Thunderstruck <3

Jackson looked around softly as she entered Fury's office wanting to know why the hell he wanted to see her. She wore a light tank top, along with some jeans and sneakers. She didn't like wearing her "uniform" when she didn't have to. She usually wore a suit quite like Natasha did, except she showed more skin because of her ability. She walked into his office as she looked up. She raised an eyebrow as she waited for him to begin. Her green eyes wandering as she did so. Her nose piercing glinted in the light making her dark hair look that much darker in comparison. She had red streaks through her bangs however. She listened to his request and sighed. "Why me?" He smiled and said, "You're the only one who can simply stand there and allow him to shoot at you without getting hurt." "Not exactly, I can take a lot of damage, Fury, but I'm not invincible. I will still get hurt if the blast is big enough. Granted, it will only be minimal damage. Why should I?" She asked him. "Because, that's your new mission, whether you get hurt or not. We need to see if these work." When she heard the urgency in his voice, she nodded. "Where is he.?" "Lab six." He told her. She turned around, suiting up, before heading towards where he was.

Steve sighed hearing Natasha go on and on in his head. He said, "Fine fine! I'll go on one more date!" He told her, simply to get her off his back. He went back to his apartment. He then started to get ready for his date. He didn't want to, but knew he probably should. He guessed it didn't do as well as she thought it would, he would just go back to the punching bag. He didn't NEED a girl. He ran a hand through his blonde locks as he dressed appropriately for the occasion. He made it to the restaurant where Natasha had said the girl and himself would be dining. He didn't see her, granted he didn't know what she looked like. He knew Natasha had told him to ask for his table, so he did. He didn't see her there yet, so he supposed she wasn't there yet, or something. He sat down and got a drink. He chose to drink water. He didn't really like soda all the time. He did have to keep fit.

@ The Flash

Tony was sitting in one of the training rooms at SHIELD he figured he would help Fury with whatever he needed, well, he was forced to. Not that he didn't care what this was for, they had picked Tony because he was good with tech. As he fixed the weapon and looked for bugs to fix, he walked around for a moment taking in the atmosphere and all he wondered who the girl was that everyone couldn't stop talking about. "Exactly what makes her so special?" he asked one of the SHIELD agents who explained that she had some sort of power that he didn't really understand. Tony crossed his arms already intrigued by this and tapped his foot as he waited for the girl to come through those double doors. "

Ella looked over at Natasha who had set her up on a blind date with Captain America himself, "I can't believe you're doing this to him, I mean I at least I know who my date is," she shook her head. Natasha just laughed, "he'll like you for sure" Ella looked in the mirror and smiled softly, "I look cute right?" Natasha looked up and grinned, "yup, don't worry he won't try anything, so there's that, the other girls scared him" she laughed. Ella looked at her friend, Natasha wasn't always serious especially when she was with Ella, they've been friends since they were teenagers and grew up together until she 'disappeared'. Natasha had drove Ella to the restaurant, "they were coming onto him too strongly and he was just really uncomfortable, very sexual very awkward" she laughed out loud. Ella shook her head, "That's so awful of you, but come get me if this doesn't turn out well okay?" Natasha nodded, "you're a really nice girl, he'll like you just fine" after they said their goodbyes, Ella stepped into the restaurant and looked around for Steve.

She said, "Let's get this over with." She sighed softly. "If you blow my ass up, I swear to god." She told Tony not even playing. "I've had a rough week, and this is not a hobby." She crossed her arms and said, "What shit is he having you shoot at me?" She raised an eyebrow at him. She was very blunt, but also very beautiful. She looked weary, as if she wasn't quite sure about this sort of thing. She clenched her fists feeling them start to get cold. "Do you even have any sort of idea what my ability is?" She asked him.

Steve laid his head down yawning. He had had a rough day. Training new soldiers was a bitch. He looked around gently, propping his chin up by his hand. He looked up at the ceiling. He took a sip of his water. His blue eyes were studying the people around him. He hadn't been this out on a date for a long while. He didn't like any of the other girls Natasha had tried to set him up with. He hadn't been sexual in a very long time, nor was he looking for that sort of thing. Really and truly, he wasn't looking for anything. He just let Natasha go with it, considering she was basically the only one of the Avenger's that didn't have an issue talking to him. He knew everyone never got over him saying he understood that reference. He chuckled at the thought. He wasn't stupid, but that had been priceless to almost everyone.

