  • Kimberly walked into the office the morning after going out for a drink with her friends. She had gotten shit faced drunk and her head was still pounding since the ibuprofen hadn't kicked in yet. She rushed over to her desk in front of the CEO's office when she heard it ringing. "Hello? Matthew Sanders' office, how may I help you?" She asked through the receiver. She listened to what the person said and nodded her head as she set her bag down next to her desk. "Yes, well, Mr. Sanders is in a meeting at the moment. Can I take a name and number?" She asked the person professionally.

Her boss had always told her that until eleven in the morning to tell people he was in a meeting and she always did just that. She took down the name and the number of the client, thanking them before hanging up. She took the sticky note and walked to her bosses office, knocking lightly.

(Oh and they will already be having the office relationship.))

"Val, for the hundredth time, pot-roast is fine for tonight," Matthew Sanders chuckled, twirling the black pen in his fingertips in thought of the next big deal for his company later on today, "I'll be home hopefully around 7:30. By then, we can sit around and have some wine. Now I got to go, okay babe? I have an important day ahead of me."

"Alright, Matt. See you later. Love you," Val responded through the phone.

"Love you too," Matt whispered before hanging up the phone, soon hearing a knock on the door, "Come in, Kimberly," he called out, knowing exactly who that slender silhouette is behind the distorted glass door.

  • Kim had heard every word that Matt had said to his wife and it made her stomach twist even though it shouldn't. Especially since she was married and supposedly in a happy relationship. She turned the doorknob and walked into Matt's office, looking around at all the plagues and trophies littering it. She turned back to face him and smiled, walking over to him with the sticky note. "A Mr. Jameson called about a deal he'd like to make with you," she told him as she placed the sticky note on his desk, eyeing him up. "Is there anything I can do for you?"

(Sorry I been really busy so I keep forgetting to reply to certain posts e_e Too much going on for my brain to focus lol)

Matt eyed the sticky note before glancing at Kim, a polite smile featuring across his lips, "Not at all. Actually, there is one thing," he cleared his throat, digging into his back pocket to pull out a 10 dollar bill, "Go get me and yourself some coffee. We are going to need it today."

"Yes, right away," she nodded instantly, taking the 10 dollar bill from his hand.

Right as she walked away, Matt was able to glance at her round ass from his view. Even if he was married, he always found his assistant attractive.

  • Kim walked from the room, feeling Matt's eyes on her but avoiding looking back for the fact of she knew it would get her into trouble at the moment. She went down to the starbucks stand that was in the building and got herself and Matt some coffee. After she had gotten the coffee she walked back up to Matt's office, walking inside of it.

"I got you the coffee that you like," Kim told the man as she placed the cup of coffee on the desk in front of him. She eyed him for a moment, running her eyes over his arms, seeing that his button down accentuated(?) his every curve.

(Don't worry about it. I understand completely)

"Thank you Kim, I appreciate it," Matt smiled, trying to keep his eyes on his papers so they don't meet hers, knowing the trouble he would cause if he fell for those beautiful eyes again and get lost in her dangerous beauty, "Now...if you could prepare the scheduling for the meeting later on today, that would be great. Tell the guys that we will be over there in a few hours."

"We, sir?" Kim asked with a raised brow.

Matt smiled, "You are coming with me. I need my assistant. That...isn't a problem, right?"
    October 8th, 2014 at 05:04am
  • Kim arched a brow slightly as she stared at Matt for a moment before shaking her head in answer to him. "No, that's not a problem at all. I'll just have to tell my husband I'll be a little late coming home," she shrugged lightly. She walked back out of his office and went to her desk, sitting behind it. She had seen how Matt avoided her eyes and she really wished he hadn't but she was kind of glad that he did.

Kim called the guys that Matt was having the meeting with and told them that they would be meeting with them in a few hours. After she hung up she sighed and placed her face in her hands, groaning quietly.

(I never got this notification...there has been bad glitches around here recently for me...)

Matt could see Kim slouching down in her seat from one of the windows of the office. He knew within his gut that she knew how avoiding he has been around her. Honestly, after almost being sued in a scandal so many years ago, it was for the very damn best of his own dignity and even his pride. He couldn't afford to tell another damn secretary to shut the hell up so it never goes public and to his wife.

I can never lose my wife after all we had been through, Matt thought, But with my own fucking internal instincts, I know that I may fuck up again...

