The Other Side

"Yes, yes it would, because everyone would think I'm an easy target," Grimmjow snorted a reply half-heartedly. He opened his eyes when he felt a pressure on his forehead and looked to see Imari leaning her forehead against his, "You shouldn't be here Imari, you should be enjoying life as a free person," Grimmjow muttered. "not caged here, forced to face asshole and obnoxious Arrancars."

"As if I'm leaving you in this condition," Sachi stated stubbornly, not moving except to continue wiping his burning checks. She gave him some remedial tea as well, knowing that it'd help a little bit at least.

"That's the point of the opportunity to strike them with surprise." She giggled. She smiled happily. She watched him open his eyes, her own looking into his gently. She didn't mind being this close to him. Surprise crossed her face as she listened to him. The surprise faded, turning into a gentle smile as she kissed his nose, "It's fine. I used to be violent, but then I began to wonder why fight? It won't solve anything. I only fight for those whom I love." She said, closing her eyes as she smiled,

Byakuya sighed softly, and said, "Alright alright," Pausing before saying, "Just at least sleep as well." He said. He drank the tea he gave to her, knowing she knew what was best at the moment. He covered his face again and mumbled, "Sachi." He seemed to be in a delusion again. He didn't say Hisana, but Sachi.

"Make them underestimate you so you can overthrow them without having to break much of a sweat," Grimmjow murmured but shrugged his shoulders in a non-caring way "It's not as fun that way," he snorted a reply. Imari's kiss took him by surprise and his face turns red, "what are you doing Imari? Knock it off." he grumbled before listening to her talk. He had heard rumours of what Imari was like but that was all they were, rumours, he himself couldn't picture her getting into fights all the time, that was so unlike the Imari he knew and had grown fond of.

Sachi didn't say anything in response to Byakuya's request, instead she shushed him, making him rest himself as she continued to look after him. She heard him say her name and her eyes widened slightly, she never would have thought he'd whisper her name in his sleep. Eventually Sachi did doze off, ending up with her head on his bed but the rest of her body still in it's sitting position, though it was uncomfortable Sachi was too tired to wake up.

Imari smiled softly and said, "Anybody else would be fond of that idea. I'm not surprised that you aren't." She smiles softly when his face turned red and giggled and said, "It's cute seeing your face turn red." She informed him. She hugged him again yawning softly. She had a lot of anger held inside of her. She used to take it out on everyone. She slowly got the calm back and restrained herself from all the damn fights.

Byakuya woke up a little later seeing her there. He moved over slightly, gently laying her down beside him. He closed his eyes again. He let her sleep, not bothering to wake her up. He soon began to sleep once more. His temperature hasn't risen but hasn't decreased. He would get better soon however. He knew once news got around to everyone that he was ill, they would try and stay clear of him.

"It's not cute," Grimmjow grumbled, turning his head away from Imari stubbornly, after all he wasn't cute, he was tough and didn't care about anyone or anything... except Imari, of course. Grimmjow wondered what Imari would have been like always getting into fights, she was such a pacifist now and didn't fight unless it was to stop senseless slaughter.

Sachi felt warmth, she also felt a weight around her waist and when she opened her eyes she realized it was an arms. She sifted carefully, turning to face Byakuya her face flushed red and for a moment she watches his sleeping face, noticing that he's still burning up a bit she untangles herself from his arms and goes to get fresh water, coming back she takes care of him again before going and quickly washing herself up, coming back quickly just in case Byakuya woke up needing her.

Imari smiled softly and said, "Yes it is." She smiles softly. She tilted her head to the side as she closed her eyes smiling. She yawned softly stretched and laid her head on his shoulder and murmured, "I'm sleepy." She gave a soft giggle before curling into his sides. She had been worse than Nnortia had ever been when she was like that.

Byakuya woke up much later coughng as he woke up. He looked around his eyes blurring as he did so. He mumbled something his mouth dry. He needed a bath but didn't know if he could get one by himself. He was scared he'd fall asleep in it. He began to sit up and saw Sachi and gave her a small smile. "I should get back to the barracks." He said coughing again.

Grimmjow wrapped his arm lazily around Imari as she curled up against him. He closed his own eyes, sighing in bliss and listening to the noises in the distance, he could hear the wind whistling and the sand blowing. Grimmjow opened his eyes to stare up at the sky. "Lord Aizen wants me to go on a mission soon, to the world of the living," Grimmjow remembered.

Sachi gave him a stern look as she shook her head "Renji's taking care of everything back at the barracks, here you need a bath, I'll help you," Sachi stood up quickly and went to go fill the hot tub with water, once she was done she came back out and helped Byakuya up, getting him to the tub and helping him peel his clothes off. "It's been a long time since we've had a bath together," Sachi teased, "not that we're having one together," she added quickly, looking away.