Tony looked up when the girl stormed into the room, his eyes wondered up and down her body, she was quite the looker with a bit of an attitude. He like that, he liked that a lot. "You don't sound like you want to be here" he laughed getting up and getting his weapon. How the hell was he going to shoot at the beautiful creature in front of him, who wasn't exactly dressed for the test. "Hi by the way, Tony Stark" he introduced himself ut the girl didn't care, he shrugged and grabbed the large weapon. "So why the hell are you here then? Yes, he's having me shoot at you and I don't even know what you do or what your 'special' ability is and frankly I don't care, I'm just doing what Bruce asked me to do. If anyone else asked I probably had said no" Tony Stark didn't say yes to everyone unless he knew them well.

Ella bit her lip nervously as she found him at a table looking rather bored like he didn't want to be here and part of her wanted to leave and stand him up but that was rude and she wasn't the type. She swallowed hard and walked over knocking on the table gently. Her heart was racing as his blues eyes shut up and taking in her appearance, she smiled nervously, "hi, I'm Ella" she said softly, taking a seat in front of him, "sorry Tasha is putting you through this, I promise I'm not the sleazy type, also this wasn't my idea, Tasha said I had to get out and meet people"

Jackson really had no clue what the hell he expected her to do with this. Just test out how strong the weapons were? What? She just didn't know. It was whatever, she supposed. She laughed and said, "That's quite the understatement. I've not been home in a week." She replied. She sighed. She yawned softly, running a hand through her hair. She waved off his name and said, "Yes, I know who you are." She said. "I'm Jackson." She watched as he grabbed the large weapon. She chuckled and said, "Fury." She watched him and nodded and said, "It'll be okay. I won't die." She shrugged. "Just give me a five second warning before you actually shoot." She told him, a small smile beginning to fill her features. She knew people were watching. Everyone was interested in the girl that couldn't be shot down. She shrugged and said, "If Fury hadn't of made me, I would be asleep." She then stretched before going to the middle of the room and standing there.

Steve looked up hearing a knock, his super senses kicking in. He smiled back at the girl a sweet smile filling his features, his one dimple poking into his cheek. He said, "Hello Ella, I'm Steve." He chuckled hearing her and said, "Beautiful, she told me the same thing." He said. "Apparently being alone makes you lonely." He said. He was lonely, but he'd never admit it. He watched her and said, "You're rather beautiful." He gave her another smile. He said what was on his mind usually. He would tell people how it was, and would never regret it. He chuckled and said, "Natasha certainly thinks of you highly, so I suppose it's my honor." He told her.

@ The Flash

Tony shook his head and got everything prepared, and walked over to the girl taking in a closer look at her face and nodded before walking back. Tony looked at her, "well, its a pleasure, I'm sure" he said almost sarcastically. "I figured, he said something about that, I was reluctant at first but then he convinced me" he laughed, "okay well, here's your five second warning because it'll probably two or three shots, there I gave you yet another warning." Everyone seemed to be intrigued by tis Jackson girl and sure she was hot as hell but he was a little crazy, he thought. He fired once after he had warned her and waited for her to say something.

Ella smiled softly and blushed when he commented on her 'beauty', "well thank you, you're rather handsome yourself" and nodded as she listened to him. "Yes, apparently I can't just be independent and have fun without having a man around, no offense" she chuckled. "We've been friends for years, she's introduced me to a couple of guys but none of them were exactly polite, so she did what she always does, she let them have it" she laughed. "She promised me though, that you were different and to give you a chance, obviously I decided yes. I don't know what she told you but I hope it's not too embarrassing" Ella looked at the waiter who had asked her if she'd like a drink, "yes please, just water" she turned back to Steve, "so you know other than your work, what do you like doing?"

Jackson chuckled and said, "I don't care who you are as long as you're nice, I'll be nice back. That's how the world should work." She smiled softly. She nodded and said, "Alright." Soon her entire body was engulfed in a grey color. The color of Titanium. Her body now had a shield around her body, or more accurately, stuck to her body. She was a human shield indeed. She stood there as she waited for the blows to hit her. She didn't move once they had hit her. She let them hit her. The blast radius was insane, yet she didn't move. She said, "Well, two or three shots shouldn't hurt me." She gave a soft smile. Her skin was a glossy color from the titanium. She allowed it to do so. She didn't mind. She said, "Just tell me when you're done." Every inch of her body was titanium. Even her hair had transformed. Everyone was watching her. Most were scared of her, because she could make certain parts of her body titanium or different metals or even rock, and hit you if she wanted to.

