He is a tough mother fucker with a love for all things fire arm related. He has a pretty nice criminal record and has killed a few men in his lifetime (which he was found not guilty of due to insufficient evidence. They don't need to know that he actually done it).

When the outbreak first happened she was sent to London ambassador style along with her intern to help find a cure.

He thought that a trip to London would be almost like a vacation when in reality it has caused him nothing but headaches as the working mule of Dr. Doyle: between organizing paperwork to be sent back to the US and coffee-runs he's gone nearly insane with stress.
