Alexandre Caine and Annabell Song
The world ended in the fall of 2020. There was silence like never heard of. Cars wouldn't start, sound didn't make sound, and the birds where just gone. Many people woke to find loved ones missing. People had just vanished by the millions. As days pasted those few that remain went insaine. Society fell apart. People killed one another over the smallest things. The screams was the only thing to pierce the silence. Eventually it seemed everyone was dead. Those left killed themselves to escape the screaming in their heads and the silence. After a year the birds returned it was then that the world was safe. But the animals and the plants where taking over the cities, buildings where falling apart. And to be out at night meant death by whatever it was that still hunted in the dark. The world was healing it's self and was returning to a life without humans. But as the human race always does it leave behind survivors.
So what would you do at the end of the world? And after all the pain humans inflicted would you ever trust another person again? Or would the loneliness draw you to reach out? Can there still be love after the end of the world?