Steve smiled gently when he saw her blush. He chuckled and said, "Why thank you." He smiled softly, giving her a gentle nod at her words. He nodded and said, "None taken really." She kind of reminded her of HER. He smiled at the though. He nodded and said, "I'm not exactly an asshole unless I need to be." He chuckled. He smiled and said, "Why did you say yes, if you don't mind my asking?" He said. He chuckled once more before saying, "Nothing bad. She told me you were beautiful and not like the other girls she's tried to set me up with." He told her. He nodded softly and said, "Now I see she was right." He smiled at her. He noticed her ask for water and smiled again. "Exploring the new era, which I know absolutely nothing about." He replied.

@ The Flash

Tony chuckled, "all right" Tony shot her a couple of more times before he stopped, there was a gray cloud all around her and him too. It was really weird he put down the weapon and took a closer look. This was really weird indeed. "Jackson are you all right?" he asked as he walked into the cloud of gray, after a few moments the air started clearing. His eyes widen as he watched her stepped out, she was shiny like Titanium, so that was her ability. It was pretty sweet, or at least he thought so. "Whoa"

Ella pulled some strands of her hair behind her ear, "I don't want to rely on others for something I could easily do myself, I'm very independent. I've dated some here and there and I just.. I don't take too kindly to men who try to sexually assault me you know?" she shook her head. "You seem too polite to be an asshole" she chuckled. She bit her lip, "well, I wanted to know more about you and what better way then to meet you in person, I just really like nice guys, I know a little strange considering most girls fall for the asshole type" she took a sip of her water and looked back at Steve. Ella blushed again, "So what would you say your worst date was like?" she asked a smile tugging at the corner of her lips.

Jackson nodded, tensing as she prepared for the hits. She knew it would be hard to keep on her feet. She would do so anyways. She saw the grey dust cloud form around her and chuckled. That was normal. She heard his words, and simply stepped out and said, "Fine actually. That didn't hurt at all, which I'm most grateful for." She said. She let her body go back to normal as she stretched her stiff joints of her shoulders. She chuckled and said, "Any metal, rock, or mineral I want. Even crystal. I can be as light as a feather is I so wish, or as heavy as an elephant." She smiled. "That's why everyone's so interested in my ability." She flicked her piercing green eyes up at him. You would never have guessed someone as tiny as her could be that tough. She was almost a foot shorter than Tony. She hummed softly as she went. She asked, "Well, anymore weapons you got for me?" She raised an eyebrow.

Steve simply ran a gentle hand through his locks once more. He nodded in agreement his eyes darkening when he heard her say Sexual assault. "I hope no one has done that to you." He said very seriously. He didn't take to men or women like that. He nodded and chuckled and said, "I can be one when it's necessary." He gave her a light smile however. He nodded and said, "Well, here I am. You can ask me anything you like, in return I hope it would be quite alright for me to ask questions as well, if not that's fine." He gave her a smile. He laughed and said, "It's not strange at all. Assholes are simply assholes. Some change for the better, but some stay asshole." He told her. He laughed hearing her question and said, "Oh dear. Probably when my best friend back in the day made me go dancing with someone I didn't know, nor was she into me."

"Well, it's no wonder SHIELD recruited you, do you like it here at all?" he walked back and started putting away the weapon, "that sounds interesting, were you born like that or was it something that happened?" he didn't want to pry too much but his curiosity always got the better of Tony. He looked at the time, "not today, I've got some meetings to go to and taking care of some stuff, it was nice meeting yuo though,"

Ella looked at Steve seriously and shook her head, "no, but I was close, Natasha totally kicked their butts," she nodded. Ella chuckled, "it's really hard trying to picture you being so well mean," she bit her lip and watched him as he spoke. "Oh that's fine, ask me whatever you'd like," Ella took another drink of her water before nodding her head. "Yeah, Natasha took me dancing a couple of times, it was really weird for me, I just stick out like a sore thumb, thinks I need to experience things, whatever that means, actually I don't want to even think about that" she laughed. The waiter came by and asked if they were ready to order, "um.. sure" she quickly picked something out and repeated it to him.

