Luke looked at her for a moment and smiled gently before he pushed himself up. "I am going back inside and you should too. It isn't safe to be outside too much," he said gently as he kissed her forehead and took her hand, leading her inside. "Come on," he said gently, prompting her. He led her inside and shut the door firmly behind him and looked at her. "I'm sorry i got you involved," he said.

Brooke looked at him for a moment. "Yeah cause the glare and the arms crossed really makes me want to tell you. I haven't told anyone what they did to me. I'm not starting with someone who doesn't care," she said as she sat down on the bed. "I'll listen to you and Luke," she said in a defeated tone.

Lacey took his hand, then walked inside with him. She smiled at him, "It's okay Luke." She said as she kissed him softly. "So do you think your friends killed each other yet?" She asked. She bit her bottom lip lightly a se thought about them arguing.

Calvin frowned, "Fine don't tell me." He muttered. He sighed when she agreed to listen, "It will be easier now that you realize we can take care of you." He said.

Luke looked down at her and chuckled softly. "Probably. I wouldn't out it past them to kill each other," he said as he held her close. He ran his fingers through her hair and wrapped his arms around her waist, holding her against his chest.

Brooke rolled her eyes. "You said you didn't want to know and now you are pissy that I am not telling you," she said before biting her lip. "I don't think you and Luke can handle it if things go south but I am done arguing with you," she said.

Lacey smiled as she wrapped her arms around him. "So what do we do now?" She asked him, looking up a him. She bit her bottom lip lightly, "I just have this feeling that something bad is going to happen." She said to him. She was worried everything was going to go bad.

Calvin frowned and walked out of the room. He shut the door and walked downstairs. He looked at Luke, "Did you make any calls?" He asked. He knew that if he continued to push at Brooke she would shut down again. So he decided to give her space.

Luke looked up when Calvin came in and he nodded. "Yeah," he said before letting go of Lacey and going into bodyguard mode. "Remano said that it is bad. The gang had a leak. Looks like it was Ty," he said with a bitter taste in his mouth. "So now we are all on lock down. Brooke is supposed to go under but she is with us so that means we are staying put until further notice," he said. "Think you can handle being with Brooke without killing her for a little while longer?" he asked with a raised eyebrow.

Brooke sat o the bed for a while before pushing herself up. She walked to the bathroom and quickly took off her clothes before she got into the shower. Letting the water roll over her soothed her. Afterwards, she got out and sighed realizing she had no clothes to spare. Biting her lip, she grabbed Calvin's suitcase and grabbed a shirt and a pair of gym shorts. Sliding them on, she bit her lip because they smelled like him.

Lacey walke away from the boys as they talked. She walked to her bedroom, then put her journal down. She made her bed then walked over and looked out the window. She hoped all of this would calm down before her parents came back. Lacey bit her bottom lip lightly then knocked lightly. She opened the door, stepping in. She gave Brooke a small smile then looke at what she was wearing. "I could have lent you clothes if you need some." She said softly.

Calvin sighed, "Yea I will try not to kill her." He said as he sat down in the chair near the island. "She's driving me insane though." He muttered as he rubbed the back of his neck. "It's like she expects me to read her damn mind." He said.

Luke looked at his friend for a moment. "Well, there was a point in time when it seemed like the two of you could read each other's minds," he said as he sat down across from Calvin. He ran his fingers through his hair and eyed his partner. "She is driving you insane because for once in your life, you don't know how to help her," he said as he lean back against the chair.

Brooke looked up when Lacey came in and she smiled sheepishly. "Could I maybe borrow a pair of pants?" she asked, unwilling to part with the comfort of Calvin's smell at the moment. "So tell me, how did someone like you get involved with someone in Like's position?" she asked curiously as she watched the other girl curiously. "This lifestyle isn't exactly conducive to relationships."

Lacey nodded then walked to her bedroom with Brooke. She opened her closet, pulling out a pair of jeans for her. She handed her the pants, "I met him when I was at a club one night. He was really nice and we just kind of hit it off. Though that was the first time I went to a club and will probably be my last." She explained. She sat on her bed and looked around the room for a moment. She wasn't sure of she should mention that Luke planned to leave the gang one day so she didn't. "I still feel like I don't know everything about him though." She said.

