It's a Secret

Jane rolled her eyes at his actions, but smiled. "Don't be ridiculous. If I was trying to ditch you, I would have done it already." She teases. She shakes her head at his next words. "Perhaps you should." She offers jokingly.

Draco's eyes widen slightly before returning to normal size. "How'd you find a way to get here?" He asked, glancing around the room. He remembers one of the trips to Hogsmeade and the Shrieking Shack had been pretty far from there.

"So, then, you'll be spending time with me right now?" Fred asked with a small grin as he looked down at her, an eyebrow raised. "If so, we'll have to find somewhere to go to avoid your friends seeeing, right?"

"Harry and the others," Amelia said with a small shrug. "They don't come here, but they found a way in last year and Ron told Fred about it. Fred, of course, told me, because he thought it would scare me."

Jane sighs, thinking for a moment. "I don't know." She jokes, "Will it be worth missing a class over?" She grins at him, "Convince me, and I won't go."

Draco nods with understanding, but doesn't say anything. "So, did it?" He asked, "Scare you, I mean?" He was slightly curious.

"Are you saying spending time with me in general isn't worth missing a class over?" Fred asked, feigning offense momentarily. He grinned, though, and shrugged. "Come on, you know you want to. What would you want?"

Amelia offered a grin and shook her head. "After spending so much time with Ginger and being aware of his tricks, hardly anything involving him scares me," she said honestly. "Does it scare you?"

"Care for Magical Creatures is an important class," She jokes, "I'm not so sure spending time with you is worth missing that class." Jane readjust the books in her arms, and shrugs.

"Interesting," Draco chuckles, shaking his head at her words. "It did at first, knowing the reputation but not so much now."

"It may be important to those who want to go into that field of study. Is that something you're interested in?" Fred asked her with an arched brow. If that was the case, he probably wouldn't feel too great about getting her to skip with him.

"Then, what are you scared of?" Amelia asked with an arched brow as she eyed him, though she was smiling slightly. "I mean, I can't help but to be curious. And what makes you not be afraid of the Shrieking Shack now, anyways?"

"No," Jane laughs, "I was messing with you, honestly. I guess the joke just flew over your head." She shakes her head at him.

"I'm not sure," Draco answers, "I never did get to see my boggart in our 3rd year." He looks around, shrugging at her question. "I don't know. I've gotten used to the way it looks, I guess. It may be better because I'm not alone here." He admits, with a lazy shrug.

"It's not that. I was just a little worried that you might actually be into that and didn't want to keep you from something you like," Fred explained with a small smile before he shrugged.

Amelia offered a small grin and shrugged as she leaned back and relaxed a bit. "Well, keep that in mind for next time," she joked lightly, though she wasn't sure if there'd be another time.

Jane smiles, "Well thanks for caring." She shifts her books again, "So now that we've established that I'll skip my class with you, what are we gonna do?"

Draco grinned, leaning against one of the sturdy walls. "What exactly are you keeping in mind?" He asked, raising an eyebrow at her.

Fred grinned and nodded slightly. "Well, we could explore some of the secret passageways. I'm sure you need adventure in your life, considering how boring Slytherins are," he teased.

Amelia's lips formed into a small smirk before she shrugged slightly. "That you apparently feel safer when you're not alone here," she told him in a teasing tone.

"Oh really?" Jane says, raising her eyebrows. "Perhaps me and my boring Slytherin self can just ditch you anyways."

"Oh," Draco chuckles. "It's just that this place would probably be more terrifying if there was no one here and it was completely silent."

"Oh, come on, live a little," Fred said with a small pout as he glanced at her. "Don't you want to rebel from the norm for once? Besides, you can't be boring when you've caught my interest. Everybody else is, though."

"I'll have to keep that in mind, too, if I ever want to creep you out or something," Amelia teased with a laugh. Shaking her head, she was surprised to find that she quite enjoyed Draco's company.

Jane rolls her eyes at his antics. "I don't know if I want to spend all my time with your ego." She jokes, a small smile on her lips.

"I'm really hoping you'll forget now." Draco laughs awkwardly, scratching the back of his neck lightly.

"Oh, your words wound me," Fred said dramatically, clasping at his chest in mock pain, though he smiled with amusement. "I'm pretty sure you'll enjoy spending time with me."

Amelia laughed quietly and shook her head slightly in response as she shrugged. "Well, I quite like the idea of keeping it engraved in my mind," she joked with amusement.

Jane shrugged her shoulders, "I've been told I'm a very mean and cold person. Expect it with me, I guess." She smiles, however. "We'll see."

Draco laughs, still nervous, but not as much as before. "Here's to hoping that it won't actually be engraved in your mind."

"If you were such a mean and cold person, I think you wouldn't have agreed to spending time with me in the first place," Fred points out with a smile, "Maybe you're adventurous."

Amelia only grinned broadly, but tapped at the side of her head with a finger. "I've got impeccable memory, so beware," she hummed out with clear amusement.

"I suppose." Jane says, shrugging her shoulders. "Or maybe, I just interest you." She offers him a smile, "That could be it."

"Damn," Draco laughs, "I'll have to remember that for next time." He uses her line, smiling jokingly.

"Well, you do interest me," Fred said casually as he lifted his shoulders in a small shrug. "But I probably interest you as well," he joked.

Amelia's grin remained in place and she shrugged slightly in response. "Who said I'd act immediately?" she asked in an amused tone.

"As if." Jane jokes. She takes a deep breath before looking to him again. "Anyways, lead the way to the adventure."

Draco glances at her, almost nervously, but shrugs it off. "Uh," He trails of chuckling. "I think I'm going to be nervous about this whenever I'm around you now," He laughs, joking.

Fred grinned broadly and nodded before he began walking. "Follow me, in that case," he told her as he led the way, figuring that they could try one of the secret passages he spoke of earlier.

Amelia let out a short laugh and smiled slightly with amusement. "I'm sure you'll get used to it," she hummed out before she blinked and paused. "Ah, if we keep spending time together, that is."