Imari smiled feeling his arm around him. She cuddles Into him and ran a hand through her hair gently. Hearing his words she sighed and said, "He declared that the top four espadas weren't allowed to go." She sighed softly. She ran a hand through her hair again. She then mumbled, "Be safe, Grimmy.." She trailed off before closing her eyes lightly.

Byakuya sighed saying, "As long as they listen to him.." He mumbled. He felt her help him up and sighed as she got him towards the bathtub. He chuckled and said, "You need one too. You're as stressed as I am, if not more."
He told her. He undressed lowering himself in the bathtub. "It's up to you obviously, but you should." He told her chuckling. He didn't mind. He had bathed with her before. When they were still teenagers too.

Grimmjow sighed, he had a feeling there was more to it than that. Aizen probably guessed that if Imari went with Grinnjow to the world of the living he'd end up not doing the job they're meant to be going there to do just to show her around which he would actually do because he didn't care about the mission. "I could careless about the mission, Nnotoria is coming as well though, so at least he wont bother you," he sighed again.

Sachi hummed, he was right, she needed a bath as well, she had been to worried about Byakuya to worry about herself, she hadn't eaten in awhile as well. She nodded her head but felt a bit nervous as she derobbed and hopped into the bath with Byakuya, it'd been many years since they'd had their last bath together as teenagers and Sachi's body had blossomed since then.

Imari ran a hand through her hair, but accidentally got Grimmjow's hair instead. She sighed and said, "Be safe. Don't let that big oaf get to you." She told him biting her lip as she did so. Aizen had a pretty good idea about what Imari was like. She was rather curious and also gentle. The Imari he knew however was slightly meaner. She kept to herself around the other Espada's. She only hung around Stark and Grimmjow. Stark was fun to get along with. She felt sleepy. She curled up into him softly.

Byakuya coughed into his hand turning away to do so. He sat down in the bathtub. He sighed feeling the warmth. He was freezing. He hoped like hell this helped. He hadn't been this sick since he was at least a child. He closed his eyes lightly letting his head fall back. He had grown up more as well. His body was well toned, but he also had scars riddling his body. Battle wounds. Most hadn't been dressed properly. He ran a hand through his hair. He finally took out his hair piece and set it down. His hair fell in his face lightly. He said, "You need to eat too, Sachi." He coughed again in his hand.

Grimmjow felt Imari run her hand through his hair but didn't say anything, not even a growling. "I'll see if I can bring something back from the world of the living for you," he let a grin cross his face for a moment before it went back to a neutral scowl.

Steam rose up from the tub and Sachi felt much better as the heat of the bath helped her muscles unwind. She never could manage to stay mad at Byakuya for very long it seemed but she also wasn't one to get mad very often. "Ne, remember when we were younger and Yoruichi would try have a bath with me and you'd get mad and tell her she wasn't allowed to see me naked," Sachi couldn't help but laugh at the memory of a flushed and angry teenage Byakuya.

Imari smiled at the way Grimmjow was acting. She loved him being sweet. He was extremely cute when he was sweet. She blinked hearing him and grinned and hugged him tightly. "Oh I wish I could come with you!!!" She said happily.

Byakuya let his head fall back and coughed lightly, the cough shaking his chest and body. He relaxed against the water. He could never get mad at her, and also couldn't do it for very long if he did. Grimmjow rolled his eyes mumbling that he wasn't cute, he wouldn't admit it out loud but he wished Imari could come as well but he was sure that Sizemore knew if both him and Imari went to the world of the living together there'd be a high chance that they'd run away or at least attempt to. "I'll be back before you know it," he murmured, giving her his signature smirk.

Sachi smiled softly and picked up a wash cloth and begun to wash Byakuya's arms before motioning him to turn around where she cleaned his back and massaged him, hoping to help his tensions. Once she had helped Byakuya's wash himself Sachi washed herself, letting Byakuya's relax for awhile longer in the hot water, the rising steam would help him if he had a headache to least.

Imari chuckled and ruffled his hair liking the fact that he was stubborn. She thought it was adorable. "Just don't get hurt." She said seriously a worried look on her face. She bit her lip and smiled and siad, "Good." She kissed his cheek and murmured, "For good luck," She waved him off as he left.

Byakuya relaxed as she started to wash down his back. He smiled back at her and then relaxed in the water. He took the wash rag and started to wash her back as well. His touch was soft and gentle against her skin. He wasn't ever rough with Sachi. He loved her. He really did, but couldn't bring himself to tell her. He just couldn't.
