I know you feel like you are breaking down.
Oh I know that it gets so hard sometimes,
    Be calm.

Take it from me, I've been there a thousand times.
You hate your pulse because it still thinks you're alive,
    And everything's wrong.

It just gets so hard sometimes,
    Be calm, be calm.

"So what are we thinking? Skinwalker? Wendigo? Werewolf maybe?" Emily asked, taking a bite out of her burger. The case she and Zoey were working on seemed like a pretty simple one at first glance though, now that they had arrived in town and gotten a good look at the crime scene earlier that day, it was proving to be anything but simple. And that's when they'd both decided to take a little break and grab a bite to eat at the diner in town, one of the few restaurants other than a pizzeria and Chinese restaurant that the town seemed to have to offer. She didn't expect much from small towns like this though. They were considered small for a reason, and there was never really much to offer other than the few seemingly hidden gems amidst them all.

Emily hated and loved cases like this one. They certainly spiced things up after dealing with typical poltergeist or newborn vamp but, when they seemed as simple as this one had, it honestly got a little annoying after a while. Emily knew that she and Zoey could handle this case though. She wasn't really worried about them being in over their heads or anything like that. Sure, maybe Emily hadn't been raised a hunter, but she certainly knew what she was doing, and she knew that Zoey did too. Sipping her coffee, she looked over to the entrance of the diner, noticing two men, walking in. Her eyebrows furrowed slightly as she looked them both over. Something about them seemed vaguely familiar...especially the taller of the two. "Hey, do those two guys look familiar to you?" She asked Zoey quietly.
"Something just doesn't seem right about all of this." Dean said to his brother as he climbed out of Baby. He and Sam had only been in town for a couple of hours now, and they were both already pretty stumped. He knew to never underestimate a case, but this one had just seemed so simple when he read the article in the newspaper. Sure, it definitely seemed like their kind of thing, but he'd honestly kind of figured that this was a case that they'd be able to figure out in a day or two. It didn't seem super simple, but it didn't seem overly complex either. He was sure that he and Sam would be able to figure it out though; they always did.

Maybe if they did some more research, correction, Sam did some research, they'd be able to figure this one out. After they got a bite to eat at the diner, he figured that they would split up. Sam would go to the library to do what he did best, and he'd go talk to the most recent victim's family. While Sam was usually a bit more sympathetic than he was, he was also better at doing research, so he figured he'd leave that part to his brother.