  • Kim removed her hands from her face and picked up the phone, calling her husband. She knew he would want to know what she was up to and why she wouldn't be on time for dinner and to cook dinner. Jimmy never really minded when she was late because he knew she was picking up information for him and his company. But another thing was Kim just didn't know why he would want information about Matt's company. The two had nothing in common when it came to their companies. But Kim was just guessing it was because Jimmy wanted to take him down somehow and she admired that in her husband. But at the same time she didn't because she kind of liked Matt.

  • @ Queen of Winchester;

it was only hours later until the meeting started, making Matt tap his fingers impatiently for waiting on his other employment partners that were suppose to arrive on time, which was five minutes ago. He glanced over at Kim sitting beside him rather awkwardly, causing him to smile a bit.

"No need to get tense with me," Matt chuckled, "I'm just letting you take some notes, nothing else. I have a terrible memory and I need the one with the notepad."

"No problem, Mr. Sanders," Kim smiled rather nervously.

"Please, doll, just call me Matt. The word 'Mr' before my name makes me sound too old," he grinned lopsidedly.

  • Kim smiled lightly and nodded her head in reponse to Matt telling her to call him by his name. "I'm sorry, sir. But you never let me sit in for notes. What's so different this time?" she asked him curiously.

Matt always made her wait at the office until he got back from her meetings and then he sent her on her way. Or usually he just sent her home before her meetings so she could be with her husband sometimes.

"Who are you meeting with?" she asked him with a raised eyebrow.

"One of my colleagues," Matt responded to her rather casually as he crossed his arms over his chest, swaying a bit in the mobile chair, "His name is Brian Haner. I have known him for well over a decade, maybe close to two, and he has always been very obedient to my work. Plus, I want you to get to know what my 'friendship connection' is like with my friends since you have been very good with me lately at your job."

Kim blushed and nodded, "Yeah...I guess. Thank you for the compliment, Matt."

"Your welcome, Kim," Matt grinned towards her, revealing the dimples indenting into his cheeks that always made women melt at the sight of them, "I hope your boyfriend can understand this, meaning that you had to stay later today."
    October 19th, 2014 at 04:33am
  • Kim nodded her head ever so slightly as he said that and smiled lightly. "Jimmy understood. He's very understanding when it comes to my job," she murmured to him as she looked down at her lap. She was curious as to what he meant when he said very obident to his kind of work. She didn't think he did the type of work people had to be obident for but at the same time, you have to be like that with any job.

  • @ Queen of Winchester;

It wasn't long until Brian Haner, Matt's trusted colleague, came strolling into the room at a casual pace before taking a seat right next to the big CEO himself, "Sorry I'm late. Stupid bitch of a secretary was all over my ass of trying to blow me. Had to teach her a lesson so that took up my damn time," Brian groaned, causing Matt to roll his eyes in humiliation.

"That's...nice to know in front of my assistant, Brian," Matt groaned in annoyance, soon chuckling by the fact of how incredibly stubborn Brian was, "Well now since you pretty much came out of your perverted shell, this here is Kim. She is my most trusted assistant and is very good at her job."

"Well hello there, sweetheart," Brian gave a smug smile that was rather charming to most women, "You are incredibly beautiful to be this asshole's assistant," he joked.
    October 23rd, 2014 at 01:35am
  • Kim laughed softly and shrugged a shoulder lightly, not really phased by his smile because she was more attracted to Matt. But with how Brian just mentioned he had a problem with his secretary, it made Kim want to stop everything she was trying to do with Matt. Especially since he could go and tell his friends what he had been doing with Kim and that made her nervous as hell.

"Well, It's a pleasure to meet you, Brian," Kim murmured as she held out a hand for Brian to shake from across the table. She had to make sure she used her pleasantries because she didn't want to seem like a total bitch in front of any of Matt's colleagues.

"So what is this meeting About today?" Kim asked curiously since she had never been to one of Matt's meetings before. And that's why being in this meeting made Kim incredibly nervous but excited at the same time. It gave her a chance to see behind the scenes and see what was going on with the company.

(I so wasn't expecting an update.)

Brian smirked over at Kim, his eyes glimmering a bit in lust at the view of her delicate facial features, "Well, Matt wanted to talk in person about new finances and possibly giving you a big promotion. Because as we all know, you have been in this industry long and deserve some credit."

Kim blinked, "You serious? What kind of promotion?"

"Something along the lines of being more close in being my assistant," Matt elaborated, "As in you will help me out even out of the workplace. Working with me more personally than anyone gives you the chance to have all of your loans paid off, free gas for your car, paid off bills, and more," he smiled.