Jackson yawned as she went and walked with him. She leaned against the wall tiredly. She sighed and said, "It's okay I suppose, better than what those other fools wanted me to do." She murmured, memories swimming in her vision. She chuckled and said, "I figured it out around the age of four." She told him. She nodded and said, "Just call Fury to call me or whatever. I'll be sleeping for the next two days." She sighed and cracked her neck and muttered, "I'm so tired." She waved and said, "You too, Tony." She walked out of the room and towards her room she had at the headquarters. She fell on her bed and was out. She curled up in a ball as she passed out just like that. She had bruises over her body from having not switched to metal fast enough. She had scars on her body as well. She mumbled something as she fell asleep.

Steve heard her words, calming down noticing he had been tense. "Good." He said nodding. He smiled again nodding and said, "I suppose so. I'm red white and flashy as people say." He gave an embarrassed smile. "I try not to be mean. It doesn't get you anywhere really." He grinned hearing her say such getting a sip of his own drink. "Alright I will when I think of the dumbest question possible." He gave a dimpled grin. He nodded and said, "This was when I was much smaller and weaker as I put it. Mentally, I've always been the same. Same way of thinking always." He chuckled. "Always used to get into fights as well." He nodded and said, "I agree I hate dancing." He grinned. He told the waiter what he would like once Ella had as well.

@ The Flash

Tony watched Jackson and nodded as she talked for a while, "well, that's pretty cool, and I will have a good sleep" he chuckled as he waved and walked out the other door way carrying the weapon to place it in a safe place. The girl was really something else, stunning, in great shape and had this attitude that he really liked. After he had finished everything Tony headed home to just keep working on his suits and tweaking whatever needed to be fixed or he'd find some way to entertain himself, by keeping busy.

Ella nodded in agreement, "that's true, I just try to be a good person really. I don't think you'll ask a dumb question," she really liked the dimple that formed on his cheeks when he smiled. Ella bit her lip, "well, I think I would have gone out with you then too, I'm not one to judge on physical appearance you seem really sweet" she smiled softly. "I'm not good at dancing or what they call dancing these days, so she took me and I kept having guys rubbing against me, it was gross" she shook her head. Ella took another drink of her water, "so I'm sure you get hit on a lot" she chuckled.

Jackson gave him a wave telling she would try. She yawned as she drifted into the sleep. She woke up a few times, hearing soldiers. She noticed Fury in front of her and muttered, "Let me sleep, or else I swear to god I will hit you," She heard a laugh from him and watched as he said, "Sleep soldier. You have to be up tomorrow to test new stuff with Tony." She groaned and said, "Fine." She fell back asleep as he left. She woke up in the morning and yawned, before falling asleep until she had to get up. She took a shower before dressing in her uniform. She got ready before heading to the lab. She rubbed at her eyes like a small child. She was rested now though.

"Trust me, I'll find a dumb question." He grinned again. He liked her a lot. She was pretty cool, unlike most of the other people Natasha had set him up with. He watched her bite her lip and thought that it was adorable. He nodded and laughed and said, "I got beat up everytime I walked around a corner. And thank you, Milady." He told her smiling again. "That's not dancing. Dancing is where both the person and the partner have a grand time along with it being mutual." He told her smiling. He chuckled and said, "I tend to ignore it most of the time, considering I'm not used to it."

He picked up of course and told him that he would try out some new stuff with Jackson the next day. He had woke up pretty early the next morning and got ready for another training session, he didn't know why he had to keep coming back to this, Natasha was free for the moment, she loved that kind of stuff. He wondered why he had to do it, Tony didn't mind though, the girl was kind of a babe.

Ella laughed, "looks like I'll have to wait and see then huh?" Ella listened to Steve talk and nodded, "I don't like bullies that's just awful," she placed her hand on top of his. She didn't mean to it just sorta happened, she moved it once she realized it. "Nope, I don't think so either, right. We're supposed to be dancing to being all weird out in the middle of a dance floor" she chuckled. Ella was a good listener and she wanted to know Steve better so she listened, "well, you should be, you're really handsome," Ella looked at her hands then back at Steve "anything you'd like to know?"
