@ Death And Glory;
Katy bit her lower lip as she rolled over in bed, feeling a small body next to her. Sitting straight up, alarmed, she peered over and breathed a small sigh of relief when it was just her son, Jakob. He had been sneaking into her bedroom in the middle of the night, not that she minded. He was old enough to climb out of his crib now, his third birthday just right around the corner. She was going to surprise him with a big boy bed, one he saw at the furniture store and fell in love with. It was shaped like a race car, and he adored it. Chuckling softly, she leaned down and lifted his shirt up slightly, blowing a raspberry on his tiny tummy. "Got ya!" She screamed and did it again, his giggles filling her small bedroom. "You just love sleeping with mommy, huh?" She teased him, pressing a kiss to his cheek. He nodded his head rapidly, wrapping his tiny fingers around her body and squeezing her in a hug. Moments like these made being a single parent worth while. She loved having him all to herself, but wondered if things would be different if Brian knew about his son. Would anything have changed, or would he have ran? She scoffed, knowing nothing would have come out of it. Brian was a player back in the old days, he got what he wanted out of her and left the next morning, never speaking to her again. Katy was better off without his sorry ass, and Jakob didn't need that kind of father figure in his life. But god, he looked so much like Brian... shaking her head, she smiled down at Jakob. "Ready for some breakfast? I promised you we'd go out to eat this morning, didn't I?"

Matt rolled over in his bed, sighing as he rubbed his eyes that still felt tired. They had gotten back from being on tour for several months and he was just glad to be back home in his own bed. Don't get him wrong, he loved being on tour and around their adoring fans, but sometimes it was just nice to be around your own surroundings and he loved it. Yawning, he rubbed his eyes again before getting up, slipping on his boxers and heading downstairs to make himself up some coffee. It had been a long bus ride home, not getting back until around six in the morning. Right now, it was barely nine a clock and he hadn't been able to sleep. His sleep schedule was messed up, considering they had a lot of shows to play and interviews, not to mention the long ass meet and greets. Some of the fans were calm and collected, others were insane. Most of them being the women, but he wasn't complaining. Any fan was a good in his book.