Calvin looked at him, "Why does everyone keep saying that? I can help her and I am, so why the hell does everyone say I can't help her?" He argued. He looked at his hands, "Sorry." He muttered.

Luke watched him for a moment. "Then what is the problem? If you know how to help her why aren't you?" he demanded. "Why are you pushing her away? You guys used to touch all the time now you only do it occasionally?" he watched his friend closely. "Or is it that you think you failed her? She was yours and you didn't protect her? What the fuck is the problem Calvin?" he said.

Brooke looked at her for a moment and smiled gently. "That is a pretty story," she said honestly before she bit her lip gently. "Honestly...you probably won't ever know everything about him. Some things that we are forced to do...you don't talk to a loved one about it...you don't want them to know the horrible things that you have done or that have been done to you," she said softly with a sad look on her face.

Lacey nodded, "I know. I just wish that he wasn't part of this, no offense." She said. She looked at her hands, then looked back at Brooke. "What's wrong with you and Calvin?" He asked her.

Calvin glared at him, "She pushed me away!" He snapped. "Ever since she got captured she pushed me away no matter what I did. This isn't my fault. I have been trying to get to her but she won't let me!" He yelled.

Luke watched him for a moment. "I don't know what to tell you besides the fact that maybe she truly doesn't care about you but we both know that isn't true," he said with a sigh.

Brooke looked at her and shrugged before pausing. "I...it is a long story," she said softly. "And it doesn't have a happy ending it seems like. he was my best friend and I love.....loved him," she whispered.

Lacey nodded, "You don't love him anymore?" She asked as she ran her fingers through her hair. It seemed to her that Brooke still had feeling for him. "Maybe things will work out between you to eventually." She said with a smile.

Calvin sighed, "I don't know what she is thinking anymore." He said as he looked out the window. "We are just growing apart and I can't seem to stop arguing with her." He said.

Luke watched him for a moment. "Yeah, you two do have some kind of chemistry going on," he said before rubbing the back of his neck. "Come on, you know her better than anyone and now you are telling me you don't know her at all?" he asked.

Brooke looked at Lacey and sighed. "I love him more than anything," she finally admitted. "But he doesn't love me." she whispered. "No, it's not going to work out. All Calvin cares about is ranking in the gang. All I have ever wanted to do was get out," she said.

Lacey frowned, "maybe he will realize that he wants you more than the gang." She said as she stood up. She smiled at her, "I wouldn't give up hope just yet." She said as she walked over and closed the curtains. Lacey smiled at her, "So I was thinking we should order Chinese tonight." She said.

Calvin sighed, "I'm just going to try to be nice for now. I just wanna make it through the week." He said. Calvin stood up, "You don't have to worry though because you have Lacey." He said.

Luke looked at him and rolled his eyes. "Lacey and I have nothing to do with Brooke and you," he said as he stood up. "I'm going to go see if I can find the girls. Silence makes me suspicious," he said as he ran his fingers through his hair and headed upstairs.

Brooke looked at her and laughed softly. "Calvin is the most determined person I know and stubborn and prideful. He won't give up until he reaches his goals," she said with a smile. "So...." she began before Luke opened the door and she quieted down.

Lacey looked over as the door opened, "Hey baby." She said as she walked over and hugged him. "We were discussing that we should get Chinese for dinner tonight. What do you think?" She asked, looking up at him.

Calvin sighed then looked down at his hands. He but his bottom lip lightly, trying to think of a way to help everyone. Calvin walked to the living room and sat down.

Luke looked at the two of them for a moment before nodding. "Sure that sounds good," he said as he wrapped an arm around Lacey gently. He watched the two of them for a moment. "Isn't that Calvin's shirt?" he asked with a raised eyebrow.

Brooke blushed and muttered shut up as she moved past. Walking downstairs, she saw Calvin on the couch and sat down next to him. She grabbed a blanket off the back of the couch and wrapped it around herself as she tried to relax.

Lacey watched as he looke at Brooke. She placed her hands on his cheeks then kissed him. She smiled as she pulled away slowly. "Everything okay?" She asked.

Calvin looked over at her as she sat down, "Have fun with your new friend?" He muttered. He flipped through the channels on the tv as he thought. He knew that he needed to take care of everything.

Lacey watched as he looke at Brooke. She placed her hands on his cheeks then kissed him. She smiled as she pulled away slowly. "Everything okay?" She asked.
