look out to the future but it tells you nothing | closed

Ally liked the idea of possibly bumping into some of them, but because they were pretty far back she doubted she'd recognise them even if she did talk to them. She felt a rush of excitement when the lights dimmed again and the crowd went crazy. She cheered along with them, taking a few sips of her drink inbetween. She grinned when she saw the guys run on, and when the music kicked it, it was a lot different to You Me At Six, but she really liked it.

Josh couldn't help but grin when the lights dimmed and the crowd went mad again, just like they did for YMAS. He watched them all run on one by one, the crowd screaming the most when Oli ran on. He nodded his head along with the music, taking a few mouthfuls of his drink. Even the first support act had come out to watch them side of stage. He even saw a few girls that they had clearly brought up with them.

It would be fucking awesome if they ended up bumping into any of the band members at the after party. It was set up for them, so Lizzie knew that they'd be there. But she was sure that she and Ally weren't the only ones here who'd be attending, so, really, what were the chances that they'd end up seeing any of them. It would be awesome, but she wasn't about to get her hopes up. Instead, she decided to enjoy the rest of the concert. She sipped her drink, singing along with the rest of the crowd.

Oliver didn't really think he'd ever get used to hearing an entire crowd of people singing along to his songs. He'd been doing this for quite some time now, and it was still honestly just as surreal as it had been the first time around. "Put all your cameras and phones away. Lets live in the fucking moment." It was even more surreal when an entire crowd actually listened and did what he asked of him. And, whenever he asked this, they listened. So many people were addicted to their phones now, so getting them to actually enjoy themselves instead of documenting every single second of their evening in pictures or videos was great.

Ally grinned when the lead singer spoke to the crowd, telling them to put their phones and cameras away. She was surprised to see a lot of people around her actually doing it. She finished off her drink, nodding her head along as they played. She really liked the frontman, his presence on stage was quite captivating. The lyrics to his songs were as well, she actually found some of them quite haunting. But in a good way.

Josh grinned when he saw Oliver commanding the crowd, thinking back to a time when they both played much smaller stages. He remembered when You Me At Six were playing tiny venues in the UK, but now here they were, playing huge venues all over the world. He wouldn't be able to even try to explain how thankful he was.

Lizzie was never disappointed when she saw YMAS or BMTH live. They always put on such amazing shows, and tonight was clearly no exception. She was really glad that she'd managed to convince Ally to come along with her so that she could share this experience with her friend. They were both enjoying themselves so far, and she was sure that the rest of the night would be just as amazing as the earlier portion had been.

Oliver watched as everyone in the crowd began to put their cell phones away. It still sort of amazed him how he was able to get an entire crowd to listen to him like that, especially when the crowd was as large as this one was. Not long after that, he launched into the rest of the song, jumping about on stage and really just having a fucking good time. Before he knew it, their set was coming to a close, and they were about to play their last song which happened to be Sleepwalking. "Unfortunately, this is our last song for the night."

Ally was a little disappointed when he said that it was their last song of the night. She enjoyed their set a lot, even if she didn't jump around as much as she did during the first band. She didn't want to be all sweaty for the afterparty. Once the song had ended and the band had left the stage, she turned to Lizzie with a grin. "Thank you so much for making me come," she said with a little laugh, a sheepish smile on her lips. She couldn't believe how reluctant she was at first - she'd had such a good time. "What time are we heading to the after party?" She asked.

Josh pushed his still damp and slightly sweaty hair away from his forehead, making it stick up even more than usual. He still had to shower and change out of his clothes he wore on stage before they headed to the afterparty. He still stayed to watch BMTH's last song, watching them finish and say goodbye to the crowd, throwing drumsticks and setlists out. He laughed when Nicholls walked off stage towards him, asking if he was ready to drink. "Fuck yeah," he grinned, heading backstage with everyone.

Lizzie let out a quiet laugh. "I would say not to thank me, but you wouldn't be out having a great time if it wasn't for me." She said, grinning slightly. She was honestly glad that she'd convinced Ally to come with her. She'd known that her friend would have a good time, so she'd been pretty persistent in convincing her. She shrugged her shoulders. "We can head out now I guess. It'll take some time getting out of here anyway."

Before Oliver knew it, he was heading off the stage with the rest of the band. While the night was still young, he felt as though the first half of it had flown by. He hoped that the second half would be just as fun and enjoyable as the first half, though maybe it wouldn't go by as quickly. Time did usual fly by when one was having fun though. At least, that's what everyone said anyway.
