after her to yell or whatever then so be it. Though Zayn wasn't one for causing scenes either so she doubted that would happen. So she most likely wouldn't even have to talk to him when she left either, unless he pulled her into his room or something to yell at her. But she'd just storm out if that were the case. Because if Zayn wanted to play his stupid little lets flaunt our hooks ups in the others face then Ebony would play along, and she'd take him down.
"Okay well have fun, and you're welcome." Liam told her not offended in the least bit, really he didn't even know she was leaving because she thought he had a thing for Ebony. He was rather drunk and clearly couldn't pick up on anything. He stayed in the kitchen a while longer mixed up some more drinks for some people before eventually going back into the living room to dance and party some more.

    [That sounds good to me!]

Zayn woke up with a smile on his face and his arms wrapped around the pretty little blonde. Usually he preferred that his one night stands were gonna when we woke up, but this time was different. This time it was a happy reminder that he'd successfully pissed Ebony off.

Though he was never the type to keep girls around in the morning, he thought this one deserved a little breakfast for helping him with his conquest, so he brought her down to the kitchen to make her some orange juice and pancakes, which had been Ebony's favorite when they were together.
Maisie was happy to wake up in her own bed after their night out. After she left Liam, she danced with her sorority sister for a short while before heading back to the house. She couldn't help but think how weird Liam was, and she wondered if all guys were that way when drunk. She also wondered if all guys were obsessed with Ebony when drunk, because the two she'd met so far were.

Unfortunately, her waking wasn't a happy one, as she awoke to Lindsay telling her that some of the sisters were helping the boys clean up the house - and all freshman were required to go.

She quickly put on a pair of athletic shorts and her bid day t shirt before heading over with some of the other girls to the frat house. She knew it was going to be quite a mess to clean, but she was happy to have her friends cleaning with her.

Ebony woke up the next morning in a good mood, and soon enough she was checking her phone while she got out of the bed. And even though she had a couple texts from Lindsey, the most recent that they wanted her to help clean the frat house, she was still pretty happy.

"You wanna go get some breakfast?" Harry asked her as he sat up and stretched.

"I would love that." Ebony told him before Harry was sliding on a pair of sweats and she was following him to the kitchen for breakfast. It was going to be a good day, she could just feel it.

When the pair walked into the kitchen and she saw Zayn and the blonde girl from the night before she wanted to roll her eyes and scrunch her nose, but being it was such a good day and she was in such a good mood she refused to let them get to her, plus she wasn't about to give Zayn the satisfaction of seeing her pissed off about some girl twice in less than 24 hours. "Good morning." She said with a bright smile not even letting it falter when she noticed he'd made her favorite breakfast for someone else.
Liam was so happy he always kept medicine next to his bed for things like this, because man did his head hurt. Luckily this wasn't his first massive hangover either and he knew how to handle this. When he was finally ready to get out of bed and give the day a go he took the pills and climbed out of bed and headed to the kitchen.

He kept quite and poured himself some orange juice when he saw the four people in their kitchen silently praying that world war 3 wasn't about to break out. That was honestly the last thing he wanted to happen right now. Though really he wasn't sure if he was more afraid that all four were there together and could be about to snap or that all four were still alive and that Ebony looked, dare he think it, happy. Either way he was truly scared.

When there was a knock at the door he went to answer it glad to have any reason to get out of the kitchen, he figured it was the kappa girls anyways though coming to help clean up the house, which taking a look at it not sober really needed to be clean. "Come on in." He said stepping out of the way so they could walk in.

Zayn was not oblivious to Ebony's good morning, but he chose to ignore it, just like he'd chose to ignore her since their break up. Instead of acknowledging her in any way, he turned back to the blonde, whose name he still didn't know, and smiled at her.

"Would you like some syrup?" He asked as he handed her the plate full of pancakes and a glass of orange juice, attempting to make as much of a show of his gentlemanliness as he could.

She smiled back and nodded her head. "Yes, thank you."
Though she should have expected it at least somewhat, considering she knew he lived there, Maisie was surprised when Liam opened the door to let the Kappa girls in. He had been so drunk the night before that she still wasn't sure whether or not he'd remember her. He seemed so infatuated with talking about Ebony that she thought he probably wouldn't, but drunk minds never really made much sense.

When Liam let the girls in, Maisie tried to keep to the side of the door farthest from him, so maybe he just wouldn't see her at all. As odd as he was drunk, she was scared to see whether or not he was as weird when sober.

Ebony smiled at Zayn and the blonde girl and sipped on her orange juice while Harry fried them up some bacon and one of his omelets. "So is that your natural hair color?" She asked the girl, "because it's really pretty. Oh and I'm Ebony by the way." She added deciding against bashing Zayn this early in the morning. Plus she was sure it would annoy him more if she played nice.

And well Ebony was all about pissing Zayn off. It wasn't like he'd been much better since the break up either. He'd pretty much thrown that he was going to sleep with that girl in her face last night, he'd pretty much pretended like she didn't exist since they'd broken up like it was all her doing that they were over, and she'd heard what Liam said about not even being able to speak her name around him. And she got it, she'd pretty much banned his very existence from her own group too. But Ebony was still bitter about the break up. And given the chance she just wanted to piss him off for how much he'd hurt her.
Liam closed the door behind the girls once they were all inside and let Lindsey handle telling them all what they were going to do. Though he figured it'd be like every other time they came over to help clean. Everyone would be paired off and given a task to do. Usually they paired them girl boy too just he always guessed to make sure there was a guy with everyone in case there was heavy lifting or something. Maybe it was so everyone was forced to get along. Really that was one of the things Liam never understood but just went along with.

"Okay I'm going to pair you guys off and then give you all a job to do." Lindsey called out to everyone before she started walking around the room and pairing everyone off. "And Maisie you can work with Liam." She added telling them all to find somewhere and start cleaning.

[thats okay! I was out job hunting anyway]

Zayn caught onto Ebony's antics almost immediately. He knew her well enough to know that she didn't give two shots about the blonde's hair color, but still, there she was trying to make small talk like he wasn't standing right there. This had to be some sort of joke.

"You want some strawberries?" Zayn asked the blonde in an effort to divert her attention away from Ebony. "I can cut some up for you."
Of course, there was only one Liam, and the formerly drunk, Ebony obsessed, gorgeous man was the one that Maisie was paired up with. He was already standing in the living room with them, and Maisie wasn't entirely sure he had meant to be a part of the cleaning, but he didn't really have a choice when Lindsay was in charge.

Maisie slowly walked over to Liam and stood in front of him, his big brown eyes looking down at her.
